    P2 and can't do 4 hours apart. Ate at 5 and eating again. It is what it is. We shall see.

    Same weight this morning so all is good. 7 more days left before I either stop or do an interruption. I think I am going for an interruption so that I don't have to reload and wait longer. Lost 15 pounds so far and would like to lose 15 more. I may just get there with another 3 weeks! Then I would like to lose another 10... Not sure how to do that. Another short round and stopping at goal weight? There was a way to do this.

    Mairi: Yep, you can do multiple rounds but have to wait 6 weeks between your first and second. A PI is a good idea if you want to do a longer round with only a minor interruption.

    AFM: No weigh in today but I feel good. Eggs for breakfast, grapes for lunch and chicken with cauliflower planned for dinner. I may make one of those individual cookies even though mine spreads pretty thin. It's still delicious! I may try adding more almond flour to mine.
    LDW: 152.2 from last round

    Thank you all for the advice on everything! Tried Curel's fragrance-free lotion - goodbye alligator skin and I have saved some amazing recipes.

    On a different note, does anyone ever experience crankiness? I'm not hungry at all but I am definitely...a little snippy. To the point that co-workers are calling me out on it. Or maybe it's because they have been judging everything I've been eating and making faces and gasping "OMG are you really eating that healthy now??" followed by pretend gagging noises. Plus, they all order gourmet pizza and bought cake for everyone in the office.

    Wait, did you shoot them, and bury their bodies in bbq sauce somewhere? That is what I would call snippy, in the face of that behavior. Anything less than outright murder shows a level of restraint that I would fail to maintain.

    People suck sometimes.

    Had my weekly Macros check-in today, all easy and on point. Coach happy, I get to keep my current settings. Yay.

    Really cruising along, cooking, eating well. Three weeks in, it is key for me to have good food choices at home, and ban anything that could trigger overeating. I have ice cream almost every day, but 50-100kcal options, either skyr or sorbet - and ice doesn’t trigger me. Chocolate would. I have müsli, lots of skyr, bananas, chicken, fish, beef, pita, rice, pasta, broccoli, asparagus - I feel pretty good about my food choices and portion control.

    I lose about 1 kilo a week right now, which might accelerate a bit this week if I held on to some TOM water... but who knows.

    And I really am moving a lot more, getting my steps in, and my energy levels have improved so much this week. Plus killer weather, so I get to do stuff outside a lot, too.

    My neighbor crush has the kids this weekend, so we are hoping to make time next week. I got him a customized fire basket for his bday, so he sent me a pic last week of the campfire, saying “christened”. The night after, he had a date, so not home, and then called me late at night complaining that I did not come over when he sent me the fire pic.

    Apparently, I was supposed to view that as an invite or summon. Told him he reallllly needs to clearly state his intentions, and not just imply **** - and if he is dating around again, I avoid showing up unannounced.

    I need to bank some calories when I see him, otherwise any wine will kill my macros. Though officially he is not drinking, since he is doing that weird diet - which basically means he messes up each weekend, so weight constantly goes up and down, and his weekends tend to get longer and longer. I am hoping for a boozy night by the fire, those are fun.

    Other than that, short Israel vacation in May, which will be cool - coach will help with a strategy to somehow stick to my macros those five days. And then a party beginning of July, have booked a hotel already - that always turns into a verrrry wild event, can’t wait. Wish I was 20 Kilo lighter, but whatever. It just takes time.

    Oh! So I actually used to live in Israel and eating healthy there is SO easy! I weighed 185lbs when I moved there and 5 months later I was 140lbs All the vegetables are so fresh and SO much better than they are here. At least here in the US, I'm assuming you are somewhere else since you said kilos? After living there for 1 year, I moved back to the US and gained everything plus another 40lbs within 2 years- smh. I'm actually going back in October and cannot wait!

    I went to Israel for 12 days last year, and you're right IT WAS THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD. I ate good fruits vegetables, meats, rice, lots of hummus, nuts, even pastries and potato chips. I came back home 3 lbs. less than when I left - which was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    Oh man...I would love to experience eating islrael fresh fresh veggies!! I'm having a heck of a time just finding fresh oranges here in GA ...right next to Florida who supposedly produces most of US oranges!

    Terrific cake topper.

    I adore Israel! I am shared airbnbing this time, so not sure yet how access to a kitchen is. Only there for five days this time, food should be okay. Last time, I did a lot of pita with hummus and veggies at home, would just drop the butter and go lighter on the hummus this time.

    Eating out is ****ty expensive, I usually grab fish or shoarma on the go, or just do one massive mixed breakfast plate in my favorite beach front, which is usually enough fuel till the night. But yeah, it is all real food and with lots of greens. And I walk everywhere... I love Tel Aviv so much.

    I am in Germany, btw - thankfully, no problem getting good veggies. Either supermarket, farmers market or having organic local things delivered weekly. I am also hoping for a rich harvest this year! Have set up three raised beds stuffed with veggies... hopefully. They are finally starting to sprout outside, the things I am nursing inside are showing up, too - first year experiment.

    Down 33lbs now, I think - I notice in my clothes, a lot, but really, it takes a while to truly show. Actually bought milestone jeans - one pair I fit, but tight, one pair that does not close yet. Second hand for cheap, not spending real money on clothes this summer. I need to go through my closet and get the sewing machine out, so I can mend and take in what I have.
