Hey ladies! Still lurking. Everyday my knee is getting less swollen and stronger. Go back to surgeon on Thursday to get stitches out and find out next steps.
I'm anxiously awaiting my next round, I have let myself slide. I am also going to use the next round to slide into a potential new way of eating for my thyroid condition. I have been reading up about Hashimotos, which mine isn't a full diagnosis of that but I do have elevated antibodies so that is the start and am educating myself on what I can do nutrition wise to feel my best. It is usually gluten free, dairy free etc. I can probably do the gluten but man dairy

I don't eat a lot but cheese would be a mainstay of a ketoesque diet with the gluten free lifestyle. I will figure it out. I am reading a book called "Hashimoto
Protocol by Izabella Wentz who is a pharmacist who went through hashimoto's and came up with this diet/way of life.
Hubby has testosterone replacement therapy and they give him HCG to extend the time between his shots so hoping he can scoop me a bottle under his plan and then I don't have to shell out the big bucks
