    Cool LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Fighting the FAT in FEBRUARY!!!!

    Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco (aka sdwis your newest Moderator). Here's your new thread for FEBRUARY 2019.

    SPECIAL NOTE:
    We all know how challenging it can be if you are on Your Hcg Journey during this time of the year with all of the Valentine Candy everywhere. Spring is just around the corner, and my personal goal is to fit easily into my "fun in the sun and beachwear" as I have for the past few years.

    Here is your encouragement as well to fight the fat, and press on to your GOAL!!



    This joyful and jubilant group of HCGers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

    I've shared with everyone in the January Thread, that I decided to do a 30 day vanity round to drop 15 pounds. I've gained it all in my hips & thighs (since the fall) for the first time in years. As of today, I am just past the mid-point and and have lost 9 lbs.

    Since I am still very lean elsewhere - especially the tummy area, I don't expect the drastic drops that others have in a two-week period, but appear to be on track to lose the remaining 6 lbs. in the next 15 days, which has always been doable for me.

    We shall see....

    Happy Heart Day everyone. My Mom told me I was supposed to wear red for heart health today, but she didn't tell me that until I was already dressed, out of the house and 30 minutes away from home! So, wonder what Navy Blue supports? LOL.

    Had my pre-op appointment this a.m. and am hopeful of a final good result with (for those of you who are new) breast reconstruction revision following breast cancer 3 years ago. Maybe finally I will look normal to myself. 19 days away and counting!

    Just trying to maintain and eat as healthy as I can!

    Pearly: Glad the appt. went well! I'm sure you'll like how you look after. It'll take a little time after but hey, if you have swelling, you'll just have some huge jugs for a minute haha I love your positive attitude and I know it'll go well!

    sd: I WISH I could do a vanity round lol Great job so far! 9 lbs. in 15 days is great! (more than 0.5/day at least!)

    I'm gonna eat my chili in a little while. I haven't had any hunger issues this morning and it seems to be getting better day by day so I think my dose is alright. I do 10 drops in the morning and 10 more either at noon or in the evening.

    Hello all,

    So I loaded really well... and gained 5 pounds... it still seems crazy to gain weight to lose weight, but having lost 40 pounds on the HCG diet,I know it works.

    So my first day starting weight was 157. Gulp....

    Ideally I would love to get to 135.

    I'm just so done with having a weight issue, I just want to deal with it once and for all. I'm working to develop daily habits of exercise and eating well to support me when I reach my weight goal.

    Anyhow... I've got to get back to work.

    I'm looking forward to ditching the 150's and the 140's forever...

    Good Evening all.
    Just saying hello, and introducing myself. I'm 38, Mother of 5. Weight creeped up to 176 - should be more like 135-140! I've done HCG in the past with great success (both injections and homeopathic drops, sometimes with a doc, sometimes just on my own.) So, here's to another successful 40 days to get a lot of this weight OFF. Started loading today. I'm SO SO happy to see that these forums are still up and running. I've consulted the great forum for like 7 years, off and on during various rounds, and between having kids. I wish you all the best.

    Not bad considering a few things. I had 1.5 glasses of red wine, we went to dinner out and I ordered a dinner salad hold the bacon (which they did not), and a grilled chicken breast. I asked for red wine vinegar and they gave me soy sauce and it took me several bites to try to figure what it was. I ate around it because of the wine I needed something and did not want to send it back. I came home, took an epsom salt bath, drank three big glasses of water. I have not had a BM since last weekend, I have taken fiber every day and for the last two days some colon cleanse from GNC..no results. I also feel super achy don't know if it it the soy sauce or I am coming down with something..so no gain is good. We will see what tomorrow brings. Only 10 more days of P2. I am excited to be almost done. If I get to day 23 and I have nothing planned I may go 25 then do my 72 hours.

    Morning all......Happy Weekend!

