Sorry for the double post. One must wait for the little circle thing to stop rotating before one hits the post button again!

I think those Walden dressing are awful too. Even DH (who will eat most anything) wouldn't use them.

I found that sweetening wine vinegar and adding lots of fresh chopped cilantro and cracked black pepper worked a lot better for me.

I've gotten so used to just red wine vinegar or as a treat, balsamic vinegar, that I'd rather eat a salad without anything than use a goopy salad dressing. Especially a 'diet' one.

Wait. Except for a good blue cheese dressing. Or one I make myself. I used to have an awesome raspberry/Italian dressing recipe that used dry mustard and a little bit of 'just fruit' raspberry jam and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember. Not P2 tho---I could never stop at a tsp of it!

Can you stand scrambled or boiled eggs, retired? I often have one or two boiled eggs in the morning, which gets a lot of protein and calories in quick. I don't think P2.0 requires JUST the whites. If so, well, oops. I'll have to sign up for the Rogue thread...

    Retired,
When I do 2.0, I have egg whites for breakfast every morning, usually with some spinach or salsa. That helps me get my protein calories in.

    Week 1 VLCD results: -1.8, -1.0, -1.4, -1.4, -1.2, -0.4, +0.6
    Week 2 VLCD results: -0.6, -0.0, -0.2, -0.4

I think that is the big difference between P2.0 and OP. BREAKFAST PROTEIN! Three portions a day instead of two makes a big big difference in how sustainable a diet it is, to me. P

Love the idea! Could never figure out the right dressing for P2. I usually spray a little Braggís liquid aminos and lemon... then sprinkle with an herb seasoning, salt and pepper. Would love more P2 friendly salad dressing ideas....

Hello Ladies. Good to see all of you. Im checking in to make sure I stay accountable on vacation this week. I've been able to maintain my LIW which was on 3/23/19 (round 5). Planing on doing last/final round in August. Now/vacation is not the time for me to fall apart. I just ate two of my husbands husbands fries and a bite of fish sandwich. Yuck ...I don't eat like that anymore (almost 2 years) but something is tugging at me to let lose. So not worth it! Saving it for loading in August. Ready to hit my goal and be done!!

Good job maintaining your LIW since March! And I know the feeling of tasting something I once enjoyed and finding it not as enjoyable! Have fun loading in August! And good luck with your losses!

    Hey all!

Jessie - GOOD CHOICE! I feel the same way most days lol

Pearly: You're SO close. Hopefully within the next couple days you'll get to your goal.

AFM: I'm up a little today from where I was last week when I weighed. I didn't sleep hardly at all last night though so I'm partially blaming that. I'm going to the store today so I'll get more fruit and good stuff to eat.
    LDW: 152.2 from last round

    New round
    Starting weight: 156.0
    Current weight: 146.8
    LDW: 147.0

Hi everyone! I've missed you all!

I'm back to start a new round. Over the last year or so, since getting laid off from my job, I managed to gain about 50-60 lbs. UGH!!! It's time to stop the madness and get back on track! I'm thinking I'll hhcg drops rather than pellets this time (Intermountain) but have to wait until after "shark week" to start. I think I'll load next Fri/Sat. and have Sunday to deal with any withdrawal symptoms. I'm really nervous about detoxing because I LOVE wine and an occasional burger, pizza, etc. I've done this before though and will do it again. Goal is to lose at least 25 lbs by my birthday in mid September so it will be a longer round.

I'm excited to be back on the forum with familiar faces and share our journeys together.

I have kept in touch with Natalie over the past year and a half and she should be joining us soon if she hasnít already as I need to go read up.

Iíve got about 50 lbs to knock off for good and not allow depression to grab a hold of me again. Looking forward to supporting everyone and reading about your successes.

Yay, Charlie! I'm glad you checked in. I checked in today! Waiting till after period to start, so load next Fri/Sat. Doing hhcg drops from Intermountain. There will be NO WINE in the house so I gotta make sure I get it out of my system. If I do need a lil something, then a vodka la criox.

We got this, Girl! Thanks so much for all your support over the last year. Looking forward to being an active part of this group again. You guys are awesome!
