Thread: LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!!

  1. #169
Hi Ladies!! I'm sad to say I'm back again. I've previously done HCG in 2011/2012 and lost 65 lbs in 4 1/2 months. But unfortunately life got in the way (mom passed away, divorce, sold house, moved..etc.) and now I've put back on that 65 lbs+. I'm so unhappy and have tried to go on HCG again but just don't last more than 5 days. I tried Keto, Isagenix, Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig nothing works but HCG. Soooo, here I am, and I am determined to stick to it this time. I waited until after Easter so there would be no temptations going forward. I need to get this weight off before my birthday on Sept. 30. I refuse to turn 55 and be this heavy. Coming into the group always makes me feel better and gives me more determination. I look forward to chatting with you guys. Good luck to everyone here!!!

I'm anxiously awaiting my next round, I have let myself slide. I am also going to use the next round to slide into a potential new way of eating for my thyroid condition. I have been reading up about Hashimotos, which mine isn't a full diagnosis of that but I do have elevated antibodies so that is the start and am educating myself on what I can do nutrition wise to feel my best. It is usually gluten free, dairy free etc. I can probably do the gluten but man dairy I don't eat a lot but cheese would be a mainstay of a ketoesque diet with the gluten free lifestyle. I will figure it out. I am reading a book called "Hashimoto Protocol by Izabella Wentz who is a pharmacist who went through hashimoto's and came up with this diet/way of life.
Glad you are healing! I also read Stop the thyroid madness which also has a great website for thyroid info. All the best with it!

Hcgpro, how come working on cars give you inflammation? And yeah, drinking water has been so helpful to me this round. But man, I sweat a lot!

    BZ, great loss!

Welcome back, Teetee! Sorry it has been a rough time and you gained all the weight back, but you can do it! What are you using? What made you stop in the past?

AFM, I dropped 1.4 pounds! This round has been amazing! Almost 20 pounds on a 23 day round. Tomorrow was going to be my LDD. I can't weigh until Friday morning though because I will work out today and I do actually gain some water weight the next morning each time. But then the next day is whooosh LOL Maybe I should make today LDD since it is day 23. I was hoping to finish the drops which means I can add one day. I have drops for one more day but not two. Thoughts? I think I will be fine if I used Friday's weight for LDW? I also forgot: On HHCG, it is 48 hours till P3, correct?

I wonder if a/ Being post menopause helps and b/ exercising helps? Also actually counting calories this time around and stying close to 500-550. It's gotta be it. I eat pretty much the same every day.

Hi Mairi! I'm using Nu Image injections. I stopped after i lost the weight. But when i started gaining i tried to go back but couldn't stick to it. I guess my head wasn't into it but now it has to be. I'm ready. You had some great losses. That's awesome. Which HCG are you using? Do you have more weight to lose?

LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!!

    Welcome back Tee!

Hcgpro - fingers crossed LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!! Iíll have a story similar to yours relationship wise. I have not tried blue light glasses but Iíve been thinking about it since I have an office job. I had LASIK a few years back and was thinking this might be beneficial. Let me know how they work! I have two monitors and today, I some how accidentally changed the display setting of one of them and it removed the blue light. No idea what I did though lol so now the screens look a little different from each other.

Mairi - congrats on the losses! 20lbs in 23 days is so awesome! Very inspirational LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!!

AFM - I was down .4 today and fingers crossed tomorrow will be bigger. Attempted to meal prep tonight and thankfully finished all the meats... before I got carried away with the veggies and accidentally glided my pinky through the LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!! slicer. Itís not pretty haha but I guess itís another way at looking at ďbeauty is painĒ orrrrr ďno pain no gainĒ lol

Here is for a good run. I think being here really helps with the motivation!

