Well, I complain that TESS can't do math, but I can't either! I thought i was down 5.2, but I couldn't see my ticker on my phone, and I'm only down 3.6 plus the .6 I gained loading, so that was 4.2, not 5.2. And now, I'm up .2 so just 4. I still have today and tomorrow in my Week 1, so not gonna worry. I held most of that 2+ loss from Saturday, so can NOT complain.

Laid in more veggies and chicken breasts, so I am good for the week.

I really wanted to go out for brunch yesterday, and finally did around 1:30 to a breakfast only place. I have only been there once but had forgotten how chi-chi and expensive it was. I couldn't even find a beverage that wasn't caffeinated or sugared. Poor little waitress tried to get me to get a fruit juice blend because there is no sugar in those... uh. No. Plain omelet with mushrooms in it, disappointed her because there were so many other "fillers". No toast? Have an extra filler. No meat choice? You get an extra filler. NO HASHBROWNS? Yes, we can do a side salad. That turned out to be a handful of lettuce with three carrot curls on top. Of course there was dressing but I ignored it. I did hear someone else ordering green chiles so I asked for those on the side, and it was not green chiles it was typical Colorado Salty Gravy with some green chunks in it. Very very very hot, as they think if it has chiles it is supposed to have jalapenos too. Anyone who has seen me post in the past few years has seen my rants on ill-prepared green chiles way too many times. But cheez! So, plain omelet, no cheese, lettuce, iced decaf coffee which I asked for PLAIN no sweetener, and they filled it with milk, but the poor waitress was so confused by then, I just drank half of it and didn't make a fuss. With tip, cost me $25. Remind me to cook my own brunch AT HOME when on P2!

    Onward!

Pearly: Great job so far! Just shows that even if you do a sort-of "cycle" round you can still have success

Lex: Great job! As for the melba/grissini, I normally at least have some type of melba in P2 and I've never had any real issues with gluten later on. I think it helps me but I've not really seen the other side of it. I can normally have GF spaghetti (made with rice/other types of grains) toward the end of P3 even with no issues.

Gem: Hopefully the weigh-in goes well!!

AFM: I put in what my weight was yesterday morning which is still under LDW, so I'm good with it. I know why it's slightly up. Didn't weigh today but I most likely will tomorrow morning. For some reason, I've been having stomach "issues" about every other day. It just hits suddenly and it's not really based on any particular food I'm eating. I thought it was the butter but ruled that out...then I thought maybe cheese, but ruled that out. I've been able to have a little honey in my tea each day without gaining so that's nice. I normally use honey throughout P3 anyway but it's great to have a natural sweetener that's not necessarily P3 approved - way better than Stevia!

Well, Aunt Flow came to visit me so I am not going to weigh till after she leaves. I just read last night that for the days you don't inject while menstruating are added to the end of the number of days in phase 2.... I never knew this before but wanted others opinions. I also read that some people just keep injecting while menstruating and everything is fine. I know Dr. Simmeon's said not to inject while menstruating so I just want to do it the right way. I have not injected today even though I just started..... Or should I inject today and wait till it is a heavier flow?

Lexius, I have never altered my HCG for TOM. I think most people just stay on.

I was not real pleased with the weigh in today! I'm only down a lb for the week! I'm not doing real good in the bathroom dept. now and I'm guessing that is the reason. I'm working on it- Ha! Anyway, that makes me down 11.6 for 4 weeks. I know lots of people who lose that in a week! I'm not stopping though. When I see a bad week, It is discouraging to me! But, it's a loss & not a gain!

    Welcome Xex! Have fun loading!

Pearly- that's funny about your brunch. But who doesn't usually sound like that when you go out on P2? Uhhh, leave out the cheese, the croutons, blah, blah, blah..... It's all good!

hcg- bummer about your stomach issues! Now that you can increase your foods, you have that to worry about.

    Later!

I don't alter my doses for TOM either. Injections may be different though. Maybe just skip on your heaviest day and make that your normal skip day?

Gem: How frustrating! Have you been measuring though? Maybe it's inches lost now. As for the bathroom department...have you ever tried smooth move tea? It's a natural way to shake things up and works!

X: Welcome back!! It's nice to have a place where you can be accountable. Makes it much easier to get through P2

I'm down a smidge today. I didn't eat too much yesterday but I've been able to add a lot of things in without any problems, so I'm good with that. I've been in P3 a week so far and I'm a little under LDW which is always good. I'd like to stay in the 140's but lose a bit more before the holidays.

    Same-o same-o. Well, that's better than UP! I'm due for a woosh!

I was a little munchie munchie last night and today feel the same already. That is the hardest for me. I'm not hungry...just my teeth are!

Loading Day 1. I've done multiple rounds (injections) over the years, mostly to maintain my initial loss of 35lbs. Like Pearly, I have no problem viewing this diet as maintenance, since I never let myself get more than 10lbs over my preferred weight before I do something about it.

I've mostly been a lurker, but I want the accountability so I will be joining you all and posting here. I am planning a 28 day round and hope to lose at least 12-14 lbs since I always bounce up 2-3 lbs in P3, which I have learned to live with. Of course, it is the steady creep in P4 which brings me back here.

    Happy losing everyone!

    Hello Lovelies!

Load day 2 and a little nervous. I froze 27 shots from my last round and hoping they work. I measured each at 125iu and I'm thawing each one at the time of injection but they're less than 125 so we'll see... I'm up 5lbs just loading and it will suck if my shots fail.

Happy to see familiar faces even though we're on different schedules

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149
    Round 3, P3: 149 and hopeful...

So I went down some today. Thank goodness! It was only .6, but I'll take it! I'll look at measurements tomorrow as I feel I was a bit bloated for a few days for some reason. I went walking today for a bit. Feels good to get out as the weather isn't in the 90's! Low 70's and the clouds were beautiful tonight.

Welcome Mo! Loading is my favorite part of the diet- ha!

hcg- I've tried the smooth tea in the past, don't remember if it worked or not. Will try it again.

Pearly- that's funny about your "munchy teeth!" I heard "straw chewing" can maybe help that....

    Good night ladies, sleep well....

Welcome Loaders! Mo and Xexy, good luck on your round!

Well, down point 2 today, so not exactly a woosh. Got the magnesium, psyllium powder thing going today, so will probably woosh one way or another! I admit I was a little disappointed, as all signs pointed towards a loss today.

I am at this moment determined to keep going if it takes me six weeks to lose these 5 pounds. I will go until my conference in mid September, do a PI and come back and start up again. I have to mix tomorrow night, as I just have one injection left from before. That will give me about 50 syringes, so I can use 20 and still have 30 left for another time. Hate to think I'll need another time, but history tells me otherwise!

I need to be more vigilant and not let myself go above 10 pounds. This 18-20 is killer!

    Onward!
