Thread: LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - ALL IN for August!!!!

    VCLD1 today. Not a lot of hunger, so that's a good start. I did a spin class since I figured I still had energy from loading, but that will be it until I am done with this round. I usually continue my exercise classes 3x a week since I am pretty religious about those and am quite used to it. Hard work but not aerobic.

    Pearly: Eating out is such a challenge on this diet. I really like to clear my calendar but it's not always possible. This time I am pretty much going to live like a monk, which is both good and bad!

    Gem: I am not from here, but I have lived in Columbus, OH for the last 5 years. You are from Dayton I think?
    And, I have a whole game I play with myself for weigh-in. First thing in the am, and then after coffee and a trip to the bathroom. I'll never understand how I can weigh less after a cup of coffee, but there you go.

    Gitter: Sometimes I wonder if knowing I can do a round to take off the creeping lbs makes me more careless. But, it always works.

    Wow, that is good to know Leez! Even though I do use hcg from our recommended suppliers, I find usually have to increase my dose slightly when I start getting around 25-27th injection. It would be awesome if I could get 40 doses! Then maybe I wouldn’t have to mix my new vial! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten past 30 though, but maybe I’m wrong!

    Pearly: Your meal sounds DELICIOUS. Up only 0.6 too? I would have gained 5 lbs. lol

    AFM: I'm down a little today into the 145's. It'll be short-lived lol I've been sticking right around 146 which is ok for now. I may try to squeeze in another round this year but may wait until January. I swear, HCG is the only thing that has ever really worked for me.

    Still some issues with BF but hopefully it'll get better soon.

    Good morning, everyone.
    It looks like everyone is hanging in there pretty well!
    I'm still planning to start a round the first weekend of October. I've got plenty of time to determine if I'll do OP or 2.0. I have had circulation problems during a few recent rounds, so I've got to figure out which protocol will work best to avoid that.

    Still wearing it down. Trudge Trudge Trudge. TESS said I went from 135.6 to 135.4... not exactly a huge woosh, but at least it is in the right direction...but the little calculation she does to show the difference from the last time you weighed... said 0.00. But we all know TESS is not good at math.

    I know I had a downright excellent day yesterday, so will just keep going. I have 12 more days before I leave for my conference, so will have to do extremely well---and better than so far!--- to get to 130 by then, but amazingly, already I feel better than nudging 140.

    How so few pounds can make a difference, I do no know, but my clothes fit differently already. But still have things I want to wear at the conference that those few more pounds will make a difference in. I think because I carry so much of my FAT around my mid section, it makes a difference in whether my clothes get stuck around my middle or sweep right by, which affects how they fit on hips, under arms, etc.

    I know. I am blessed to have such tiny details to worry about! I know guys, I know. I took off almost 50 pounds going on 6 years ago, and they want to come back All. The. Time. That old saying that inside every fat girl there is a skinny one fighting to get out... ha! Inside every skinny girl there is also a fat one trying to get out! I am envious of my friends who seem to stay slim without any effort. They eat fairly healthy, but enjoy sweets without guilt or gains. They are active, but most are not extreme exercise nuts. IDK. how they do it. I just know how I have to do it! That's ok, really. I have other natural abilities.

    Well, down another .8 lbs today! Haven't had a stall yet

    Just: Thanks for the info…. Why have you decided to do IM? I was curious about this before and wondered if it would be more effective. Have you done sub Q before? And if so, did you see a difference?

    Leez: Thanks for that info as well! It looks like I will just see what happens. I have done the overseas HCG years ago as well, and I also have purchased US HCG from a reputable company like the ones you have mentioned. Even though I had results with both not mixing a fresh vial in the middle of a round, I personally don’t remember experiencing anything that would indicate them losing potency, but I also didn’t know what to look for without wasting a dose on a pregnancy test. How can you tell its losing potency without testing it? Maybe a stall, or hunger? Maybe just to be safe I will just do as you suggest and just remix after 30 days.

    It is as an inexact science, so yeah, all those things can be clues. Some deal with it by just increasing dose as they approach the last part of the round.

    Hello Lovelies!

    Down another 2lb today to 153 so hoping the load weight will be all gone this weekend. I've thought about it and probably ate something that was inflammatory (looking at you American wheat) during load days which caused my weight to balloon upwards. Still unsure that the frozen injections are working but as long as TESS moves down I'm going to keep up with the protocol. One good thing is that I didn't regain any inches so I'm planning not to get too much in my head about things. The other good thing is that I'm working for a startup and they are demanding! No time to eat out, cook or apply lotion LOL.

    VCLD2 and down 2.6 lbs. That's the load weight gone plus 1/2 lb below preload weight. No real hunger. I am not a breakfast eater and was really excited when intermittent fasting became popular and I was given 'permission' to skip it and wait until lunchtime. So, I do get a bit hungry waiting to have my first meal of the day at around 12:00 noon and then again around 5:00, but definitely within the normal mealtime hunger range. After all the rounds I have done I still get nervous that the HCG will work (have I mixed properly?) and so I'm always on the lookout that things are working and I judge that by hunger (and weight loss of course). I had one round where I experienced real weakness/hunger and Grammy had to help me figure out a dose adjustment (down). I feel fortunate that I know what that feels like as a baseline.

    Xexy: You must have inflammation...that's a lot of weight to gain in a two-day load.

    Kar: I am a 2.0 convert. I lose just as well and there is more variety.

    Pearly: You are a warrior, keep fighting the good fight.

    Can someone, please, tell me what TESS stands for? I have driven myself crazy trying to figure it out.

    Whoa, you are all doing so well! I'm hoping that I will get some good results on TESS (thanks Mo for asking what that was cause I didn't know either-ha), as I feel like I have been in the BR most of the day! I know, TMI.

    Xexy- I think 5lbs is the most I've ever gained loading. took me a couple of days to get rid of.

    hcg- I also agree that Hcg is the only way I seem to be able to lose weight. I always thought it was because that it was so strict & I needed that to keep me in check. I always go back to it to lose. This forum has been a great help as well.

    Going to a wedding tomorrow. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding where there was no reception- no food period. I guess that's a good think as the last one I kept eyeing the cake and almost caved! At least that won't be a prob this time!

    Stay on course !! We are great support for one another!
