    Hit my goal this morning! One more day of drops to go. I hope I donít fluctuate back up, but Iíll see in the am!

    Yippee! Iím under 140 at 138.8. That was my goal/hope/fantasy by 4th of July! This is day 9 and Iím down 5.2 from pre-load and 7 counting load (that I know of as I loaded 3 days and only weighed after the first! Lol)

    I do feel so much better. Have to say I havenít felt bloated, overstuffed, swollen, heartburn-y oró-gassy! Thatís worth getting back to clean eating right there.

    Iím getting into the clothes I could barely squeeze myself into. Two more capris to go. My favorite ones óthat were loose last yearó are still Too Tight To Wear in Public.

    But I have HOPE. Iím glad I took my time loading. I have not been hungry at all this round, which has not always been true. Snack-y now and then but not hungry which is such a relief.

    Im the Incredible Bulk. Donít make me hungry. You wouldnít like me when Iím hungry...! I sort of destroy everything in my path!

    Happy 4th! Happy 4 day weekend for those who are lucky enough to get one. Never had one at my old job so am Extremely Grateful for the new job!

    About to take my last dose of drops! I was still below my goal at this morning's weigh in Two more days of 500cal eating and then I can have PEANUT BUTTER!

    Question: do we count LDW from morning after last HCG dose or from morning after last VLCD?

    clixli...wow, that was difficult!! i believe after your morning after last dose. not positive anymore, although ive done this
    16 times.

    way to go Pearly!! i havent budged much is clothing size at all with a 13 lb loss. my belt i can move back one notch! whoo hoo but
    still in same clothes. was so disappointed but..... I do feel so much better!!

    i'm on p3d5 and so bored with food already. want something other than chicken and burger!! i would do steak every day if i could but
    dont have any in my little town!! i dont really have time to prep food at this point. in another month i will!! closing my shop in 3
    weeks and i cannot wait!! i do have an hcg board on pinterest i should probably check that out for differant food ideas. getting sick
    of salad as well. didnt take me long!! ugh!!!
    i havent gained anything though, so i am very happy with that. been having cottage cheese, bananas, 1 slice of hard cheese so far.
    im a boring food eater so its hard for me to find things i'm really happy with!

    Wow, everybody is so busy losing/maintaining weight, they don't have time to post! LOL.

    I'm a little stuck but I also was not perfect on Thursday and often the consequence is waiting through the shock before getting back to losing. Thurs 138.8, Friday 138.8, Saturday 138.2, Sunday 138.6...today 138.6. So net for the holiday weekend, Point Two. Sigh.

    Well, I'm still about 3 pounds from goal, although I am still over 13 pounds from my usual weight. I am on day.... let's see, ought plus ought, carry the 3.... Day 12. I am halfway through. Surely I can lose 3 &^(*^*& pounds in the next 11 days! Says here.

    Pearly: We have about the same goal weight. I wanna be around 130 but 135 would be good too. I'm POSITIVE you can lose the 3 lbs. in 11 days!

    AFM: I'm starting my next round on 7/19 or 7/20. I forgot TOM will be here soon and I don't wanna take any chances with this round. I'm right around 150-155 right now and wanna lose at least 15-20 this time. I'm looking into 2.0 but not sure I wanna skip all fruit - most of the time it's what saves me from cheating lol

    Thank you, Kar, for the LIKE. Where IS evah buddy? Golly, we used to hit 1000 likes a month and 50-80 pages!

    Oh, Pro! I eat an apple every day. You count your carbs and I get about 30 a day. I just add a lot of low carb veggies to my small apple to stay close to that. I eat it ALONE, though, from the old protocol from Suzanne Somers!

    Well, I'm posting just like there were thousands still here! So there! LOL Maybe there are lurkers to entertain. (Hi Retired!)

    I'm still stuck. I have been extra vigilant, so will just have to keep plodding. I don't believe in 'stalls' as a pause in losing is either my body catching up from a previous loss or an indication I am eating something I shouldn't. I had a margarita (funny you should mention that, Kar!) on 4th of July---uh, that's a lie. I had TWO! They were supposed to be "Skinny" but who knows what that means in a restaurant, and even skinny, it is not exactly on protocol! Oh, and a chile relleno that was to die for.

    WORTH IT!

    But, that was quite a few days ago, so I should have gotten over that by now.

    I'm probably eating too many carbs for P2.0 I usually use My Fitness Pal to track everything, but this round... I have been sort of free-styling, estimating from what I know from previous rounds. I do keep to half an apple a lot of times when I have a salad for lunch and want roasted veggies for supper. But the roasted veggies are soooooo good, that I am probably going over my count plus my 'tiny drizzle' of avo oil needs to be pulled back. Other than that, I can't think of anything I can do but keep on going.

    It is not a set point. I started at a set point and it didn't slow me down. It is just the middle of the round doldrums, I guess.

    Yeah, that was not too entertaining! Oh well. It kept me from working for ten minutes.
