For instance, I had LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!! slices and a chicken patty made from 98% lean ground chicken for lunch and possibly going to have 3.5 oz of chicken breast with cabbage for dinner.

You think this would be ok? Iíve never done this before but didnít plan properly and donít want to gain or stall.

Hey BzB...I'm a habitual meal repeater on HCG. I know technically mixing it up is the rule. I've done it both ways and my average was still 0.5 day. Don't stress it

I'm anxiously awaiting my next round, I have let myself slide. I am also going to use the next round to slide into a potential new way of eating for my thyroid condition. I have been reading up about Hashimotos, which mine isn't a full diagnosis of that but I do have elevated antibodies so that is the start and am educating myself on what I can do nutrition wise to feel my best. It is usually gluten free, dairy free etc. I can probably do the gluten but man dairy I don't eat a lot but cheese would be a mainstay of a ketoesque diet with the gluten free lifestyle. I will figure it out. I am reading a book called "Hashimoto Protocol by Izabella Wentz who is a pharmacist who went through hashimoto's and came up with this diet/way of life.

Hubby has testosterone replacement therapy and they give him HCG to extend the time between his shots so hoping he can scoop me a bottle under his plan and then I don't have to shell out the big bucks
I might have to check out that book. I am thinking more and more I need to eat for my thyroid as well. I pretty much eat gluten free..I do like some cheese and though I don't go hog wild on it, I do eat some here and there and yes it is a good go to snack. I am remaining stable in the higher end of where I want to be. Clothes still fit the way I want them, but contemplating another round. I just need to look at my calendar and see what I can feasibly do. I am kind of thinking to just wait until the end of the summer and do it after I take my son to college.

I don't but I ate the same two meals everyday this time: ground beef patty with sauerkraut for lunch, and chicken with cucumber dill salad for dinner. Strawberries with chocolate sauce (1T cocoa, stevia, salt, 1T of milk and water as needed) wither lunch usually. Grapefruit, orange or apple for breakfast. Strangely completely satisfied

Yesterday was LDD! This morning's weight was 171.6, meaning I lost 19.6 pounds on a 24 day round. This is way more than I lost in previous years. The meals worked for me, and the exercise helped but I can't wait to have more food in me to feel strong again.

The two days till P3 are always the hardest on me, not having the drops affects me mentally even though I know it is still in my body. Can't wait for Sunday morning!!!

Keep on rocking it, everyone! I hope P3ers are doing well?

    P3D1:
Well, it is our Easter so... I did take a few more liberties than I should have. I had 2 *very* small sips of mimosa, a very tiny bite (probably half a tsp on a strawberry at most) of a traditional dairy dish (a dairy free version made with Swerve instead of sugar that I made and had to taste!), and one PhiKind chocolate (vegan and keto treat made with erythritol. I don't know if Swerve, erythritol, and alcohol are allowed in P3 but something tells me it is not

I don't think this will throw me off, in any case I hope not. I also ate eggs on the first day. They usually don't cause a problem though. If I gain I won't know if it because of the erythritol, the almond yogurt, coconut milk, or eggs but I plan on going back to meat and veggies for a few days before adding eggs again. I have no need to partake of more of the delicious treats because just being able to eat all the meat and veggies I want is awesome.

I am at about 1000 calories today and am not hungry for more. Is that OK for day 1?

I plan on this being an interruption for 10-14 days.

Yikes! Never been there, but I just pulled up a menu online.
I would probably order a plain burger. Let the bun soak up any grease, but don't eat the bun (obviously). Eat what appears to be 100g of burger. For a side, I'd request the house salad with red wine vinegar on the side. Pick through and eat the allowable veggies. (If you do ok with mixing veggies.) Ask what's in it... if any cheese, order with no cheese.
You should be able to manage your way through it well.

Not sure what type of food but I would do a grilled chicken breast, make sure to request no oils to be used and mixed greens. That's my go-to when eating out on P2.

Hope the dinner goes well, BZ.

I am up 0.6 after my first P3 day from LDW so not bad all things considered. Today and tomorrow will be strictly meat and veggies, and then I am adding yogurt since that is the thing I miss the most.

Hope everyone is well. It is quiet here!

I am talking to myself but I need it to stay on track so...
At LDW this morning so am happy Tomorrow: YOGURT!
I am taking my food intake to make sure I know what I am eating. Calories P3D1 were 948, and D2 1133. I hope to get to 1500 but it seems difficult. I ate a lot yesterday! I have however not bee eating enough fat, so the whole yogurt will help with that hopefully.