    April...You should get a nice sized swoosh.....hopefully soon!!! In the past I have gotten constipated some (uncomfortable for sure). Even though we can stop at day 23 on a short round.....I've always pushed forward to finish the vial. (although I don't think I've ever gone past 30 injections and that is counting the 3 injected load days). I always get a few more pounds out of it and that is GRAVY to me. I think I'm one day behind you so if you decide.....we can muddle through it together!

    Kimberly--Sounds like you are ready and have a great plan. Welcome.

    Pearly--- 19 days will fly by. I know you are both excited and nervous.

    HcgPro---sounds like you are just cruising along!!!

    Swiss--- I'd like to say this is a vanity round for myself. I started at 150lb. and if I lose my scheduled 15 lb......that puts me at 135lb and if a size 4. I'm very happy there. BUT, BUT......with all the stress i've had this past year dealing with parental dementia and my son's mental health issues.......I haven't exercised in 6 months. (I have always exercised faithfully 4-5 times per week......for the last 20 years). Not exercising really did a number on my 53 y/o body. YUCK. Unfortunately, I gain in my TUMMY. I think that giggly tummy goo......during mid way of Hcg round is GROSS. (what my tummy looks like now). I'm doing a 30 day round as well. Those extra days of injections will be necessary for me to get to 15 lb. i think.

    AFM-- Like I mentioned. I feel great. Down 9 lb. with 16 injections left. Reaching goal is to lose 11 more pounds!! Realistic goal is to lose 6-8 more pounds. Once I get to mid 130's.....I'm usually very happy. But....my body is different now due to lack of exercising.....so.....I'm truly in uncharted waters and have no idea what to expect at end of round. Time will tell. Speaking of.......it's time for me to get back on the weighing and protocol band wagon!!! I went out to dinner with hubby twice and got salads, then I grilled steaks for my son last night. So, past 3 days I've not been able to document calories accurately. So back to POP 101 today. Clearly....it makes a difference (at least for me). If I don't know the calorie count......I"m not putting it in my mouth. If I have any chance to reach my "reaching goal".....that is what it will take. Everyone be careful tomorrow......I love football, but refuse to splurge! KMac

    Kmac: I used to do a. Little longer. I do well in p3.. so we will see where I end up. I am been looser this round and I find it a bit easier. I am pretty sure I will get to the 140 number in the next 10 days..but I guess we will wait and see.

    Happy Saturday Lovelies!

    I'm back for another round and thought I'd check here to see who was still on the board. I see Pearly and Pro!

    I tried to come back last year after my divorce and anxiety meds kicked my beautiful lowest weight out the door and took me all the way back up to where I still sit today. Let's just say my head wasn't in it yet. Well I've gotten every last bit of my sh*t together and I'm so ready to get back into my cute clothes that are hanging on the top rack of my closet. SO I have started the fun days we know as loading and I'll be POP this round. I have joined a gym and have made some great friendships so I may go a little rouge in the sense of working out a bit, but otherwise it is Apples, Chicken and Cucumbers for me.

    Can't wait to get to know you all and hopefully provide some support.

    KimberlyD - I LOVE the Peloton. You have one at your house? And an infrared sauna? Can I come live with you? I joined a gym by my house that have both of those things and they are amazing. I have always continued to workout a bit while on hcg, simply because I love to workout. Obviously not at the same intensity. I did one of Robin Arzons classes today and blasted 400 calories. She is my favorite instructor. Good thing it was a loading day for me because I ate so much afterwards.

    Hello Lovelies!

    I'm so glad to see some familiar faces after a year long break. Maintenance went very well considering I was in Afghanistan and eating terribly. I stabilized at 155 and after my first loading day I'm at 160.

    This is loading day two and I'm actually looking forward to my VLCD days. My body just feels terrible on all the sugar, carbs and packaged foods I've been consuming.

    I plan a 30 day round and will do light exercise throughout. I'm taking injections and using the same program as my last two rounds. The diet allows extra protein and has worked well for me in the past. I don't have as much belly fat now so the shots are kinda sucky but as the much admired Ms. Pearlie says - ONWARD!
