    Good morning to all!

    April - you were right - sadly. My 2lb loss is only 1 this am. Dang vodka and dang dehydration. That's okay I'll take the 120 and hopefully see those teens again in a day or two.

    Jessie - can't wait to hear how your progress is! I weigh every day of my life even when not on a "diet" so you are disciplined. Of course I don't freak out about a little fluctuation but I really don't see much in my regular days.

    Pro - sorry your weekend didn't happen. So tomorrow will be it for you?

    AFM - my 2 lb whoosh was probably more like a lb. I'm still down but won't see those teens again until this week. Darn. I did have Salmon yesterday and practically licked the oils from the plate. Yes I know big no no, but if a fatty steak is okay, why not salmon?

    Good morning Lovelies,

    The last days of P2 are my least favorite. It is easy to stay motivated in the first week when pounds are (usually) falling fast but in the days where any losses are minimal the struggle is real! 151.2 today after forgoing anything off protocol and two meals yesterday - well chicken, turkey pattie and salad but it's more than I've been doing I even stuck to club soda on my date...

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149
    Round 3, P3: 149 and hopeful...

    Round 4, P2: 151 (not counting 7lb loading gain)

    Date?? You and I are on the same schedule because I'm on VLCD 16. I'm going through the week (day 21 will be Saturday) then continuing on as long as I have drops left. I'm thinking the bottle may only make it to the end of the week

    AmberAnn - good point about the salmon!! I may want to try that instead of a steak day!

    Same weight again today - 148.1, so still down 4.2lbs total (0.35/day average over 12 days). Again, not the best results but I’m more afraid to quit the round early than to just keep pushing on. I might skip a day of injections and see how I feel. I also took 2 days off the gym (just did a 4 mile walk instead yesterday). I MIGHT skip one more day, but pilates is calling my name...The thing that seemed to work best is fasting as long as possible during the day and eating a larger portion of protein, so maybe I’ll do that again today. Wish me luck!

    Yay: When you break it down to your daily average loss it's not far off from normal but I'm still mystified about your losses.

    Had a meeting today that went through lunch and all they had was sandwiches, salad (with cheese, dressing, etc.), chips and cookies. So...I've had an orange and some crackers today. For dinner I'm gonna probably just make some chicken and a veggie. Tomorrow will be my LDW and I think I only have 2 fruits left so I may just have to buy an apple somewhere. Starting P3 Friday will be niiiiiice.

    P3 is always such a nice change..I was just thinking this morning that I might do a round in the fall...ugh..what am I thinking!!

    I know! I can't imagine doing another round this spring/summer but I might just have to if I'm still not really satisfied with how my clothes are fitting. At least it's only 3 weeks? Nah, that doesn't help lol

    I am actually really happy with my current body...my problem is I get greedy. I am going to be 51 this April and my body looks better with a little more weight than it used to.

    MIA weird stomach flu was off wiorj alot and then the snow

    Missed alot, Losers.
    Not.. l00% for awhile. back on hcg soon, this week, Tes is okay with that I guess. cuz I'm still holding my 20 + lb losses.

    So much snow, the County ran out of salt and sand for 2 weeks now, Iguess they spent it on new binding machines.
    I had to order de icer from Amazon and walmart
    Got tractor back, plowed yesterday and oh guess f*cking what... that white **** is back??

    I' m Salty rite now, I guess I should be glad I have a giant tractor.

    Pro: I had two bites of cake on Sunday and I'm still alive
    Pearly: Just eat happy at this point, you know what I mean.

    LOL, I'm a woman on several missions these days Amber! I quit my job and went to Thailand for a month in January, started interviewing for new jobs in February, plan on staying in P3 all of March, adding in toning and have been having a blast dating! It's been 13 years since my divorce and I'm done being the martyr for everyone else. Some of it is faking it until I make it; I don't always feel sexy - but I've learned that in my 40s men aren't looking for the same qualities in a woman that they were in my 20s. I have been on seven dates in 18 days and I have my weekend trip coming up hehehe!

    If you have the will to go a day longer than 21 VLCDs the more power to you sister! Sunday is my last shot then Wednesday is P3 ::shimmy:: How close are you to goal?
