    The jury is still out for me in regards to jumping back on P2 tomorrow. The clock is ticking... I'm doing a steak day today to see what TESS looks like tomorrow. If indeed I do start back up I'm pretty sure I'll choose to order more HCG so I don't stop right before TOM. As I said before stopping right before TOM cost me dearly. About a half of a round worth of loss. That's why I'm on my 4th round and just hit the -60's mark. I think it comes down to how bad do I want to get out of the 70's and can I reel my head back in the game?!?!     Jessie, do not jump into P2 waters unless your mind has firmly caught up with your desire. You can always do a series of correction days, like one a week, maybe two. I've combined steak days with high protein days with FAGE (whole fat) days during P3 - each yield different results for me. I'm just giving my two cents worth, you'll know where your mind is in the morning. Just don't make a decision based on moments of panic that you'll need to try holding to for weeks to come <3

    Good advise Blue thank you! Right now I'm at 60/40 to jump back on P2. If i didn't have TOM approaching in 10 days then I would be 100% on board with just finishing my last 10 injections to get out of the 70's. I'll only pull the trigger tomorrow if I'm 100% in the mindset to do 20 more days. That will make this round a long round for me which makes me feel like I'm giving it my all. I've got a ton of fabulous P3 cheese stocked in my fridge but I can send it to my husbands work so it won't go to waste. If TESS is evil tomorrow then the decision will be easier

    -3.0 this morning after a steak day. While it's good it not normal. Not sure what's going on with my body with the big weight swings. It's decision time on weather or not I'm jumping back on to P2 for 20 more days. I have to also consider that in between every round the amount of time to have to wait for another round gets longer. After my round 5 in January I'll have to wait 4 months which is really dragging out my goal. I started HCG the end of October 2017 and I'm ready to be done.

    My vote - stay in P3. That's a darned good steak day result. Spend today eating basically P2 with higher calories, of course. Then move slowly ahead reintroducing foods to get a good grasp of what's causing additional inflammation/gains. Now, the increases COULD be because of the minimum time on P2 before doing the interruption. I can certainly see why you're on the fence. I dunno, I still vote to stay P3 and proceed as above.

    P3D13 and .4 UNDER LIW. Still not close to 100% but definitely better than Thursday and a bit better than yesterday. Very strong nausea on the antibiotic, but dealing with it. Really don't feel like the golf tournament today, but it IS gorgeous out. Just not really feeling it, thinking more of a hot bath then perhaps curling up on the couch again.

    My arthritis meds inhibit my immune system, an infection really knocks me back as you can tell. Hubby asked this morning, isn't there some kind of supplement I could take? Hmmmm, in addition to D, Super B, E, Potassium, AND the MIC/Lipo shots? Hon, it's just my immune system. It'll pass.

    Hi everybody,

    Happy Saturday.

    I'm really struggling and I'm not sure why. I'm ravenously hungry and cranky, short tempered etc., Which is not me and not like any other time I have been on HCG.

    I'm also gaining weight instead of losing. What is going on? My pharmacist told me it was a different brand of HCG, but I really hadn't anticipated that my dosing would perhaps need to be adjusted. I am on .15 a day.

    I've been reading to learn if I need to skip a day, lower my dose instead of skipping and am confused.

    I'm ok'ish in the morning - definitely hungry, but I can usually distract myself enough to not eat, by drinking water/tea or just working. The evenings are getting worse - last night I was absolutely miserable. This is a first for me, last round I felt great pretty much the entire time. This round - and having to restart it, just isn't enjoyable.

    I'm eating POP , but did add some additional protein yesterday to try to help get through the day/night. I was so miserable I just ended up going to bed. Then woke up this morning with more weight gain .. its getting frustrating and disheartening.

    Suggestions anybody?

    I'd definitely say do a skip day. ALSO, find out how Your Hcg was mixed, what dose of hcg are you actually taking at .15iu? Some may mix with more, or less, bac water. Less bac water would make that small amount far more potent. More would make it far less. First step with hunger is doing a skip day. A dose that's wrong for you will definitely cause symptoms just like you're describing. Hang in there!

    Hi Bluetechseeker,

    I'm not sure how to answer your question. I'm looking at the package and it says: Mix 10ML diluent w powder, mix, inject SC 1x/day into belly. Expiry 30 days fridge) (10,000 u/10mlsVIAL) The pharmacy mixed it for me.

    it also says DS: 30, does that mean 30 doses ?

    the last time I was on this I was instructed to start at .130 and work my way to .150, so I did the same this time.

    Does this give you the information you need to answer? *lol*

    D14 137.0. Weighed an hr earlier than usual as i had to get to show. Still under LIW by a hair but ok. Have one more week till P4. No rush ad P3 is easy
