I didnt make my goal but stopping at short round to enter P3 on Friday i will be in San Antonio and dont feel like figuring out my meals Liw yesterday 142.8 my goal was 138-140 I am pretty sure i can get to 140 either during P3 or shortly after So if i can stabilize 138-140 i will be happy The elusive 133-135 which shows up for a few months is not a realistic goal for me but i am happy anyway

I'm mentally over it! Feeling paranoid about every thing I eat and multiple correction days is exhausting. I'm going to let my weight settle at 150ish and see how it goes. I'm loving the time with my family but there's a TON of eating going on and I'm hating the left out feeling. I'm also the slimmest person and my sisters are alternating between supportive and catty while resisting my efforts to explain how HCG works... Yes, it's hard but it does work.

We went to the art festival on Sunday but it was freezing and windy. So many beautiful pieces though and a good turnout despite the weather. We stopped by Rose's booth and her husband's work is amazing! I chickened out of actually introducing myself as he was taking a happy birthday call from his mom still it was nice to spend time with my nieces and nephews in the outdoors.

150.2 today after a steak day yesterday FML
X: I threw in the towel on prior round because of the vicious cycle of correction days and being sick. Ended up having to do the entire round over... ugh!! Hang in there and hold on to what you can...you'll be glad you did!!

Ugh, correction days... I am “lucky” that I am skipping those. With the sudden introduction of carbs again after a keto/ hcg 2.0 round, I obviously jumped up more than 2lbs in between.

But nine days of tracking macros, and I am back below LIW. As I most likely filled up some glucogen stores with water, I hopefully lost fat, too. Whatever, not stressing. Lost the inch I had due to bloating, too. Everything after now will be due to Macros, not hcg.

I had a week. No sleep one night, work stress, went stress-grazing a bit - but as I have no trigger foods at home, it was all easily fit into my macros. Well, where I think my macros should be, around 1800-2000 calories. My coach tried me on a week of 2500cal, and there is no freaking way I could have made that - only with trigger foods, like pizza and chocolate. I understand the whole “do not feel deprived”, but I was never hungry, I ate well, and I am happily cruising along. With pasta and rice.

A pair of jeans that was too tight fits super comfy now. Decided to just continue getting pants a tad too small and shrink into them.

I only ever wear one plus-size brand for jeans, and can usually find those in the German version of Craigslist - the ones I bought yesterday are brandnew with tags, one size smaller yet again, and 15 euro instead of 60, so happppppppy. I refuse to spend real money on clothes while losing weight. Well, I got a pair of harem pants, but those you can basically wear from xs to 3xl.

Hope everyone is having a good week!

GLC: Great job getting back to LIW! Sometimes it's just better to get back on your own vs. a CD.

Rose: You did great this round! You know when it's time to move to P3 and it sounds like it's good timing for you.

AFM: I'm 151.4 today so still under LDW even after my 4 day hiatus. I had a serious hiatus too...ice cream cake, chipotle (with rice), pizza, pasta. I was surprised this morning. That was before I "went" to the restroom too so I'm likely just a little lower than that. I'll continue mainly P3 foods and see if I can get down some more. I loved seeing the 140's here and there and I really need to lose 20 more. Somehow someway I pulled something in my lower back this morning. It hurts like heck and every time I move it's just a sharp pain. I've had neck/back issues for a while now and I think I have RA based on how my hands look (large knuckles, fingers starting to "lean"/bend to the side). My dad had RA so I wouldn't be surprised but it sure is painful whatever it is.
    LDW: 152.2 from last round

Way to go ladies - you are all rocking it.

GLC - glad you are switching over to the macros without major issues, it definitely makes a difference when you fill your calories with real food vs crap food. A chocolate bar while tasting good will not fill you up as much as real food with the same caloric count. Way to go!

Jessie - At least you made a healthy choice, I hate those weak moments right before bed. I get them too.

Rose- glad it all went well, happy belated. I am sure you will be at 140 before you know it.

AFM - Surgery is booked for Apr 11. Crap that's fast lol. I'm used to the Canadian system, not US. Took almost 7 years to get my hip done from initial doc visits to surgery. Feeling much better on the new prescription of meds which has helped immensely for my sanity. I have a craft show for a Catholic Ladies group on Sat so I have been working on creating stock for it. Wish me luck, it has been a quiet year so far.

    Good morning Lovelies!

DM - What is the surgery for? I'm sure you said sometime last month, but I popped in and out too much.

    Rose - yay for P3!

GLC - I really want to do the macro thing but it seems so hard to calculate! I'll have to play around with it some more.

Pro - you just described my P4 lifestyle - you mean we aren't supposed to be eating that way?

Jessie - so did you eat all that stuff while sleeping? Those sound like some powerful meds! I take a swig of Nyquil some times when I want a deep sleep!

AFM - same - went on a 2 mile run yesterday, crazy hard workout class last night and long dog walk afterwards. Thought I'd be sore today but guess I stretched well. No workout at lunch today because I have errands to run. Bummer!
    R1 Start 149 - End 135.4
    R2 Start 135 - End 129
    R3 Start 129 - End 115
Maintained weight loss for 2 years +/- 5 lbs
    Gained 10+ lbs from medication

    R5 P3 LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Altogether we're AWESOME IN APRIL!!!! LIW: 166.8

    3/28 P3D3---165.2 (+.6)

    4/2 P3D8--- 165.6 (+.2)
    4/3 P3D9--- 166.0 (+.4)

TOM arrived and on time for the 3rd month in a row so maybe HCG is finished messing with it. My weight may have dropped some if I didn't cave into another late night binge meal
last night. (Almost forgot I did that until I saw my post from last night). Technically still under LIW but I'm not ok seeing ++++ four days in a row. And I'm not ok with this darn late night eating stuff...I know better!!) I fought chocolate cravings the past couple of days. I have dark chocolate from the Godiva store but it has sugar in it. Hopefully I can find the Lily chocolate April talks about and get it out of my system.

    Happy day to all!!

Jessie: I'm not sure what stores you have around you, but the Meijer and Kroger around here have Lily's chocolate bars. Hopefully you can find some! As for late night eating, I'm with you. I had pasta the other day for dinner...then more pasta and garlic bread later that night. 3 helpings of pasta and 4 pieces of garlic bread. No Bueno!

Amber: Haha apparently you're not supposed to eat like that...and my body sure told me! I was nauseous a couple days in a row but feel better now with the better eating. I wish I could eat whatever I want and not gain weight. I knew a lady like that once...she TRIED to gain weight and couldn't. That's a crazy workout but good! I need to work up to running 1-2 miles at a time but I'm too lazy lol

Good to see your successful hiatus recovery! It's important to know we can navigate foods in life and be able to real it back in. Hopefully some Ibuprofen can get you some pain relief.
