    Wink LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - JUST DO IT in July!!!

    Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco (aka sdwis). This is your thread for JULY 2019.

    Although the month of July is a popular summer vacation month for a lot of us North Americans, it's also a time to enjoy a lot of outdoor grilled foods that are P2 friendly. If you are on the fence about starting a round at this time of the year, here's your encouragement to get started NOW!

    This joyful and jubilant group of HCGers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

    Please note as you read through the posts:

    We are all in different phases of HCG.
    We all use different methods of HCG.
    What is right for YOU, is right for YOU and we respect that. We dont judge.
    We discuss ALL aspects of our individual journeys to a healthier lifestyle.

    Okay good that was my trial run, before i typed out a big long message i couldnt share!

    So im on p3d2. Up a lb which ticks me off, but i know we usually go back up a bit after putting food in our bellies. But, i have no food! I kid you not....nothing in this house i can have yet, but eggs.
    Weve been so stinking busy!
    Yesterday we drove a few hours to go hiking to relax and spent 90% of the day in the car because of the weather change. Huge rain and thunderstorms.
    I managed to find a salad at wendys. Left off the cheese and dressing, but had bacon. So was a it worried about sodium and sugar.
    I must go shopping sometime today.
    Daughter is coming this morning to pick raspberries and just hang out for my "birthday", which was actually the 29th. But we were doing a flea market so did nothing.
    We did end up sharing out health business and products with a friend of our sons, so we did have some positive yesterday!!

    I can't get my ticker to update! I went to ticker factory and copied the [img] to [img] and even though it shows it updated on that site, it still comes out the same here! WHOT?

    I'm down a pound from Saturday weigh in. (thank you Apple Autocorrect for changing my last post to 'way in' !) That is not a lot in week one for three days, but hey, I'll take it. Just want to break through to the 130's by maybe Thursday. That will leave me about two weeks to lose 4 or 5 more...which is about what it takes sometimes. Ah, the good old days, when I lost 17 pounds in 27 days. Sigh. Even though my weight is up from where I was, I still have less fat, I think. My clothes that I wore at 125 are starting to fit at 140. About time. I have been pretty mad about all the people who weighed more than I did and wore a smaller size! Always drove me crazy. Now I know, I was FLUFFY as well as overweight!

    Onward HOOOOOOOOO!

    Hi again all!

    Pearly: Good to know about avocado oil and 2.0. I need to read up on 2.0 and see if it would be a good change for this round.

    I'm planning on starting a new round on 7/11 with loading. My lower stomach is just ridiculous and I really need to lose about 30 lbs. but I'd be happy with 10-15 for this next round. I still have drops that are good 'til the end of this year so I'll just use those. Maybe I'll get an app to track everything if I do 2.0 since you have to track more than just calories.

    I think I am pretty computer saavy, but I don't know what you mean by clearing my cache. I can clear my cookies, but not sure how that helps. My tower was off all weekend before I tried to post, but I'll reboot anyway. I won't probably change ticker now until Monday anyway! UPDATE: Duh. Found it. When in doubt, Google it.

    IT WORKED!

    Still sitting 1lb above ldw. Im ok with that.i probably ate a couple things to soon, but not having food in the houze till yesterday was rough. Last night at 10pm i put my food in mfp and i was only at 880 calories!
    So i desperatly was looking for food! I ate a banana and a mug cake...��
    But no gain! Yay me! Ive been eating cottage cheese, just that mean i am cleared for cheese and yogart? Cant remember . Trying to figure how to up my fats without eating to much protien. Ugh!

    uh... BACON? Blue cheese dressing? Full fat cottage cheese and yogurt. Oh, do you mean GOOD fats? AV OH CAH DO! Put the Cottage cheese IN it!
