    Hcppro2: Thank you! Yes, I feel like every round I need to adjust. I am hungry throughout the day and itís not the normal hunger pangs with hcg. Dosing is off. Iíll skip morning and afternoon tomorrow and see what happens. 😉

    Leez: Yes! I was just thinking that. It makes sense to crave carbs (and even cheese!) when dose is off. Iíve done so well in past rounds even having resolve to stay OP but my dose was right on. Iím gonna skip tomorrow and see. Thank you for your support! I cannot afford to give up.

    Lovelyladyhcg: Onward, yes. Iím glad you found what works for you! And thank you for your encouragement. <3

    Pearly: Your words ring true. We can only control what we can control. I have to remember that. When Iíve done other rounds, sticking to the p2 protocol was really the only area I could control and I didnít deviate from my goal. And yes, we are choosing healthy. I have high blood pressure due to stress and weight and Iím doing this for me, so I can be healthy and happy and LIVE. I really enjoy making the meals, sometimes itís rushed, but I love taking the time to make a savory chicken chili with a delicious ripe tomato and spices. Thank you for your kind words.     Hello Friends!
    I am on Day 14 and I am down 10.4 pounds. Pretty happy with that - I mean sure I'd love more but I'll take it! I had a little bit of a slow start and then stalled out for a few days and then WHOOSH! Funny how the body can just make up it's own mind! The beautiful thing though with hcg is that I knew in those stalled out days that I was still losing inches and it kept me motivated to keep pushing through. Silly scale.

    Hopefully I will finish this round down 18 total - that's my goal at least.

    My baby boy starts his freshman year of high school on Wednesday. AHHH!

    Exactly the same today, which is a win

    Iím dog sitting my cousinís Potterdale terrier. He has decided he is in LERVE with my smaller Mini Schnauzer. He is driving us all nuts. She crawls under a kitchen chairs with bars around it so he canít get to her. But then she is trapped.

    I got out the old water spray bottle and he is already more of a gentleman. Suspect it will be a long weekend.

    Now I need a water bazooka to shoot out the window when he stand and barks at nothing in the back yard. Poor old guy has cataracts, so only sees shapes and barks at everything, just in case.

    And he adores the shape of a certain lady schnauzer!

    Great job, everyone!! Hope you're all having a good weekend. I loaded today and I'm miserable. I haven't eaten a whole lot but it's enough. Also (TMI) I don't feel like much of this is sticking with me lol I've been in the bathroom all day. Im done for today tho and I think I'm just going to eat normally tomorrow vs eating a lot. I can't wait for P2!

    Morning everyone! I decided I'm going to load a 3rd day. I did well loading Saturday but yesterday it wasnt good at all. I only ate twice and not much at all. I'm gonna focus on fats today but I'm definitely getting sushi too. I'm gonna try to do more than 21 days of VLCD this round. Just gotta stick with it.

    Pro, three days seemed right to me this last round, too. I was the least HANGRY I have been on a round for a long time, until I my dose shifted, but the first two weeks were solid. Sometimes you gotta go with what feels right! Good luck!

    Thanks, Pearly! It seems like when people load 3 days they have a lot less hunger. I just know that I didn't do a good job loading yesterday. Saturday was good - plenty of creams, high fat foods, etc. but yesterday was a bust. I read that if you're hungry the morning after the 2nd loading day you may want to load an extra day too. I was pretty hungry by about 7:00, so I figured I'll just do 1 more day. What's weird is that I feel like my stomach is flatter now than when I started loading lol Could be from all the "releasing" I did of what I ate Saturday :/ I'm glad no one else was home! lol I'm not going to gorge myself today but I will be eating more of the stuff you're supposed to when loading.

    I've been lurking, liking and thanking, but not posting for awhile.
    Hope your'e feeling better about things, Natalie!
    AFM - I've gained back everything from my last round (my P3 just ended in late June). Apparently, I can't even be in the same room with a carbohydrate. So yesterday I started FMD (Haylie Pomroy's Fast Metabolism Diet). Hopefully this protocol will repair my metabolism and shed at least some of the weight.
    ONWARD!

    Hi ya'll!
    I've been so naughty so far this round. I went to a friends house the other night and ate 4 slices of thin crust pizza. They were small slices but still! I know better! I've also been indulging in the vodka sodas. Ugh. I CANNOT be around carbs and alcohol. And forget being social. Ugh ugh ugh. Today is clean. Lowered my dose to 8 drops 3x a day. I hope that helps.

    Hello everyone! So I made it thru the chaotic weekend somehow! Ha! Lots of company, lots of cooking & 2 times eating out and I'm so surprised that I was able to pretty much stay the course over the weekend!
    So.....down 7lbs for week one! That is pretty much my norm when I'm on this diet. I'm going to try real hard not to weigh in every day as the weight loss will def slow down now. I feel so much better, have more energy and my pants are feeling much better on me!

    We had such a tragedy here in Dayton over the weekend (horrible mass shooting) and it has stopped many in their tracks. We just had a devastating tornado in May and now this....but, God is good! No lives lost in our area from the tornado and if you haven't seen some of the damage by now, believe me, it is a MIRACLE!! The shooting here in Dayton was also one of those "miracles that more weren't killed" as the shooter had a few more magazines but the police in the area stopped him in less than a minute!!

    You never know from day to day the things you will face, but we go on with the hope & determination to be strong and happy! Life can be so short, and I may mess up some days on this plan or anything else I may do, but it helps to keep a positive attitude and not get down on yourself for not being perfect! Heavens, I never want to be perfect!

    I say this as an encouragement to many of you, who like me, struggle at times, but I just keep on going & don't let my "mess ups" bring me down. I just come to this forum and you all encourage me as well..... Thank You!!

    Hi Everyone!

    I am kind of new around here and I happen to remember this site from years and years ago! I am so excited that this support site is still around... I just received my HCG and I have been ready to start for a couple of months now. I have tried HCG a couple of times in the past and was successful at times, but I never really did anything to a T and well... Here I am years and years later! I have already made a mental commitment to myself to do everything spot on this time and do ALL phases which I never have done in the past! I have never had a gorging day or followed up with phase 3 not to mention I have no idea what phase 4 is! Is there even such thing as a phase 4?

    My biggest concern this time is that I am not going to get the support I need from my husband. He has always been pretty supportive in the past, but now he doesn't seem to want to take me seriously that I am ready to do this. I almost know that he is going to try to get in the way and I can't let that happen! I can't even talk to him about shopping for p1 or p2 foods without him telling me that we already have meatballs in the fridge. I hate being brushed off and I am wondering if anyone else has been through something similar and what to do about it! I hope someone can give me some insight. Thanks
