    hmmm, the 10ml is great but unsure how much powder it was mixed with. Definitely do the skip day. The only timeframe to judge from is after 4pm on the skip day. If your hunger is better, reduce your dose to the .13 and try that for a few days. If hunger is worse after 4pm, that means your dose is too low. Normally you require lower doses in subsequent rounds.

    I did not take a scale with me, I did see one in the hotel but it was after I was in the shower and I had wet hair and decided it really did not make a difference as tomorrow we will know where I am. I am a terrible loader I will say. I just ate normally during the day, maybe ate something like a cookie which i would not eat, but def. not over eating or really loading. I got up this morning and skipped the free breakfast and just headed home. I don't have any food plans for the day, will try to get to the store to make some food for traveling tomorrow. Just some chicken..and cucumbers as I am working and will eat on the way to see clients.

    Blue: Hope you feel better
    Kim: Try the skip and lets see if you feel better. Not sure about the weight gain that is weird. Are you getting in enough water, have you had a BM recently?

    Hey Kimberly. I just wanted to check on you and see how your doing now. I'm worried about you with your struggles this round. It's bad enough to have to restart a round and then suffer with hunger. If we're there I'd make you a big tall slushy with TAZO passion tea and top it with little tiki umbrella!! Let us know how your doing

    I'm finding it hard to keep up with all the posts.

    Thanks to those who've welcomed me.

    I'm finding all the posts about further rounds so interesting, since I'm only 1/2 way through phase 1.

    Today is my first gain on Day 17 of Phase 1 - only 100g but still new to me. Diahorrea threw my routine right out, and then I started playing with the prescribed vitamins to avoid any magnesium and I think that's why I'm now putting on. Hopefully my body will figure itself out tomorrow and I can continue with my original regime which was working a treat.

    Good morning, eacwa! Looks like you're doing very well. The gain could be inflammation from your tummy troubles or a natural up and down some (ME!) experience roughly two weeks in. Ironically, one of the ways to fight inflammation is by getting lots of water so make sure you're drinking enough LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - Slim & Sexy in SEPTEMBER!!! You won't lose every day even being perfectly on protocol, just hang in there.

    AFM, did go golfing yesterday but we did horrible. It felt wonderful being out in the fresh air and sunshine but wow, felt like we were cooking, too. Really hot here, very atypical this time of year. Drank two full bottles of water, sweating so much, very depleted. This morning .6# under LIW with today being P3D14. Going with hubby today to watch football at a sports bar. I don't drink, so I'm his built in designated driver if need be. Depending how bad his team is doing increases my chances of being put into action LOVELY LOSERS 2018 - Slim & Sexy in SEPTEMBER!!!

    Always hard to see the loading number, but know it will be gone soon. I feel good. I also know I am retaining water, I played 2.5 hours of tennis last night drank 40 ounces of water during the match and did not pee once and had Pho for dinner. I am sure it had a ton of sodium in it. Otherwise I did not go super crazy. My rings are really tight, hoping to see a big drop tomorrow. I feel good going into this. Today i am making some chicken. I do need to get a few things for dinner tonight. I am not a super big meal person, eating on P2 is just something to do and I don't plan too much or make production out of it.

    The update as of this morning... well the saga does continue *lol*

    After posting yesterday, and realizing I didnt have all the information I needed to answer Bluetechseeker's question, I called the pharmacy to see if I could get some clarity.

    There are two pharmacists there - and luckily for me, the one that filled my last prescription for HCG answered the phone. I told her what was going on and asked about the dosage as it wasn't on the package , how it was mixed (with how much etc.) and she indicated that this new brand was mixed differently and I should have been taking .200 or .220 - based on its potency and the dilution amount of bac. So with me having been taking .150 it would seem as if I hadn't been taking enough - as I had been following the old instructions on the previous packaging and brand. So she suggested I take the .200 dose yesterday and to not skip a day as it would have more HCG out of my system and in fact make my symptoms worse.

