Lex: I've dealt with something similar but my BF has just tried to throw a fit whenever I say I "can't" have something he's eating. This round he's already being way more supportive and is going to start eating healthier himself. He joked that he'll be eating like me - a celery stick and being full lol I think having a sit down conversation may be needed if you want to let him know how you really feel about it. Just let him know how important it is to you. Just get your HCG foods by yourself and cook separate meals if you have to. I feel like, as long as you're eating when they do, they don't usually pay attention to what you're eating. Hopefully he changes how he approaches it because it's 10x harder when you have someone getting upset that you don't eat what they do.
Lovely: Just because you have to do a CD doesn't mean you've failed at anything. Sometimes we flub up and sometimes CD's are necessary even when we don't. You'll be successful
AFM: Today is VLCD 1. No hunger at all yet so I think that 3rd loading day helped! I've had a little black coffee and I'll finish that later this morning. I have strawberries and brussel sprouts (not POP) for lunch. Dinner will be chicken and probably just more brussel sprouts. I may add an orange in there if I need to later on. I probably only gained maybe 2 lbs. loading which is nice! I'm still about 10 lbs. down from where I was earlier this year (before my last round). I'm going to shoot for 21 days and anything after that is a bonus. I'll just see how I feel at that point.
