Thread: Lovely Losers 2019 - Sensational in September!!!

Update on my face to progress. I start P3 tomorrow morning! So thatís exciting. I am currently still sitting at 138. Which of course is great but I usually do and knock off a few pounds during the transition. Between the two phases. But thatís OK too I blame it on all the recent stress because yeah thatís the only thing different! Iím hoping out have a good P3 and then come before I can knock off another 10 pounds or so on my own. I was lucky enough my first P3 to go down about 4 pounds without trying I know thatís frowned upon LOL. So we will see what this P3 brings me Iím excited for it but Iím also excited for it to be over so I can continue my weight loss!

    Off to a good start

Today is P2D3 for me, and I am doing OK. Still recovering from my 16 hour day Monday, but finally got to sleep at 2 a.m. and was able to sleep almost 6 hours (woke up 4 times though) before rushing to get out the door for the morning. I was to rushed to eat, so I didn't miss breakfast at all.

My current dosing is 1 sublingual dropperful (don't count drops as it works well this way), three times per day.

The next two days I work, but just 8.5 hour days plus the commute. Then the weekend off. I need the off days to recover. I am hoping to find a better schedule when this job ends at the end of the year, as the 16 hour day and the 2 consecutive days are really hard on me. I feel like I am always in "survival/recovery mode" right now, but I still need to do something about this weight, and my improve my health along the way. Plus, I got rid of most of my bigger clothes, and ALL of my winter clothes in my current size, so I have a BIG financial motivation for this round.

THE SCALE: I am going to wait a few days to weigh in because my fluid is fluctuating in a BIG way right now. I couldn't even get my right foot into my shoe this morning, so the scale would have been a discouragement to me. I will wait until the edema is at a more normal level and then weigh-in. This is a somewhat common thing for me with my issue holding potassium/sodium. It is really hard to keep them balanced when my kidneys dump so much of what I take in. I have to supplement throughout the day, but the amount varies, and I just have to guess... I keep hoping they will come out with a home potassium/sodium meter (like a glucose meter)!

Well, time to get busy on my to-do list again. Lots to accomplish, including setting up our "new" car for the baby and for shopping tomorrow. Gotta get some apples.
Hey, I'm Roni (Ronnie) I bought a ticket on the Onederland Express! Come along and enjoy the ride!

Pretty, I'm not a huge extrovert but had no choice growing up but to associate with others a lot. Dad was in the Air Force so we moved constantly. I had some pretty lonely years as a result, always just did enough to get by ok. It did really suck, though, not having those nice, long friendships and relationships. Even now I find I tend to operate in 4 yr cycles with jobs, houses etc.

VCLD28, Day 1 without HCG. I'm up 0.3 lbs from my LIW yesterday. One more day and I'm in P3! I'm excited! We fly to Seattle from the East Coast so it will be long hours on airplanes/airports. I'm bringing P3 snacks in case real food isn't available. I will hopefully get breakfast on the plane, but we have a very short transit time in DFW so not sure I will get lunch. We will be going out to dinner in Seattle at 7:00, which is 10:00 my time! I hope I'm not too tired to eat and enjoy my food.

Jessie, that belt thing is absolutely amazing. Nine days? incredible. And good work!

Roni, I remember you from earlier rounds and I was always amazed at how well you did despite all your various health issues, and your long hours of work and commuting. My hat is off to you, I'm pretty sure I would have thrown in the towel. Good luck this round, I will be looking forward to hearing how you are doing.

Pretty, I can only dream of losing weight in P3!

OMG, i am three pages behind on reading. I promise I will catch up tonight. I have a slew of family, baked the 12 dozen cookies last night, still have to do artichoke dip, roasted veggies etc. but that is all for the weekend so can't do ahead.

I was ready to quit after Tuesday, just felt so lousy. Then I was back down on Wed am. So I thought well, give it one more day. Down a gain today. So, one more! LOL. Onward!

Hello! Last full day of my time here in OBX & I've been doing well as far as food goes. It's like I have no desire to eat or drink things I shouldn't although I thought I may try a few things while on vacation. Just being able to eat somethings I couldn't on P2 like Cheese & certain meats, etc. has been enough.

I see there has been a lot of action on this thread & I'll likewise catch up more when I get home!

    Stay focused, ladies!

t1: Glad you got some sleep though you woke up several times! I wake up at least a few times every night too. Sleep is very necessary.

Pretty: I just go to work and the grocery store. I don't like clothes shopping or crowds usually but sometimes I get into a mood and go. My family isn't huge but I do have 2 sisters and 1 brother with plenty of nephews and 1 niece. I talk to my mom twice a day because we live hours apart. My 1 friend doesn't really text or call me unless I call/text first so it's kind of a letdown usually. I'm good with just staying home too! I need to start exercising at home since I'm there so much but I'm also very lazy lol

I'm trying to eat a little better today but I'm seriously considering trying the slimfast keto stuff. At least the replacement shakes and maybe some bars or something. I do well with prepared food. If I have to cook, I'll end up eating something quick before my real food is done cooking :/
    LDW: 152.2 from last round

    New round
    Starting weight: 156.0
    Current weight: 146.8
    LDW: 147.0

STILL behind on reading! My apologies. Just. No.Time. Between crunch time at work and all the company...well, dogs are lonely and house is a wreck!

Down again today. This is phenomenal. I am NOT following protocol worth spit, but losing anyway. Down point 8 today, so will try to keep on going. Every day is a day to do better, right? I have been having chocolate Pure Protein drinks from Costco for lunch this week. Just have not had time or energy to pack a lunch or eat one, so got those for the days I bring food and take it home again because I never had time to eat it. The first day I drank TWO because it didn't cut it by itself, but with hcg kicking in, one has lasted me all day. So, not doing so bad, except for a few COOKIES here and there. I know of NO protocol that allows cookies ( real ones not 'diet' ones with fake sweeteners like the one that starts with the French word for BAD: Mal.... !) but...

I got nuthin as to why I am losing. Just count my blessings and take it as making up for gaining so fast after my last round when I was being better than I am NOW.

    Meh.

Yes I talk to my mom for a few hours a day because she lives in another state. I have a treadmill and weights at home that I use for at least an hour a day. And most days I actually donít even sit down unless I am driving LOL