I am using homeopathic hcg from Triumph. I did 2 rounds 7 years ago and the last year or so slowly let myself go I guess. It was harder to maintain for some reason. I did have 2 surgeries so maybe that is why. I would like to lose 20 more pounds and am planning a two week interruption and getting back into it. I keep wavering though. Today I am thinking 3 weeks of P3 and then 3 of P4 also sound good. I would love to see if I can do carbs (have been keto this whole time) and would love to load (ie binge on ice cream and cheese cake LOL) So yeah I don't know! I will see 10 days into P3 how I feel.

    Hello Coco and Lovelies

I am new to the forum - living in central Victoria Australia I work in metrics! Doing Homeopathic HCG drops and transdermal patches- have had some success many years ago but returned to unhealthy grains and sugars and now have immune issues that need attention.

This forum looks fab for checking in, supporting and being accountable

Today is P2D4 -1.2 (that is the total so far)
Want to release 30 kgs so will probably take 3 rounds.

Can someone send me a link to a bit from Jen's blog - can't find it read it the other day, where she talks about the promises she makes to herself when on HCG - much like affirmations but good habits too - I loved it but can't remember enough.

All the best for us in April

Mental Preparation for the HCG Diet

The most important thing I am doing to prepare for my HCG Diet is meeting the psychological factor. I am making promises to myself that will ensure my success. This list is going on my fridge and on my bathroom mirror. I may get really crazy and write it on my shower walls in lipliner ha! I am also snapping a photo of it and making it my computer and iPhone background. I may even fold it up and stick it in my wallet for good luck!

I promise myself that I will absolutely reach my goal. Nothing will stop me.
I promise I will think positive throughout this experience.
I promise to share my experience with my readers, to answer questions, inspire and motivate.
If I stray, I promise to get right back on track within the hour.
If I stray, I promise not to regret it, nor punish myself.
If I feel like having something off-menu, I promise to remind myself I can have it in [x] amount of days if I still want it.
I promise to exercise every single day. (Raising my heart rate for at least 20 minutes a day.)
I promise to treat my body with love: massages, spa days, peaceful walks, nourishing foods and teas.
I promise to visualize myself with my body at my goal weight and fitness level.
I will add to this list as I move through the diet. I really believe focusing on this list is the most essential piece of long term weight loss because it is the first step in establishing the mindset for living healthy. I will be reading this list every day, and focusing on each individual item separately as they resonate

    Good morning, Lovelies.
Welcome, Mary & Carolyne! Welcome Back, Teetee!
It's P2D4 for me. I'm down 4 pounds from the first 3 days. Gotta love week 1.
Hope everyone has a great day!

(7 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)

Hello, I'm new to this thread, but not hcg. 🙋*♀️

Today is P2D4 for me and as of yesterday I'm down 4#, havent weighed yet today, gained 6 from loading.

I did a 25 day round of drops last month, took a 3wk break in p3 where I experienced loads of digestive stress while adding things back in.

Doing another short round before my move up North.

Welcome Caroline! I love those affirmations!

Glad to see there are a few of you on P2! Great losses the first days!

Where are you moving to, Splunky?

This is my last drops day so I'll be moving on to P3 but I plan on doing things slow and steady and will be checking to stay on track. I figure even if I end up doing an interruption, I need to first increase calories with the foods I have been eating, and then add new foods one at a time to test them. Two mainly: dairy (cream, yogurt, swiss cheese and goat feta) and nuts.

I did decide to add today as my LDD. I think I have enough That gives me tomorrow as a better LDW because today as I expected I am up .2 (I seem to gain some after exercising each time and then drop the next day. I hope it is a solid 172 tomorrow morning! So then Sunday morning starts my P3 since I am drops if I am correct. Need to find the info.

    Have a great day everyone!

Anyone ever eat the same protein for lunch and dinner in one day?

For instance, I had LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!! slices and a chicken patty made from 98% lean ground chicken for lunch and possibly going to have 3.5 oz of chicken breast with cabbage for dinner.

You think this would be ok? Iíve never done this before but didnít plan properly and donít want to gain or stall.

I've eaten the same meal twice several times. Out of convenience mostly because I cook a batch of whatever meat and eat it a few times on a row then switch to another meat.
