    Mairi: How many days do you have left? I'm sure you can get down to 160 For some reason I'm just not hungry today. I've had tea, grapes and mixed fruit and I'm good. I normally get ravenous when I get home though lol I'm sure I'll end up eating something other than the GF pasta and cauliflower

    Have not had time to check in..I am holding steady weight wise. I am eating some meals that are super clean and when family was in town I splurged. I am debating my next round and have decided officially it will be after I take Hunter to college in August. That is plenty of time between rounds and the the fall things slow down. After getting sick and super constipated during my last round, I gained that weight back and so I will be just working on getting back to 140ish. I may just stop then, if I can keep it steady there. I am 51 years old, 5'5" and that is not a bad place for me at this time.

    Graduation weekend was last week..it is done, my youngest son is getting out of school this week. It seems like the summer is going to fly by and there is so much to do..but it is all good.
    will try to find some time to catch up on how folks are doing.

    Good morning, Lovelies!
    I shot up a pound on my last day of my PI. (eyeroll) So I've spent the first 3 days back on VLCD getting that off. Whatevs.

    Kar, that one pound could be anything. It probably is also nothing

    My scale decided to play a game with me this morning. When I first weighed myself I was 163.8 but then I went back to bed for 20 minutes and weighed myself again (WHY??????) and I was 164.2. Neither are bad but... Now I don't know. I will go with the 164.2 though. Crazy.

    LOVELY LOSERS 2019 - MARVELOUS in MAY!!!!

    Ok ladies - here are my results from these crazy last few months...
    Round A:
    Loading 2.5-2.6.19 - 152.3
    23 days of VLCD.
    Ended at 144.8, 2 week Planned Interruption, Started again at 148.8.
    24 days of VLCD
    Ended at 142

    Round B:
    Loading 4.25-4.27.19 144-146.8!!!
    21 days of VLCD
    Ended at 139.1

    This has been a looooooong, slooooow loss. All I want now is to maintain. However, I only stopped because we have family in town; I may treat this week as a PI and do a few more days next week (if I notice that my weight sneaks up at all).

    That must be really frustrating, Yayhowfun! I hope your maintenance goes well. You are already over the allotted days for a round though so I am not sure that another PI would be good? The total max days is 40 per round, PI or not. You are already over.

    163.8 solid this morning so my scale was just anticipating today's weight. Ha. I doubt I'll lose 3.8 pounds in 4 days but I will be very close to 160. I lost during my PI so who knows.

    Question though: When one keeps losing during P3, what happens to the LDD? Does that remain the baseline, or do we move it down if we land somewhere and remain there pretty stable?

    No, this round has only been 23 days. My other round was 40+.

    Anyway, Iím ALREADY doing a correction day and itís only day 2 of P3. is this going to be my life now? Just eating a steak every other day. Ugh.
    I worked out twice yesterday (a Pilates circuit and a 35 min interval jog), ate normal P2 foods, just added more protein and some healthy fats. I know itís water retention or something, itís just SO frustrating.

    Oh right, read that wrong. It looks like you just don't have much to lose and this program works best for heavy losers?
    How frustrating on the correction day. It sounds like you are doing all the right things though. You are just a mystery. How s your gut health? And maybe this is just the one time after increasing volume and you can adjust your baseline up a little so that you don't have to keep doing the steak day?

    Thanks I REALLY want to keep my baseline in the 130's, it's a mentally much healthier place for me. Soooooo I'll just do steak days as needed I guess.
    I did a (sort of) steak day yesterday. I was RAVENOUS because I'd done two works the day before and I had a strength training workout scheduled for the afternoon, so I ended up eating 2 eggs and like an ounce of turkey for a snack/lunch, then had my steak and small apple in the evening.
    I woke up at 139.6 (about a half pound above my LIW) and went to a 6am workout. It kicked my ***!! I thought it would be fun to weigh myself after that to see how much I sweat - and even after drinking coffee and water, I was down to 138.4!! Just goes to show much water really affects the scale!

    3 more days. The scale has been weird, and I have been hungry where I was not before the PI. Tomorrow's weight will be better because I worked out yesterday. Anyway, 3 days! I am happy where I am and hope to just continue with low carb/keto for a bit in P3 and see where I land. I will probably do a P4 with some added carbs and see what happens. Usually though, the carb monster wakes up and I just have to cut them again.

    Well, got forced into stopping my drops today as opposed to tomorrow being LDD because I left early early and forgot them at home so my LDD was yesterday, still 163.8. I dropped 6 pounds in 15 days. Plus the 20.4 from before the PI makes 26.4 pounds in 38 days. Average of 0.69 loss a day which is good but if I wonder if stopping after 23 days is better for me. If I do another round, it will be in a few months and I may just do 23 days. I did really well before the PI. After was harder. Struggled with hunger and impatience with the loss which I know is mostly mental but still. Can't help but think that I should have called it good, taken a break, reload much later and go for it again.
    Anyway, I am glad to be one for now. I may be back in a few months though for the last #10
