I'm still arounddoing ok. Have moments of being hungry and then not at all. Had a wicked headache this morning so tried upping my electrolytes today and I'm feeling better. I've lost two pounds from my pre-load weight, so I think that's good? Long way to go though! I tried weight watchers in January and it was too hard, so many rules and points and complicated! Any way. I had lost a few pounds, but of course gained those back and a few extra before starting this up again. Took the dog for a walk today, the weather was finally warming up a bit. I want to keep that up.
