    I'm still planning on starting P2 next Monday. If all else fails, I can always do a 3 day load, if needed, and start Tuesday. I ordered some collagen peptides on Amazon - there are 30 packets that are 35 calories each. I figure I'll do as most do and have it with coffee in the morning. Hopefully it helps!

    Loading today! I loaded a half day tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I need to load tomorrow. Any thoughts?
    I am already sick of eating lol

    I wouldn't add another load day. You'll be fine with a day and half. Just make today a REALLY good load day.

    Hello everyone! Mind if I join in with you all? I started VLCD1 today and it's been awhile since I have been on this forum but I feel I need all the support I can get. I've tried to do HCG2, but for some reason, I just can't manage to figure out how to add all the things I need to do. I thought maybe if I tried to stick to the basics, I could track my food better. I'm doing HHCG. I started HCG in 2011 & managed to stay at an ideal weight for me, but over the last several years, the weight creeped back on.

    Hope I can manage to get control over my intake again and stay connected to you all to stay accountable again. I'm not sure I remember how to do the ticker. I keep trying the ticker thing, but it doesn't seem to be working- ha!

    Ready to go!

    Hey hcgpro! I use the brand by SportsResearch! It's the only one I've ever tried and I purchase it on Amazon. I originally purchased it as apart of my "hair/skin/nails" beauty protocol, but then saw that it was a good source of protein and helps with workout recovery as well. I believe it's been a big part of improving my overall hair/skin/nails health. But it's hard for me to tell, because I'm taking so many other supplements for hair/skin/nails. I'd like to believe it's going to help me avoid loose skin in the long run. We'll see!

    Welcome Gemgirl! Of course you can join! Good luck with your round! The ticker thing can be pretty tricky. Choose the one for Forums and under PseudoHTML / UBBCode / BB Code. The code will have brackets [ ] instead of arrows. < >

    P3 Week 1 -- 167.4

    Well, today marks day 1 of P3, and I was able to enjoy Bulletproof coffee for the first time. And yes, it really is the best! Organic coffee, ghee butter, Brain Octaine MCT oil, and Collagen Peptides all thrown in a blender to make a great cup of nothing but goodness!

    I got a good dose of healthy fats in today. A large haas avocado for breakfast, plenty of MCT oil and ghee butter in my several cups of Bulletproof coffee throughout the day, fatty swordfish cooked in avocado oil for lunch with broccoli slathered in butter.

    I'm feeling pretty good about this P3, because I don't have a desire to eat just whatever, and I have a plan to keep things pretty simple. Avocado, healthy oils, salmon, and butter are going to be my best friends. And this time around, no cocoa crack or almonds.

    I've never gone a full P3 without needing correction with a steak day -- actually, a couple or a few! But I'm so determined to pull it off this go round! No correction days!!!

    Lovely: Glad P3 is going so well for you! I love how P2 allows us to enjoy P3 so much I'm starting P2 next Monday so I'll be loading this weekend.
