Thread: LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - MARVELOUS in MAY!!!!

    Hey, everyone! Sorry, I don't have time right now to catch up on all the posts I've missed. Hope you're all doing well though!

    AFM: I'm at 152.0, so 0.2 under LDW. I'm amazed at that because I haven't been eating the healthiest lately. I forced myself to weigh this morning and it was a pleasant surprise. I need to lose about 20 more lbs. so I really need to get on it! I'm trying the intermittent fasting but some days I'm only able to get in about 12 hours of fasting due to eating late (BF is working 3rd shift at his 2nd job and I tend to snack just a little at night now :/). I need to stop the late night snacking even if it's just something small because the fasting doesn't work if you have anything at all. Most days I've been able to hit about 15-16 hours of fasting. It must be helping because I haven't gained much at all (1/2 pound maybe?) and I've been eating pizza, chips, etc. My clothes fit the same too! I'm gonna keep on with the intermittent fasting but I'm going to eat a lot better. Hopefully that'll help me drop at least 10 lbs. in the next 1-2 months.

    Good morning, Lovelies!

    It's day 5 of my planned interruption and I'm only up 0.6 from when I started. Feeling good. I'll resume hCG and VLCD tomorrow.

    (7 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)

    Also - I totally shouldnít be this excited about something so insignificant, but man does it feel like an accomplishment.

    Wahoo, I bet you can lose the next 10 being more aware of food choices. It is so easy to fall back to old habits.

    Glad it went well, looks like the second half will be a great success. And hopefully the mental break you needed.


    AFM - day 2 of "free" everything I really need to hit a specialty store to stock up on some gluten free options. Walmart and HEB have stuff but need to find some snack items and just see whats out there. I am not going super crazy reading every last ingredient on the label to see if gluten is in it so need to see what is out there.

    Diesel: Thanks! I know all I would need to do is go back to completely gluten/sugar free but it's rough lol Wal Mart has some good gluten free/sugar free options out there. I like Julian's Bakery - the pizza crust at least. I normally buy Paleo/gluten free foods/snacks on Amazon. There are a ton of things like sweet potato chips, gluten free baking mixes, etc.

    Well, I am still at 166.6. I know it's normal but it is still hard. Whine...
    I am also not sure: what weight do we count down from after a PI? The LDW, or the weight on the first of started P2 again?
    If from LDW, my weight loss is still average. If from first day of P2 after PI, then it is lower than average.
    Round 1 191.6
    LDW after 23 days 171.2

    Hang in there! Don't let that evil scale mess with you.
    Personally, I would just count the total lost from the beginning of the round.

    (7 pounds were lost in a previous round. They still live in my ticker for motivation.)

    Quick update. Those 2 lbs came back today, Ate breakfast and lunch by 4pm today, so a nice long intermittent fast should help it back down. Fingers crossed. VLCD 21 tomorrow.

    Hurray for it being down!!

    Iím 139.1 today and yesterday (last injection was yesterday). Iíd say 10-12lbs from like Goooooaaaalll, but 7 lbs away from where I think I can feasibly land, about 132.

    Today is day 1 of no injections (but still VLCD) and Iím about to donate blood. Wish me luck!

    Iím getting a body fat test In the morning and Iíll post my before/afters too!

    I'd like to be about that weight too, yay. You're close! Be careful with giving blood on VLCD...I did it before and passed out Just be sure to drink a bunch of water and try to eat something before

    I'm not sure what my weight is but I feel pretty good. I did good Saturday but yesterday I ate some stuff I shouldn't have. I drank some smooth move tea and detoxed a bit. I'm doing the intermittent fasting so all I've had today so far is a chai tea from Starbucks. I'll eat between 11:30 and 12:00 if I'm hungry. If not I'll hold off a bit more. 12:00 would be 17 hours and normally I do 14-16. I have grapes and mixed fruit for lunch and I'm not even sure I'll need to eat all that. Dinner will be either cheesy chicken and roasted cauliflower or roasted cauliflower with gluten free pasta/chicken. I'm leaning more toward the pasta with cauliflower because I can make my own alfredo sauce and I do well with the GF pasta.

    165. I don't think that at this rate I will get to 160 by LDD but I can hope. I would if I kept going as in the first part of my round. Something held me up when I restarted after my PI, and it may have been the off POP over Mother's Day, or just be what it is and things have slowed down. It is what it is

    hcgpro, I don't think I could live off of that little! I do like fasting but then the two meals I have are huge LOL Need to get my macros in to feel well and not slow down my metabolism.
