    Pearly!! yes positive changes!! i'm looking ahead for those too! have now advertised my store as
    going out of business! sold a couple of big pieces today!! yay!!

    So no loss today which i am not suprised as i lost 3.2 in the last 2 days. but my issue is i've basically only lost
    3/4 inch all around!! 13 lbs was hoping for at least a size down!! so disappointed in that area.

    any how... onward ho!!

    It's been a little while...but I'm back I'm still within 2 lbs. of LDW but I've been sick the last couple weeks and was up 2 lbs. from where I've been stabilizing.

    I'm around 154 (or was a couple days ago) and I'm thinking part of that is from being sick. I'm starting to feel a little better now but not 100%. I have way too much going on right now to start a new round but I will be soon. Gotta figure out the a/c in my house and get over whatever this sickness is. I may start a round in July but not sure I want to do a round in the summertime since it involves using the oven a lot lol We'll see how it goes. I want to get to about 140 with this next round then down to about 130 at some point.

    Hey, Pro! Lots of challenges to a summer round. But at least the Hcg will keep you cool!

    Day 2--all well. I can do this. The running down the hall to the restroom has begun. I think in addition to drinking more, hcg is a bit of a diuretic.

    I cooked last night! You may not think this is a big deal, but I have been in my new house for three weeks and this is the first time I turned on the oven! I was packing and getting ready to move for a month before that, so didn't cook then, either. So, putting a few veggies in a baking dish with a tiny drizzle of avocado oil and letting them roast at 450... added some diced left over steak at the end. So good. A handful of frozen green beans, 2 sliced up mini-peppers for color, one slice of onion popped into rings, slightly less than 3 oz of lean steak. I shoulda gone with TWO handsful of green beans (don't faint OP's!) because I could have eaten just a bit more. But I made it to bedtime with just water and slept like a ROCK.

    Pearly: Do you do alright with avocado oil in P2? I've heard of using CO but never avocado oil. Seems like it would taste really good!

    I think I'm not alone when I say that HCG is the only thing that works for me. I've tried dieting/exercising/pills/etc. but none of it has ever really worked. When I exercise, I do get some muscle tone but hardly ever lose weight. I was down to around 125 for a while but I'd be good with 130-135 and actually maintain it.

    The a/c went out in my house a few weeks ago (it's just a window/wall unit that they put in the wall). I hadn't had issues since it wasn't warm until this week but it's been so hot here! My landlord brought a new portable a/c unit and, aside from the annoying look of it, it works well! It's a fairly small house so it doesn't really need much power but he really went all out for it and bought one of the best. Hopefully I can get the wall one fixed but I'd really much prefer central a/c lol

    Do I do all right on avocado oil? Apparently!

    Remember I do 2.0 And that allows a tiny bit of oil, most use olive oil or coconut oil, but I think Iím a little sensitive to coconut oil, so I tried avocado and I like it. It is a tiny tiny drizzle.

    Today is day four and my first way in and I am 3.2 pounds down from pre-load. I only weighed The first day after loading, and I was up 1.8 so I didnít weigh the other two days after loading. So Iím pretty happy with being down from my pre-loading wt.

    Pearly ~ Great loss on your weigh in!

    Today is P2D21 and I'm calling it quits for this round. It has been absolutely unbelievable and I'm at a really comfortable spot for now. I want to stabilize here and maybe in a few months knock the other 10 lbs off (or see if exercise and a really clean nutrition plan can get me there). Anyways LDW this morning is 150.4 and I am stoked at my success on this short round
    I may pop in occasionally during P3, seems like the most difficult phase to me...

    KL- thatís great news!!! Go you!

    Day before last I ended up doing a mini steak day since I missed lunch and thought Iíd give it a try for a little scale push. I hate 8oz 96% lean ground beef in two hamburger patties around 6:30 followed by an apple w cinnamon. Lots of tea and water throughout the day. Next morning I was down -.8! I will take it, as that is double my average for the round thus far.

    This morning I was down a whopping -0, and I only had chicken bone broth yesterday (organic, 0 sugar, 0 carb, 21g protein per box - 3boxes). I have digestive issues and thought Iíd give my gut a little spa day. However, scale is asserting that I lost over a lb in fat... who knows how accurate that is, but not complaining. 4 more days of drops to go and 1 lb left to reach my goal for this round!
