    Hi! I started the HCG 7 days ago weighed 171.02 and I now weigh 158.6! Itís amazing how this stuff works!

    Glad to see everyone doing so well!!!!

    I may need to just bite the bullet and do another round soon. I had lost 3 lbs. last week but gained almost 2 back now. I was trying to figure out what might have gone wrong and realized I haven't had any *movement* in a few days. If I'm still having that issue by tomorrow I'll try some smooth move tea and see if it helps. My next weigh in will be Friday since I apparently need to watch TES more often. Hopefully by then I'll have at least lost the weight I gained this week. It's rough!

    I scaled back on TES to once a week about a month ago. The daily weight in was wearing me down.

    Today and Tomorrow and then Transition!

    Wow, Melissa, your first week is AMAZING! Keep up the good work! I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but please know that if, at some point in the next week or two, your losses are a bit smaller per week, you are not doing anything wrong. Your will lose and lose well, but the first week is the most amazing part. What a great boost to get you started, tho!

    I am kind of playing bounce-a-pound, which has happened to me many times in week 3. My best losses are the first two weeks, then pick up again in Week 4. This is actually week 4 for me, but my 3rd week was so.... LOST... because of the wrong dose, that I had a do-over. Not that it has helped much. At the end of week 2 I had 2 pounds to go to goal. AT the end of the First Week 3, I had 2 pounds to go to goal--but I was only .4 from goal in the middle there. Now, I have today and tomorrow left and... I have .8 to goal, but I have been up and down that same pound and a half every other day.

    Good grief. Well, technically, I have lost 10 pounds counting loading, cuz although I just put 145 as my starting weight, I actually was 145.8 after my first day of loading, and then didn't weigh again until VLCD 3. But 145.8 minus 135.8...well, I'll take it.

    I can wear stuff and that's all I wanted.

    That's a lie. I wanted my 25-year old body back, but that might have been a bit optimistic.,as I just started Social Security. ROFLMAO.

    10 pounds is not a big loss or a big deal, but it kept me from going back up the 50 I had to lose back in 2013! So it is still ALL GOOD!

    Yea and onward Pearly!!

    I found a way to get some protein in. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (unflavored) in my morning coffee. 20 grams is 70 calories, 18 grams protein.
    No fat, no carbs and no sugar. It didn't change the taste of the coffee at all. Today is the first day of use so I'll see how it goes. They recommend using it twice daily to see the fastest results for skin, hair and nails.

    It's pricey. I've not checked around much but I think Costco has a really good price. 7/22/19 it was 29.99 for 24 oz. That might have been a sale but I'll know today or tomorrow when I go back to Costco.

    I LOVE Collagen peptides! I use twice a day ó a scoop in my coffee in the morning. And then before bed, I drink a glass of if with water, Vitamin C powder, and a couple of dropperfuls of vanilla creme stevia. For some reason, at night, it makes me sleepy and gives me the best sleep.

    Iím not super strict with counting calories, especially since majority of my meals are white fish and during my daily workout, I burn about 250+ calories. Losses in P2 have been great.

    wow! looks like everyone is doing great!! ive tried posting a couple of times only to have them disappear when i tried to post it.
    so...we will see what happens this time.
    i've actually been in first week of p4 maintanence. heading to Texas day after tomorrow. cant wait for Texas brisket!!

    ive been maintaining my weight pretty perfectly but then again, havent really eaten anything new. except part of my birthday cake
    slice my aunt had bought me a month ago, that i kept in the freezer. it was devine, despite having been frozen. I only ate a quarter
    of it and gave rest to hubby. was down almost a lb this morning!! so weird!!

    anyhow, ive been so busy closing my shop and doing flea markets and working my CBD and health product business that i havent had
    much time to "socialize" on the computer.
    Hoping to have a little more time after my store is closed. i'll have almost 3 hours on friday in San Fransico airport!!

    I've never heard of collagen peptides...what are the benefits?

    *TMI* I had some "movement" this morning but certainly not enough to cover the 3-4 days I went without anything, so I'm going to bite the bullet and drink some smooth move tea today. I have an appt. at 2:00 so I may drink it just before that so I don't get in any trouble lol I don't wanna have to go while I'm sitting in the chair, driving, or super late at night. It should work pretty quickly considering how long it's been.

    I have some cleaning and yard work to do today so that'll hopefully get things moving too. I'm going to have a gluten free pizza for dinner (Julian Bakery mix). I thought about making something else or picking something up but I know I need to stick to healthier options since I've gained half the weight I lost back. It's only a pound or so but it's going in the opposite direction I want it to!

    Well! Whew. I made it. Today is my Last Dose: goal 135.

    Nailed it!! Ha ha. I struggled but today at least, I’m good!