    I discussed what was mentioned here i.e.: skipping a day, the different meanings of hunger in the morning vs. after 4pm etc., and she said I had been under dosing and should take the .200 dose yesterday and see if that is my new dose or if on balance, between .200 and .150 - I actually need the .175. So after speaking with her I took the .200 dose.

    About an hour later she called me back to say that if after yesterday I feel ok - to slowly dose myself up from .150 to see what I may need to take i.e.: .160, .175 etc., until i reach the correct dose.

    I was quite nervous about taking the dose (vs skipping a day ) and feeling worse, (and was preparing to feel like heck again for a few days if it was too much) but I actually felt much better and wasn't hungry at all, except for a tiny bit around dinner time, then after eating it was gone entirely and this morning I'm feeling good. I took the .150 today and will see how that goes, and slowly increase tomorrow to .160 etc.,

    I'm not a big fan of all this dose changing, especially as I didn't have to do it the first time. But this seems to be a brand / potency and mix issue vs. something specific with me.

    I'm up to 164.8 today and hope its just because of all of this and it will start to go down tomorrow, as I get the dosing sorted out. I'm going to try for some extra water today and some Smooth Move to hopefully get other things moving as well (Thanks for the reminder that not having BM's can have impact as well), that perhaps are from having my iron shot the other day.

    So I'm also not sure what to do regarding the entire round. If it turns out I've been under dosing for the past 6-7 days, what impact can that have on the fat burning i.e.: have I been burning the wrong type of fat, and in fact doing myself some harm? Do I need to reload, restart again???? Its just two weeks lost already is getting pretty frustrating and I don't want to harm myself and I was planning on a short round in my brain - but perhaps its going to be a long round day wise, but really a short round from today forward...

    Ugg... here's hoping we've figured it out...

    I hope everybody else is doing ok.... and thanks again to those who have commented etc., I really appreciate the support.

    Ok..so back in my range, I would like to see the 150's by the weekend and would love to see mid and not high. Tonight is my son's first marching band competition. I am recruitment chair so will be there meeting the middle school kids and parents who are coming to watch to help them engage and hopefully join by next year. I am going to call tomato a fruit today and have some ground beef with tomato and some lettuce wraps for lunch, that way I can take some chicken breast and cucumbers with me to the competition. Luckily, this morning is a busy one and it will be easy to not eat breakfast etc. I told myself this morning if I don't get to goal I am ok with a third round sometime late Feb into mid March. I think being open to the possibility will help me get through this round. I have already decided that I cannot do long rounds. I will see when I am at 23 days where I will end up. I would like be stable before I go to Vegas late Oct, but I feel good about P3/P4, that is usually not a problem for me as it is easy to stay away from sugar and starches.

    Hey ladies.... well I busted past my 2 pound window but was a really funny jump - 3 pounds overnight so gonna hold off and just be smart eater for a couple days and if it doesn't drop I will see what happens. I am on my third day of my new medications and not sure if that could add to the normal fluctuations. I have to research the testosterone to see if it may have me retaining some extra fluids. It could also be last week catching up with me as I had my son's bday, my hubby's bday and a huge work catered event. Not gonna fuss about it but also not going to let it continue. I know good eating habits will help it drop back down.

    I am excited about trying to start working out again, I am hoping with the new cocktail mix my energy and motivation picks up.

    Gosh I sure wish I didn't have all these issues cause I would be with Jesse on the fence deciding whether to continue or to start again, I really want to be back to the 140's.

    Truimph is having a BOGO sale on their website. They are a recommended site to purchase from on here. I bought my hhcg drops through them but will be holding on til I start my next round.

    Day 16 P3 up again 1.2 lbs over LIW Still going thru severe allergies Taking lots of antihistamine and decongestant. Last two days did eat peanuts and swiss cheese . Believe the peanuts are not P3 protocol or could be all the allergy meds. Still within my window and whike i orefer to be under i am not anxious about scale Happy you are under LIW bluetech. The rest back on P2...April.. you are starting well. I prefer to do about 26 day rounds
