Took mag citrite again last nite. 8 hours of running to the bathroom every half hour!
Every time I drink and then my 3 meals off I go. Went to a wedding last night, and a family June birthday picnic today. Sheesh...things are getting tough! No cheats, tho!! Day 21, 10lbs still. Stall day 3. Hopefully this whoosh will help.

    Tanya,
I was right there with you last night up every 30min after a bit too much magnesium. Skipping it tonight, but brewing some smooth move tea. I hope your stall breaks soon!!!

Vaseline on the lips is fine.

Clixcli., do what you need to do for your health. Some Aquafor on your lip is not a big deal. Just donít eat the jar!

I finally mixed today and messed up my first dose. Dropped it, hit the plungeró donít ask how, no ideaóand lost 4 or 5 cc. Took it anyway.

Ok. Loading begins. 3 days as I am soooooo not into this yet and have a family birthday supper on Tues.

    Onward!

Hey lovely losers. Just wanted to quicky touch base and report on my progress.

I finished my 2.0 round at the end of March, and instead of transitioning into p3, the way I did every time, years ago, I hired a coach and switched to macros.

I am down 54 lbs now, since the end of February, and consistently losing 2+lbs a week, on 2000 kcal, with veggies, protein, tortillas, bread, fruit, etc.

I have 100+ more to go, but havenít been tempted at all to go back to hcg.

It has been fairly easy to be in a deficit, it all comes down to consistent tracking for me. My coach has been extremely helpful in tackling my mental triggers, and keeping me honest. I had a vacation in between, a party weekend, a family affair - no problem at all.

End of the week, I am hoping to add weights to my routine, starting Strong Curves. Wish me luck.

    Hope everyone is doing well!

I've been plodding along the last week or so after the amazing losses the 1st week. I knew it would slow down but didn't expect this much. Today is P2D17 and total loss is 12.4 after 9.8 the 1st week. 6.6 to goal. Not sure I'll make it at this rate.

Kl, you are actually way ahead of average. You will get there. Just take a breath ---that's what your body is doing!

Okay, today is P2D1. Whew. Started with a cookie. It was the last one on earth, so I ate it. I am too taking this seriously! I am just in it for the long run and didn't want to start out grumpy. Tonight I'll have time to boil up some eggs and prep egg whites for breakfasts. I have a nice salad prepped for lunch today and enough salad fixings to get me through the rest of the week.

For those of you on Original Protocol, don't panic. I do 2.0 and have had eggs and mixed my salad veggies for. ev. er and have lost well many times. TOO MANY!

But my regaining of weight has nothing to do with not doing the rounds correctly and not resetting etc. etc. It has to do with emotional eating and eating for energy when things get tough. I'm working on it. I'm working on it.

I do think the past six years, which have been fun a lot of the time, I have tried to stay around 125 plus or minus a few, and that is just too strict of a weight for me to maintain. The slightest variation -from eating basically P3 style --kind of an alkaline Keto style--- salads, lean meats, a bit of cheese as a condiment, almost never going out to eat, no sweets or treats at all=--is just getting too hard for me to do and enjoy my life. So, this time around, I am heading towards 135 (which at one time when I was MUCH younger, was my highest weight ever!) and see where I am. My body has shifted a bit and at 145 (today) I can wear about half of my size 6 stuff that I could formerly only wear when under 125. It's the other half I want to get in to, tho! LOL.

    So the great experiment continues!

I am NOT weighing now until Saturday. I know I have a pattern of no losses, no losses, no losses, woosh every three or four days, so I am not going to go through the roller coaster of weighing on the days I know I will probably not lose. I will start measuring, tho.

Meanwhile, for those of you who suffered through my last job with me, I finally QUIT! I "retired" the first of April, and started another full time job the next week. I said I retired to save the feelings of the residents and staff (retirement home) but actually I had an offer from the company that that I have contracted with as a second job for the past six years, working for a woman I worked with at the job before that...! It is awesome and I am soooo thrilled to be here. It is much more in my wheelhouse and part of my job is to continue the communications work I did for them all this time. They can't believe someone who is 'new' is coming up to speed on the industry so fast-- but they sort of forget I have been doing this around the edges for a long time. I work in the office instead of from home, and no longer work TWO JOBS (but make more money than I did doing both!!!!!) I hardly know what to do with myself!

So, just to throw plenty of stress on me all at once, I sold my little crappy house that was all i could afford on the previous job, and with the new salary, plus the awesome housing market increase on the value of that little house, was able to move to a much better neighborhood much closer to my sister and family, as well as just 15 minutes from new job office. The new house is absolutely Totes Adorbs, and I have lived there all of three weeks now and love, love, love it!

So, new house, new job, all good! Not many people start a new, BIG job the same week they get their first full social security check, but hey, I don't do things the usual way.

    So, that's my update.

    ONWARD!!!!!!

Pearly! So happy for you! Congratulations on the positive changes!!!

(7 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)
