Hi ladies! I really need some support to get back on track!

    VLCD 34 and 163.0 pounds.

The big move happened this Saturday and I resorted to eating 0% Greek yogurt and cottage cheese as convenience foods. It was gross, but I needed something quick. I still lost .4 doing this, but I generally try to stay away from the dairy options because they donít fill me up. This past Sunday, however, I still didnít have groceries, and halfway through my actual grocery shopping trip I. Felt. So. Bad. Iíve had low blood sugar before, and it felt like that. I grabbed something similar to a nutrigrain bar and ate three right there at the cafe in the store. Definitely not on protocol by any stretch of the imagination.

Anyways, the cheat has made me pretty hungry today so I need to check in to make sure I go back to what works tonight. I found all my pots/pans/plates so thereís no excuse.

Also the baby totally sleep regressed with the move, and I am a zombie. He has been up every two hours the past three nights so that could be throwing me way off too. LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - Fighting the FAT in FEBRUARY!!!!

Trying to keep my eye on the 150s over here. I donít know how all you tennis stars get at it during this diet. Iím just putting away boxes of stuff and i am beat!

AFM: I'm down to 157.4 today which is a total of 8 lbs. in 8 days. I'm already tired of the chili so I threw my last 2 bowls out. I'm going to try protein shakes mainly for my proteins. I need to figure out a way to make chicken edible for now so I may try baking it. I'm a weird one and don't like juicy chicken so I'll have to cook it a while. I thought about trying to make an omelet with the allowed amount of eggs and onion or spinach but I need a new non-stick pan. I'm hoping for at least another 10 lbs. in the last 2 weeks here but I'll be ok with being at 150. Starting back at the gym tonight so I may have an extra protein shake to drink after we're done. I know it's not advised to start working out during P2 but I really need to get some type of activity going
What do you use for protein shakes?

Lemon, you have soooo much going on. You know what to eat, but to get back to feeling better, (You must be WORN OUT!) maybe up your protein a couple of ounces per meal for a day or two. It might help your strength. Your choices sound good to me! I woulda been in the cookie aisle! >>>visualize Pearlie sitting on the floor in the middle of the grocery store snarfing Megastuff Oreos..."<<<

    I think you did SWELL!

I bought something on Amazon a while back and it works well. It's gluten free, sugar free (except for tiny chocolate chips that I don't eat). I tried it earlier last week and still lost. It's sweetened with stevia

I'm debating back and forth between a hamburger or eggs tonight and I think I'm gonna go with the hamburger since I'll probably do a protein shake tomorrow after work. I won't have much time or resources since I won't be going home after work tomorrow so I gotta bring my protein shake to work.
    LDW: 152.2 from last round

    New round
    Starting weight: 156.0
    Current weight: 146.8
    LDW: 147.0

I'm also doing the hhcg so technically shouldn't affect bloodwork but I guess we will see since I go for my labs tomorrow.
do a little research on the tesosterone and hcg..hcg increases testosterone.
I did gain more black hairs out of my chin.

I have a hairy chin when not on hcg, so it's magnified when I am on it. I use the prescription medication creme Vaniqa to help keep them minimized, so I usually only have to pluck 4-5 hairs per week. The new ones that grow are also much finer and harder to see.

My testosterone levels are usually still high long after my rounds are over as well, but on the positive side it increases muscle with practically no exercise.

I'm up 0.2 today Bummed about that. I'm not sure if it's just the normal week 2 stall/fluctuation or if it was the sugar free ketchup I had with my burger last night. I'm gonna try to just do protein shakes for breakfast and lunch today to see if it's the shakes or the red meat. I think I'm pretty tired now of ground beef so I'm gonna try the protein shakes and chicken. I may have the eggs tomorrow but we'll see. I'm just gonna truck along and hope I can at least get another 7 lbs off in the next 11 days.

Yesterday I was about to give up. I felt so weak, cold and tired. I think whatever I was flighting may have passed, woke up this morning feeling better. I am also super bored with my food options. I have been eating more halibut this round. I think I will do some shrimp tonight..I am ok with not losing. I still have 5-7 more days on P2 depending on how I feel on Sunday, which is day 23.

Kar.. .2 above is still great.

hcgpro..for some reason I know going up in P2 always feels stressful..it is probably just some water and you will be down today and then some.

Lemonstevia: low blood sugar is def. something that makes people cave. I thought of my type 1 son, when his Bg is low he will eat way more than needed, it is like his brain will not stop. Just a little something that we have learned. 15 grams of carbs will get your bg up about 15 points, which for a non type1 should be good. So if you do come across hypoglycemia you may want to look into that..those are fast acting carbs, so one juice box. three packages of smarties, five gummy life savers. I would do what Pearly says..just up your protein to see if that fills you up. If you have a gain, I think it may help with any inflammation weight.
