It's Christmas Eve!! I was up @ 6:00 this morning- ugh, couldn't get back to sleep. Lots to do today. Christmas w/the outlaws 😁. I managed to eat kinda clean yesterday but went up a measly .2 (could have been the wine &#129300 but I'm good! A few last minute wrap ups & I'm done! I made my side dishes & pray others will bring some "healthy" dishes! Ha!

Linder- you did well hanging in there this long! Proud of you! 👏🏼 I got my drops in the mail for the next round so I'll be ready.
    Pearly- cute "pop in!"

To all you other Lovelies lurking out there....have a Merry Christmas & I know you will also be popping in now & again. We are Not alone on this journey!

Merry Christmas Eve to all you Lovelies!

Gem - sounds like you're all set for the food barrage! As long as you have a couple of "safe" dishes, you should be fine. I just remind myself that the holiday is not about the food, it's about the company and spending time with them.
Pearly - cute picture. Hoping you'll be back around soon.

AFM: P3D1 - finally! Wasn't sure if I would make it through yesterday as I was starving all day! Somehow I survived without digging into the mayonnaise. This morning HWC in my coffee -YUM! Best Christmas present ever

Everyone - have a lovely holiday. Enjoy your friends/family and stay safe!

Hello Lovelies! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! It was great to be with family!
It got up to 62 degrees here in OH! Can't remember it being that warm in awhile on Christmas!
Love the hustle & bustle but it always goes to fast!
I somehow managed to stay within 2 lbs of my LIW (I guess that's right) so I'm good for now.
Leaving town tomorrow for a couple weeks & will try to stay in touch & Stay Focused! 😳

Wow, so quiet here! Hope that means everyone is doing fantastic!

I started P3 on Christmas eve and have managed to stay about 0.5 below LDW. Caught a cold the day after Christmas and have been feeling pretty yucky. DH has one too, but his involves lots of coughing, so that's not contributing to either of us getting much rest. I just want to sleep all day until I feel better. I'm sure it will be over soon enough.

Wishing everyone a happy New Year!

Hello Dear Lovelies and Happy Holidays!
LinderLou, so sorry that you and DH have been ill. I feel like I am also fighting things off.
GemGirl, glad the weather is good and gosh hope it holds!
Kar, Pearly and everyone hope you are all doing well and having a lot of fun.

I am in a PI until my gourmet dinner on January 4, which is when I will load...If it turns out I have to load... I am just at the border of needing to do that I think.
    Take care!
    Early Happy New Year!

On a little hiatus from home for a couple weeks & even though it is warm where I am (compared to home), I'm hoping I get to see more of the sun! Kinda rainy the last few days. My food choices have wavered off the beaten path somewhat & I am up 4 lbs (yes, I brought my scale- ha!) from where I need to be...😒 we have a kitchen where we are staying & made it to the store yesterday, so hopefully I will be able to get those lbs off!

Linder- sorry to hear their is illness going around in your home. You will do well in P3. Anyone who got as far as you did in P2 during the holidays is Amazing! 😁

Rk- enjoy that gourmet meal & know that you have an encouraging group of Lovelies behind you!

Heck, we are here to encourage all who on this transformational journey together!

I plan to Stay Focused with 2020 vision next year! 😳

LOL - so you're the first with that one! Bet we'll be sick of it by February!

Gem - taking your scale with you and doing corrective steps along the way is probably a really good/safe path. Hoping you're able to get things under control quickly.

Unfortunately, when I get a cold or something, I lose my appetite as well. NOTHING sounds good and food doesn't really taste of anything. I was fine and able to eat on Christmas day, but ever since nothing is calling my name. Fortunately I stocked up on avocados and have been eating one of those as a way to get some calories in. Trying very, very hard to stay in my window. So far, so good, but still feeling pretty [email protected] I'm hoping to stop the overnight coughing and sneezing (both of us) we can get some quality sleep in soon.

RK - a gourmet meal sounds like a wonderful way to load, although at this moment, it sounds awful to me Looking forward to seeing you back on track soon!

    Have a nice Monday all!

    Hello Lovelies!

LinderLou, Sorry to hear that you are feeling ill. I hope you feel better soon. So pleased to read that you are staying in your window! Way to go, that's fantastic.

GemGirl hope you are enjoying better weather! Wow taking your scale along! How motivated is that. I am always concerned when I travel because I don't have my scale, imagining much bigger gains than actually occur.
Yes staying focused in the New Year and learning about how the creep got a grip on me and my butt is my goal.

I have also discovered that I am eating too much with my daughter. She moved home this summer and while she works out a lot, she brings home a huge quantity of fun food. I recently had to explain to myself that since I am no longer 20 something, I need to watch my total calories and the junk. I think this issue has hurt my efforts. Just really trying to be aware and conscious of what I am eating and New Years Goal is to ask myself if it is a treat that I can fit into my allotment or is it a treat I would really enjoy so is it worth it.

Have a great New Year Lovelies! Wishing everyone the best in the New Year and Kind Scales Always!

    Best Wishes,
    RK

Yes, the scale on vacation may seem a bit much to some, but I would hate to go home w/a 10 lb gain! 😟 Just not good for my overall mindset right now. I would hate to start my next round having to lose everything I lost in round 2 over again! Besides, it's one of those real "slim" scales that travel well.
I cut back yesterday & went down 1.6 still .4 above my 2lb limit, but I will continue to try & get that off! You never know what they are putting in your food when you eat out so I'm happy to have my own food to eat now! 🙂

Linder- you are sick when you don't feel like eating! Praying for this illness to shake off of you!
Rk- my hubby bought some "fun food" on our trip, & I had to put it out of sight! I do hear it calling my name now & again- ha!

Have a wonderful New Year's day & I hope this New Year finds you all reaching goals you never dreamed possible!

    😳
