Today is P2D3 for me, and I am doing OK. Still recovering from my 16 hour day Monday, but finally got to sleep at 2 a.m. and was able to sleep almost 6 hours (woke up 4 times though) before rushing to get out the door for the morning. I was to rushed to eat, so I didn't miss breakfast at all.
My current dosing is 1 sublingual dropperful (don't count drops as it works well this way), three times per day.
The next two days I work, but just 8.5 hour days plus the commute. Then the weekend off. I need the off days to recover. I am hoping to find a better schedule when this job ends at the end of the year, as the 16 hour day and the 2 consecutive days are really hard on me. I feel like I am always in "survival/recovery mode" right now, but I still need to do something about this weight, and my improve my health along the way. Plus, I got rid of most of my bigger clothes, and ALL of my winter clothes in my current size, so I have a BIG financial motivation for this round.
THE SCALE: I am going to wait a few days to weigh in because my fluid is fluctuating in a BIG way right now. I couldn't even get my right foot into my shoe this morning, so the scale would have been a discouragement to me. I will wait until the edema is at a more normal level and then weigh-in. This is a somewhat common thing for me with my issue holding potassium/sodium. It is really hard to keep them balanced when my kidneys dump so much of what I take in. I have to supplement throughout the day, but the amount varies, and I just have to guess... I keep hoping they will come out with a home potassium/sodium meter (like a glucose meter)!
Well, time to get busy on my to-do list again. Lots to accomplish, including setting up our "new" car for the baby and for shopping tomorrow. Gotta get some apples
