    Pearly... loading for six months. BWA!

    My P3 is still going well. Still within range, but I woke to a significant gain. I think I just ate too much at lunch yesterday. I felt bloated the rest of the day. Onward!

    (7 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)

    Kar, I have noticed, and I am going to test this more, that when I eat too many vegetables, I gain weight! Weird huh? I am thinking it is just bulk? One day I had one whole bag of Trader Joe's cauliflower/broccoli duet and I was up the next day. When I have a huge salad with veggies, the same thing happens, or so it seems. It is the only part of my diet that is uncontrolled, meaning that veggies do not make me go over my net macros for carbs so I eat what I want. I may need to rethink that. Some people say that fiber does matter. Mmmm...

    Day 10 for me. Down 6lbs. Accidently ate what im guessing was close to a 8oz burger patty last night!!
    Wasnt paying attention. So no loss today.
    Would love to be back in 150s by this weekend.
    Still waiting on the dreaded stall.

    Today is day 1 post loading. I tried HCG b4 , lost and gained back over 3 rounds. Am heaviest I have ever been. Determined to make this effort my final loss! Need all the support I can get. ��

    Thanks, Tanya. I am thinking of starting ACTUAL loading tomorrow and I hope I can be down six in 10 days, too! That is kind of my usual pattern. I am just trying for 10 in 21 days, and then I shall see where I am. I'm up about 20 from where I have worked so hard to stay for the past 5 or 6 years. Dang. Proves that I just can't have SUGAR without gaining big time. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted.

    Welcome Final! It's a journey, and it has it's twists and turns and occasional stops along the way. Don't beat yourself up. You are here and will do fine. STAYING at a weight is the very hardest part. It is not a failure, it is just means you need to keep practicing! Any other activity that you don't perfect immediately, you just keep working at and getting better. You don't quit playing basketball because while you scored a few times in your first few games, then you had a few misses. You don't tell yourself you must have a perfect game next time out, so you can stop playing. You are an organic being and you will keep evolving and changing forever! There is no ONE and Done! It's one and....

    Good morning, Lovelies!

    It's P3D7 for me and I'm more than 2 pounds over LDW. I know I should follow steak day protocol and I will likely regret not doing it, but I just can't handle it today. I'm too hungry and it's making me really grumpy. So I'm going to stick with "safe" protein and a lot of water throughout the day and hope for the best.

    Kar have you tried a "fat fast"? or a yogart day? those would work for me, instead of steak days.

    got to looking at my journal of this round and i am on day 5 of being at 162.8!! what? ive had a 7 day stall
    but geesh this is annoying.
    Pearly, im really wanting 15 off if i can handle it doing 30 days. usually i cave about 25-26. Sometimes in a round i just lose
    8 others i can lose 14-16. my very first round i lost 22lbs in a 21 day short round!! it was crazy!!

    many losses and happy stabilizing!!

    I hear crickets!

    So i looked back at my food and 4 days ago switched my tuna out for ground beef. Seems like my last round a year ago, had an issue with the beef. Which i find odd. As in 10 yrs of doing this diet, id never had issues with it before.
    Tomorrow, im also going back to venison and see what happens. Had no issues with that.

    You can do it!! Have you identified the patterns of why youíve gained it back in the past? Thatís the key!

    Iím in P4, day 4. Yesterday was the first time I had more carbs than just a little fruit. I did sweet potatoes and a piece of sprouted toast at breakfast (before my workout). Today I woke up 4 lbs over my LIW...I decided that even though Iím in P4, Iím going to just make it a rule that if I go outside of my LIW window, Iíll do either a steak day or just OMAD (one meal a day). Today we have people in town and I donít want to be the only one eating steak when Iím
    making burgers for everyone else, so Iíll have a bunless burger and the apple...but maybe eat a salad as well.

    My LIW is 139.1 and I looooove when I do steak days and get UNDER that so I secretly look forward to them. Iím CERTAIN that my jump in weight is just due to water/glycogen retention from eating carbs, but itís cool - I like to get the benefits of fasting anyway.

    Does anyone else do intermittent fasting or OMAD to help control your weight creeping up?

    I do intermittent fasting because steak days don't work for me due to slow digestion. I'll only drink liquids for 24 hours and can lose 4-6 lbs. easily with this method. I'm never hungry on my IF days (since it's usually after a day of indulgence or sensitive foods that I've eaten) and still have a feeling of fullness.
