Hi ladies! I really need some support to get back on track!
VLCD 34 and 163.0 pounds.
The big move happened this Saturday and I resorted to eating 0% Greek yogurt and cottage cheese as convenience foods. It was gross, but I needed something quick. I still lost .4 doing this, but I generally try to stay away from the dairy options because they don’t fill me up. This past Sunday, however, I still didn’t have groceries, and halfway through my actual grocery shopping trip I. Felt. So. Bad. I’ve had low blood sugar before, and it felt like that. I grabbed something similar to a nutrigrain bar and ate three right there at the cafe in the store. Definitely not on protocol by any stretch of the imagination.
Anyways, the cheat has made me pretty hungry today so I need to check in to make sure I go back to what works tonight. I found all my pots/pans/plates so there’s no excuse.
Also the baby totally sleep regressed with the move, and I am a zombie. He has been up every two hours the past three nights so that could be throwing me way off too.
Trying to keep my eye on the 150s over here. I don’t know how all you tennis stars get at it during this diet. I’m just putting away boxes of stuff and i am beat!
