Thread: Lovely Losers 2019 - Sensational in September!!!

  1. #181
P3 Day 4. Got back from 3 days in Seattle to a 1.9 lb gain from LIW. It was challenging getting the right type and amount of food at the right time. I was so hungry and wanted real food but since it wasn't available I ended going with whatever I could get, which was a lot of cheese and nuts. And then there was the wine. Unlike others, I tend to lose when I travel, which is normally dehydration and then I bounce back up after. So, that worries me, that I could go up even further tomorrow. My plan is to eat clean and make sure I get proteins, veggies and good fats like avocados and olive oil. Fingers crossed.

It's all very quiet here. I hope everyone is doing well.

    Tight, how are you doing?

Pearly, have the family (and cookies) cleared out yet? I hope you are still losing.

Jessica, have you gone down any more belt sizes?

Pretty, how is P3 going? And your daughter?

Pro, Slimfast has Keto stuff? How does it taste?

Blue, Gem, how are you guys doing?

Yeah, well, THAT was a tough weekend. I was down 3.8 for the week and today...ta da: UP 2.4. Well, okie dokie. I totally deserved it and for the most part it was worth it. I just gotta double down this week as i can't go much longer. I have kind of lost track, but taking out all of my stops and starts, I think I am around week 5 now. Saturday was an accidental 'skip' day, as I drove off without my dose. Missed several thyroid doses, both days, too. UHG.

I take my Mom back to Iowa weekend after next and then a week of travel for work, so absolutely need to get done THIS week.

I'm not all that worried about the UP as I think the down was real and this is just fluff from eating off protocol. The cookies did indeed find their way into my hands, along with pie, sorbet, french toast... Yikes. But lots and lots of family, and we socialize around food, like most people. Also, I'm still tired, although I got some extra sleep Saturday night, and regular sleep last night. Can't make up running on fumes for three weeks in one night, though, so I still feel like I could fall asleep any time I blink too slowly.

Whole body is complaining and ache-y. argh.

    Keep on it all!

Well, I stepped on the scale this weekend after having avoided it for a while. I assumed I was about 10 pounds over goal. WRONG! 16.
I'll start loading in 5 days.

Hey Mo! You'll bounce right back down. I ate an avocado everyday after my last round and I really think it helped with stabilizing. Haven't tried the belt on again...not feeling any change yet. Might start weighing in this Sunday. It's not uncommon for me to skip the scales during a round and just let things fall like they fall. CONFESSION: I'm cheating this round with cream in the coffee. I'm usually strict POP..no cheating. That's probably a good reason for me to get the scales
