    Rose - yay for P3!

GLC - I really want to do the macro thing but it seems so hard to calculate! I'll have to play around with it some more.

Pro - you just described my P4 lifestyle - you mean we aren't supposed to be eating that way?

Jessie - so did you eat all that stuff while sleeping? Those sound like some powerful meds! I take a swig of Nyquil some times when I want a deep sleep!

AFM - same - went on a 2 mile run yesterday, crazy hard workout class last night and long dog walk afterwards. Thought I'd be sore today but guess I stretched well. No workout at lunch today because I have errands to run. Bummer!
Not asleep but the meds can still knock me out even after taking it for 9 years. I get the the crazy munchies when it kicks in but I can just rolled over and fall asleep within seconds. It's a choice hold myself up and eat. Not a good choice...I know better!

Knee scope and scrape. Should be pretty quick and easy if all goes well. Just one more thing to check off the list to finally getting my 100,000 mile tune up

    Happy Wednesday!

8 days ago I was in such a dark place. I know some of you know the feeling. You step on the scale and you are at your highest weight of your life. It is a hard day...made harder by remembering the last time you were here!

In January of 2018 I got on the scale and saw 209...I panicked...I had NEVER weighed over 200 in my life. I SWORE to myself...this is IT!!! I started HCG and by my vacation in April 2018...I was at 188 and feeling pretty good!

The plan was to stay on P3 and Keto and in a few months do another round to get to 160's. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED. I think it started with Bread and Pizza and the CARB CRAVINGS took over....mindless until mid March 2019...and guess what....

219!!!!!! CRAP! First I SWORE I would never hit 200....Then I SWORE I would stop before hitting 210...and HERE I AM ON THE THRESHOLD OF 220. This was about 15 days ago...

Today I weighed 209....I am at my Panic Weight of 2018...and strangely feeling good.

P2 is going very well...not hungry...Doing 2.0 (no melba and almost no fruit)

I am using a new app (for me) called Carb Manager and I really like seeing the Macros.

I am almost afraid to make goals...but I CAN NEVER do this again!!! I need a better maintenance strategy.

I WILL get back down to 188 (maybe more...)
    I WILL Maintain
I WILL get down into the 160's

Ok...that is out in the universe! Hopefully my story will resonate with someone. This YO YO has to stop!

    Any ADVICE IS WELCOME!!!!

Amber: Haha apparently you're not supposed to eat like that...and my body sure told me! I was nauseous a couple days in a row but feel better now with the better eating. I wish I could eat whatever I want and not gain weight. I knew a lady like that once...she TRIED to gain weight and couldn't. That's a crazy workout but good! I need to work up to running 1-2 miles at a time but I'm too lazy lol
My son and daughter just brought some home from Publix. It's really good and hit the spot! Now maybe I can move on and let this night time munching go. Actually...it's done!

That's great, Jessie! Glad they were able to find it. I think more and more places are getting it in so that helps. A little goes a long way too, though I could eat a whole bar in one sitting lol

TTGR: Yes, we ALL know that feeling. You should feel good because you're doing something about it though. You WILL be successful!

The Ibuprofen is helping a little but I'm still not sure how I injured my back while tying my shoes. I'm way too young for mysterious injuries! lol

This is a busy week! Work is crazy, we've had 4 people leave our team since January and not been replaced, there are only 6 of us left so it's taking a toll. But I am continuing on. Next week one of the ladies and I will start walking at lunch, she's had a cold this week and just moved so she can't find her running shoes yet Plus the weather has still been a bit cold, I will be so glad when the snow/ice is ALL GONE! Loading yesterday was good and today has been ok. I have stuck to plan, I am doing 2.0 and it's going ok. I have decided not to weight in except for once a week. I find the fluctuations daily to be frustrating and a slight bump up will lead me to giving up. Hopefully over a week I will see some progress all at once, and be ok with it. I am very sad to be at my highest weight ever... swore I'd never get over 200 again, then hit 220. Ugh. I'm just so uncomfortable! Knees ache, back aches, my tummy feels like it's in the way. So I am going to do this! I was hungry by lunch time, and had promised kiddo McD's for dinner, so he had that (man those fries smelled good lol) but I had a salad and some shrimp which was very yummy. By salad I mean some baby spinach I bought yesterday

Glad to see so many people chatting, I'm trying to get caught up and who is who... I need the accountability and others who understand this program.

    Ugh, I feel ya.

I decided to switch to Macros altogther now. Not ruling out another round of hcg for quicker results, but for now, I gotta count calories and weigh every darn piece of food by the gram. No guesstimation, no cups, just ktchen scale all the way.

I am not gluten-sensitive or anything, so the problem isn’t carbs per se... the problem is that carbs turn off my brains, I think. Unless I weigh them, I get sucked into overeating on them, and eating way more carbs, instead of relyzing more on protein, veggies, etc.

Hoping to actually tackle the underlying food mentality with a coach this time around, too... hate that I am losing the same 100lbs again, too.

-.6 this morning. I rolled over last night! Even though my LIW is in the 166's, seeing the scales pass 165's messed with me mentally. This round has to stick!

So dumb, the power some arbitrary numbers have over us!

My LIW was 130.3 (kilos, not pounds, before y’all get all excited, ha!) Actually dropped to 129.9 - so new number excitement! And... up to 131.8 again with ovulation and carbs. It took me 9 days to lose enough to make up for the water retention.

My coach does not want me to get excited about these numbers, but can’t help it - I am at 129.7 today, lowest I have been. And again, back to those nice new shiny numbers.

Coach finally (!) gave me calorie and macros goals that I like. Well, I was ignoring the ones he gave me before. Sorry Coach. He now dropped me another 400kcal, but I have to promise to actually try and reach these. Pfffff. But they are reachable, at least.

Psychologically, I am happy to stay below a calorie goal, and really unhappy trying to eat up to one. 2500kcal was just not happening on my current balanced self-cooked meals. 2070 now, which I can make... but I am already eating less vegetables than before, since even for those numbers, I need more starchy carbs.... and yeah, let’s be honest, I like those a whole lot better than veggies. Most of my days so far are 1700-2000.

Coach also upped my steps a bit, which will be easy - we have killer weather, and I have a yard which needs a lot of work. Need to actually make my kettlebells, slacked on those a bit. And so it continues... well, hopefully it does go downward.

GLC: I feel you on that. When I see the 140's I get excited...for a whole day lol Good job though! You're still within your range and getting some activity in, which is always good!

AFM: I'm down 1.8 from my last weigh-in, so I'm happy. About 2 lbs. under LDW. I even had cereal and pasta yesterday! Well, it was a gluten free pasta thing with kale but still! I had cereal for breakfast, which I may add in about once a week. Lunch will be a Danactive drink thing and maybe something else. Dinner is chicken and cauliflower. SO glad my 4 day eating fiasco last weekend didn't throw me off track. Sometimes even just a taste will send me spiraling :/
