We just got our power back on! YAY! I would do a happy dance, but I hurt to much... internal dancing happening over here.
Chicken will start defrosting towards the end of the week, and then I will get it grilled and weighed out in prep for restarting. This will be a tough week with extra work days and no day off to recover, but after I survive it, I will hopefully be back to “normal” for a few weeks.

Our daughter is going to Taiwan at the end of November for 3 months, and it will be another opportunity for me to do well with HCG. I had good success when she was in China for 2 months almost 2 years ago. I am thinking short round followed by long round after P3.
Hey, I'm Roni (Ronnie) I bought a ticket on the Onederland Express! Come along and enjoy the ride!

    Restarting Round 3

    **** Original Protocol ****
    Round 1 LDW: 240.8 (-31.4)
    Round 2 LDW: 230.6 (-41.6)
Weight loss totals include loading weight from Round 1 only.

Hey t1ghtwad! I remember the round you did when your daughter was in China. You were surprising her with you losing weight while she was gone. Hard to believe it been almost 2 years ago but it was. October 26th will be 2 years since my first round. And I'm still at it.... Starting weight was 234 ...current round #6 VLCD34 156.

Glad your power back and getting back into where were.

I gotta say this out loud so y'all can hold me to it. Not stopping until losing 2 more lbs. The struggle is so real this round! I did a 53 round last time and stabilized well. It wasn't a difficult round but this VLCD 34 has challenged me the most. Jiminy cricket!!

TESS and I are having a stand off! Not sure who's going to win but I'm glad to have avoided seeing this happen during my round earlier. First weigh in was on 10/9 @ 157 lbs. Today, 4 days later @156.6 (VLCD 35). Skipping injection today to see if taking a break matters and/or call it done.

Pearly, that is great! I know what you mean about wanting to avoid the "dreaded weigh in!" I'm there tomorrow. Being Optimistic whatever the scale says!
Tight- yay for power! Always take a few things for granted & then when I'm challenged, feel blessed that I have those precious things, like POWER!! Looks like you are starting up another round with me! Love the support!
Jessie- wow, girl, you are doing wonderful!! 6 rounds and you have lost a small person!!

The weather is getting colder and it's getting to be "soup" weather. I love "soup weather!" Have a great Sunday!

    Hello, all.
    I'm still here, Ms. P!
Jessie, good luck with your stand off with the scale. Stand your ground.
    Great pep talk, Gem.
Glad your power is back on, Roni!
I was only down 0.4 today and I said (out loud) to the scale, "but it's still week 1!" lol. Whatever. It's still moving in the right direction.
    Onward!

Thanks Car! Good advise. I'm still standing. Was on the fence yesterday about calling this round. Woke up with vengeance this morning and decided ending a round like this is not going to feel good so I'm fighting it until the end. No more looking back on rounds with regrets and I wish I hads...

I will be joining you soon Kar & all u other P2ers!
Today was my weigh in & I am .2 away from needing a "steak day." That would officially be my 1st one on P3. I'm now in my 5th week. That's not to awful bad. I'm going to eat really clean today! I've allowed a few sweets in so I'll knock that off! Ha! 😁

I was out walking again yesterday & I definitely need more aerobic activity in my life! It was beautiful outside & the full moon & sunset were both amazing!

    Have a great Monday &

    Stay focused! 🤓

    Good morning, Lovelies.
It's great to see ya'all are still around!
Well, it was only a matter of time. TESS betrayed me this morning with a gain.
I probably didn't drink enough water. Onward!

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just break up with TESS ?!? TESS and I broke up for many years while I buried my head in sand.

Today I woke up with .2 jump but I can feel and see the "inches" happening. Always forget about the inches

Ha! Whenever I break up with TESS I gain 10 pounds. GREAT reminder about the inches! My clothes fit much better than a week ago, even though I've bounced around for the past couple of days.

Hope everyone has a great day!
