Thread: LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - JAZZED in JUNE!!!!

  1. #73
Hi all! Excited to jump into this group. I recently switched to viable homeopathic HCG from Triumph (I started on bogus HCG-free drops ). I made the switch on 6/7/19 and I am only down -3lbs so far. Up .7 this morning and feeling discouraged. I know that I only have 7lbs to lose, but thatís in 17 days to reach my pre-birthday cruise goal... any tips? Should I focus on mainly protein, or or will that block me up? Has anyone tried fff days or bone broth days to get the scale moving? I also saw an anti-inflammatory smoothie recipe on here that I would love to try. ADVICE NEEDED.

You are going to get your best results by sticking to the program. Changing the diet can actually derail you. You can try the anti-inflammatory smoothie by counting it as one of your vegetable portions.

If you are prone to being blocked up, it is a good idea to start taking magnesium now. Constipation is a common side effect of the low-calorie diet.

Yes, learning how to use magnesium properly is one of your best tools in P2. Not only for bathroom purposes, but it helps you relax and sleep better as well. And good sleep is really important in weight loss. Sounds like you are on track, so hang in there.

So frustrating!! Youíll have a whoosh soon.
    Pearly...you got this.

Ended P3 at 139.1, ended P3 at 140-141. Hereís my P4 so far.
OMAD = one meal a day, IF = intermittent fasting

    P4
1 -3 6.11 - 6.13 - 140.4 (on 6.13, had sprouted bread and sweet potato at brekkie, fruit at lunch, keto dinner)
    4 - 6.14 - 143.1 (OMAD)
    5-8 - 6.15-6.17- 140.2
    9 - 6.18 142.6 (IF)
    10- 6.19 141.3
    11-12 6.20-6.21 142.4 (OMAD)
    12- 6.22 140.9

I donít like this slow trend upward...Iím sort of doing THM, sort of just watching calories. Either way, Iím being very cautious, only eating Whole Foods, very little dairy, most days none. Working out every day. Iím trying to experiment with whole food carbs but taking it all veeerrrry slowly.

Thanks YaY! I decided to just stay POP today, as I already have some fish and some chicken prepped. Haven't decided on eating both fruits or not. I slept TERRIBLY last night, so that more than likely has something to do with this gain. I have not been sleeping well lately.

    Lips

My lips are so dry and itís driving me batty! My dermatologist also wants me to keep spot on my lips moist. She suggested Aquafor, but Iím not sure if that is allowed. I have castor oil at home, but Iím sure thatís a no-no. What can I use?!
