    I love, love, love my air fryer. I don't use it much when I'm not on HCG but I use it ton while on. I used to use a george foreman for most of my proteins, I use the air fryer in place of it now. I do mani's and pedi's and haven't had any issues. I would go for it. I also get massages. Buuuuut, I do see some fluctuation with my weight when I get massages. Perhaps water retention or something. I think it all evens out in the end but I wouldn't do them on a regular basis.

    That is good to know. I have a gc for a massage but I am waiting to use it.

    Yesterday I gave up all fruit and my carbs in veggies was under 30, probably under 20. I started reading 2.0 and I think I am moving that way. I did fast all morning as I usually do, then had lunch as normal but instead of an apple I had a small thing of cottage cheese as a snack and then dinner I had a little more protein than normal. I think I am going to have three egg whites before I go to work and just see how today goes. i eat low carb veggies, but I will pay attention to it and probably will not go to crazy on the mixing. Will not be adding in MCT oil but I will keep looking at the book and if my losses slow down I will change it up. I liked the big drop this morning and I would like to see more like those. In looking at my numbers I am down 20 since HCG started. I am down about 4 from where I settled in P3 which was about 162ish. I think I am down less than 2 from my previous LIW, but I am still ok. I feel good no cravings, or anything like that. I think going 2.0 may make this a little more doable. I am still doing a short round as I want to be pretty much into or at the end of P3 when I go to Vegas at the end of Oct. If this goes well and i want to lose more I will come back in Jan I think.

    Tonight is the high school homecoming game, a little work this weekend but not much and some relaxing. My son tuns 15 on Sunday..but we do not have much planned.

    Good morning!

    I weighed in this am because I was hoping to hit the 140's today. And I did!! 149.9...woo hoo. I'm down 8.6 and on vlcd 12. I'm really happy with it and am feeling so much more comfortable in my pants.

    April - I think you'll love the flexibility of 2.0. I switched and would never go back. For me, I've found the losses are comparable and the experience SO much more tolerable. It's so great to be able to add in protein shakes and eggs and so much more. I just love it and I'm less crabby to boot.

    I have an air fryer but I’m usually at a loss for what to do in it. What meats do you cook and how do you cook them in it?

    Day 7 P3- 138.8 this morning (yesterday I was 137.6), so .4 above LIW. I had a feeling I would be up today. I had pork skins last night and I think they make me retain water. We’ll see if the scale comes down tmw. Just had full fat Fage with vanilla, stevia and homemade grain free granola. It was seriously good! Loving these P3 foods!

    P3D2 +.2 this morning. I'm finally feeling so much better today. Yesterday I got to eat real food and drink an ice cold diet 7 up. I never really cared much for 7up but it was so satisfying to get some fluids in.
    This morning I had a breakfast chicken from Chick-fil-A and was delicious! It's not P3 friendly but at this point I'm going with what I feel like trying. It sure would be nice to stay at 162 but the reality is my weight will increase as my body gets back to normal. A "real" LIW will trend in the next few days.

    Hope everyone is have great losses, stabilizing well and feeling good!!

    Chicken breasts are so good in it. I cut up zucchini and make chips in it. I've also done chicken wings and they turn out great. Fish. You can pretty much do any protein. You can find lots of inspiration on Pinterest.

    what brand etc do you have.
    I love my instant pot and do a ton in there, but interested to see if I would use an air fryer.
    I really do not need something else cluttering up my kitchen, but you never know.

    Do you put anything on the chicken breasts? Do you use oil? What temp and about how long? Sorry for all the questions!
