Yes, I sometimes forget about the inches as well!
Ate as clean as I could yesterday and I'm still the same weight- on the fence of a steak day! Ha!
I was a cooking fiend yesterday! Cabbage rolls, Quinoa salad, slaw....all things good for me. I will say that I have not gotten into the ETOH category and I feel that has help me maintain. Everytime I have a few, I eat & gain weight- UGH!

I need a good trip to the throne & that could be a good reason I'm stuck at the same weight as well!

Have a great Tues, going hiking with my hubby & niece....

Stay focused!! or...Keep your eye on the PRIZE- the New You!!

    Iím just catching up here...

Tight- I have a friend whose son lives in CA where the power has been turned off. That just seems so crazy to me that they can do that! I mean what about the people who depend on electricity to live? Medication that needs to be refrigerated, machines that require electricity that keeps them alive at home? So sorry for you and this mess!

Pearly- I hope your mom is doing better and I know what you mean about stress eating! I am the worst! But really, what WERE you thinking bringing hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese? Arenít you in P3? Girl, you need to have that cheeseburger! (Without the bun of course)

Gemgirl- you’ve had an awesome P3! I’ve had to do one correction day a week, but honestly, I don’t mind, I welcome the break from meal planning for a day! What is ETOH?

Jessie- stay the course! I had the most frustrating round ever this time. Stalls, stalls, stalls and more stalls! I did end up doing a totally off protocol P2 steak day a couple of times and they seemed to break my long stalls. There is a whole thread on this if you’re up for some reading.

I officially entered P4 last Friday! Saturday was my 50th birthday and went out to dinner with lots of friends to celebrate! Ate lots of yummy food like shrimp & grits, fries, Mac & cheese and even a couple bites of chocolate cake! I did a steak day yesterday and I am 2 lbs below LIW. I’ve pretty much been staying slightly under LIW so I’m happy. Now I just need to stay here permanently! Easier said than done, right?! Hubby and I leave for NYC tomorrow....my bday gift from him. Very excited and plan to eat what I want (within reason, not too much sugar) and try to practice some serious portion control, eat until satiated, not stuffed! I know we will be doing LOTS of walking, so that should help keep things in balance (I hope!).

ETOH- alcohol!! A diet buster for me every time!

Good for you too, Just! You have had a great P3 as well! Oh, Happy 50th!! 🤩
Karr, I have been the same weight the past 3 days too. I know, good for me, not so good 4 P2- although it's not a gain!

Gotta teach my niece to make applesauce now!

    Stay focused! 😉

Ending round #6 today. Hit the goal under 154 with total of 80lbs down. This was a tough round mentally but worth pushing through. Next round is scheduled for April. I would say it will be my last round but I know better than to say that . Aiming for success in stabilizing and hitting an all new low next round. Looking forward to some cheese on Saturday.

Hugs to everyone and you all much success!! Thank you for always been there...it really makes this journey so much better!!!

Wow, what a beautiful day here in OHIO!! A tad chiller here lately, but it sure brings on the fall colors.
So I've been weighing myself daily now basically because I've been so close to needing a steak day. I was down .4 so that puts me .8 away from needing a steak day. Whew! a tad more leeway.
I've been enjoying the variety of foods I can eat now and I'm not looking forward to starting another round because of that. I have a couple things this weekend going on so my plan is to be on R2 starting Tues.

Jessie- Congrats on hitting your goal! Always encouraging when you reach a goal.

twalt- so Cocoa Crack....you know, I've not made that on P3/4 so far. I should splurge b4 starting another round as it is not considered a P2 food. Darn!! As far as how much you can have in P3, I don't know that there are any rules for that except watching the scale for your weight creeping up. I would only have a bit whenever I would crave sweets and was amazed at how little I ate and was satisfied. That seems to be the norm for me when I come off P2 into 3. It's like the less sugar I eat, the less I crave. And, I'm a sweets person!

Welp, gotta get busy! Glad there are still a couple of you posting as I know it can get kinda lonely doing this by yourself. I know I was extremely busy with a ministry I'm involved with which took me out of town and it's almost impossible to keep up with all of that and posting. We will be going out of town again next Fri for a week. That's why I'm trying to get psyched up about R2.

    Stay focused!!

    Good afternoon, Lovelies!
Gemgirl, glad you've been able to dodge the dreaded steak day!
I was down 0.2 this morning. It's not a gain, so I'll gladly take it. I'm happy to report that it's 77 degrees in my office and I'm FREEZING! Yippee! That's always a good sign the hcg is working its magic.
Hope everyone is having a great day.

Kar, I remember those days of being so cold. Haven't had that this summer, but I know they are just around the corner for me!

I was down another .2 today so that puts me down a total of 1 lb so I'm in a good "zone" so far. I've been chasing a 3 y/o around for the past day or so and It's a very active time for me! I wear my tracker & it already said I'm at 12, 000 steps which seems wrong until I start thinking about my day with a 3 y/o! ha!

Take care everyone and Stay Focused!!

Iím Ba-a-a-ack! Whew. Whirlwind work trip. Started out fairly well, ended up eating whatever I could get my hands on. Computer/software/wi-fi
Problems made a 3 hour project that I started after supper after a very full day turn into a 7 hour marathon and 3 1/2 hrs sleep. After that, with almost no good choices in front of me, well, letís just say I survived. Then 7 hour airline delay was just the topper.

I have not weighed yet. I need another nights sleep at least. I feel like Iím up but also stiff and tired.

My sister spent 36 hours straight w my Mom in order to get her transferred and settled in rehab. I relieved her at noon today and may be here til Monday am. Eeek.

    Onward!
