    Thanks, Coco. I 'll save it for next time. I am 1.6 over LDW this morning so I am all good Inflammation is real LOL I just ate 2 eggs, 8oz salmon and 2 chicken thighs with some cucumber yesterday. Sticking to normal P3 and I should be fine. Phew.

    Hello, lovelies!
    My last dose was this morning. Time to put a fork in it. No net change in the past week and I'm so "over" P2 eating. Hopefully the last week on hcg at least helps me stabilize in P3. (fingers crossed)

    Good job tanya... I wish you good luck this round. What a great Birthday present that would be to lose your weight goal . I am day 2 P2 as well, and hoping to be down 15-20 lbs by end of month

    lost another lb this morning that i'm actually thinking was part of load weight now. oh well.
    forgot to take my drops to work with me this morning. i have an old bottle i might just pour some drops
    in that and leave them at my shop. i was a bit hungry this afternoon!!

    Hi all! Iím on P3 day 18, Iíve been hold steady in my 2 lbs window, have only had 3 steak days (including today). If I catch my weight going up, I will do some intermittent fasting and higher protein to keep it in the window.

    Iím up almost 3lbs from yesterday but Iím also SUPER sore from my leg workout two days ago, so Iím sure Iím retaining water. Iíll do a steak day today anyway though - if Iím absolutely ravenous (I usually am when Iím this sore), Iíll have 2 eggs for lunch and then a steak and apple tonight.

    Howís everyone else doing?

    I have decided to not do a steak day after I go up from an intense work out. I do IF and stay strictly OP and just get the macros as I set them and usually the weight is gone the next day. Of course if you work out every day you can't do this LOL I would just worry about doing many stay days. That or I would calculate the weight gain into my LDW to have more cushion after workouts.

    Thank you! Itís already 4pm so at this point, I may as well just wait, lol. Yeah I work out daily so itís hard to know whatís weight gain and whatís not.
