    Good morning, Lovelies!
Thanks for the May thread, Coco. I'm feeling MARVELOUS already!
I'm starting P2D10 down 7.2 so far this round, which is great for me. Rx drops seem to my best method.
Hope everyone has a great day!

    Checking In

    Good morning Lovelies!

Checking in to share in all your progress and positivity! I've been busy, busy, busy but lots of good things happening on my end. #1 - I got a job!! Start next week and super excited. It took longer than I expected but I really feel that this will be a great opportunity; thank y'all for all the encouragement! #2 - I won my custody trial!! The judge literally dismissed my son's father's case and told him he'd never been so disgusted in all his years on the bench ::HAPPY DANCE:: It has cost a fortune in dollars, time and stress and I'm so glad it's over. #3 - I'm in a relationship! It's still early but he's so transparent about what he wants and supportive of what I want that it finally just feels right.

I took many risks this year and it is wonderful to be in this space physically, emotionally and (one day soon) financially. Speaking of physically I've been maintaining at 149/150 since my last check in. I went up to 153 for Easter but rum was involved so... I'm having starches and carbs - including desserts and I find that as long as I weigh daily, control my portions and limit alcohol it has been effortless. I haven't done any true steak days but I've been busy enough that some intermittent fasting happens without being planned or painful. I'm considering another round because my guy is in ridiculous shape (ex-Marine) and I feel a little self-conscious about my jiggly bits.... may try a round after the 4th of July

Welcome to all the new Lovelies! Lots of good vibes to Everyone!

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149
    Round 3, P3: 149 and hopeful...

    Round 4, P2: 151 (not counting 7lb loading gain)

Wow people! I have been talking to myself in the April thread!

Great to see you all doing well!

    Great losses, Kar!

Xexymess ~ congrats on the job, the custody and the relationship! What wonderful changes! What weight would you like to be? Maybe just keeping up with him will be enough

Rose, stable in P4 sounds like heaven!

I am P3D4 and introduced yogurt this morning. So excited, and nervous. Very stable at 170.8 this morning. LDW is 171.2. Still working on getting to 1500 cals. Yesterday was highest at 1303 but with the yogurt, I should get there today.

    Have a great day everyone!

    Can't believe it's May already!

Anyways, still in Phase 2 on my very first round of HCG.

Been a little stressed with an internal audit at work the past few days. Here's a kind of funny story - On Monday, the auditors took us to lunch at GrillSmith. I was panicking about eating out so my boss suggested I call ahead and explain I have an "oil allergy" to prevent having to explain all this in front of our associates and sounding like a weirdo. Well! Turns out one of the auditors had also called ahead because she has a peanut allergy. I heard the waiter whispering to her and explaining how things are cooked and then she started saying that she didn't have a problem with oil. Sooooo...I then explained I was the one who has an oil allergy. Then all my coworkers, excluding the boss who knows about the HCG diet, start questioning and and are absolutely appalled that I am allergic to oil and asking me how I live. Felt like I was getting interrogated haha so I broke down and just explained to everyone that I am not really allergic and on a diet and this was the easiest way to stay away from oil. Food Allergy plan backfired haha.

Today the auditors brought Nothing Bundt Cakes in Not sure if you know what those are, but they are the most delicious things in the world and literally MELT in your mouth. Everyone keeps asking me why I haven't had one even after the whole diet announcement at lunch on Monday. SMH. Then for lunch they bought pizza for everyone. OH - and TOM has started today with a vengeance. Ended up calling my mom in tears because I wanted to cheat. On a good note, I didn't cheat. Just nibbled on my cabbage like a rabbit. 2 hours and 8 minutes and I will be able to leave and be less tempted. Sorry for my rant haha!

To everyone who already posted - you are all so inspiring and motivating and I love hearing about everyone's triumphs and victories!

Too funny! Sounds like you made a good recovery.

That reminds me of when I was on a business trip in Malaysia several years ago and at dinner the first night our host ordered several plates to share. There was one dish that I passed on because I'd had it before and didn't like it. The host noticed and asked why I wasn't having it. Before I could respond, my boss, thinking he was being helpful, lied and said, "She's allergic to shellfish." Well, the next day when we all went out to lunch, the only thing on the menu I wanted to eat was shrimp. Awkward...

P2D11 for me. Same weight as yesterday, but all good. (I'm surprised I made it this long. lol)

Hope everyone has a great day!

This is day 5 VLCD for me. I lost 22 lbs on my last round and I have 30 lbs to go. I would love to loose at least 25 lbs this round. My family and I are celebrating in July my niece finishing her medical school training as a GYN-OBGYN doctor on a trip together with the family to the Bahamas. I am currently weighing 164 lbs. I have lost 8 lbs this round. I love the first few weeks of weight loss on HCG!

Cals yesterday 1454. Up one pound after one cup of yogurt, 171.8. Well within range but is gaining one pound a sign of possible issues with dairy or would it bump up more significantly?

Hard to say. A pound is significant, but a couple of pounds is definitive. To be safe, you could wait until P4 to test yogurt again.

After my many rounds, the conclusion I've come to is that if something seems iffy in P3, I will just wait to try it again until after I have stabilized. I put myself through a lot of unnecessary steak days by trying to retest things that seemed to cause reactions.
