Pearly: Great job so far! Just shows that even if you do a sort-of "cycle" round you can still have success
Lex: Great job! As for the melba/grissini, I normally at least have some type of melba in P2 and I've never had any real issues with gluten later on. I think it helps me but I've not really seen the other side of it. I can normally have GF spaghetti (made with rice/other types of grains) toward the end of P3 even with no issues.
Gem: Hopefully the weigh-in goes well!!
AFM: I put in what my weight was yesterday morning which is still under LDW, so I'm good with it. I know why it's slightly up. Didn't weigh today but I most likely will tomorrow morning. For some reason, I've been having stomach "issues" about every other day. It just hits suddenly and it's not really based on any particular food I'm eating. I thought it was the butter but ruled that out...then I thought maybe cheese, but ruled that out. I've been able to have a little honey in my tea each day without gaining so that's nice. I normally use honey throughout P3 anyway but it's great to have a natural sweetener that's not necessarily P3 approved - way better than Stevia!
