P3 Day 4. Got back from 3 days in Seattle to a 1.9 lb gain from LIW. It was challenging getting the right type and amount of food at the right time. I was so hungry and wanted real food but since it wasn't available I ended going with whatever I could get, which was a lot of cheese and nuts. And then there was the wine. Unlike others, I tend to lose when I travel, which is normally dehydration and then I bounce back up after. So, that worries me, that I could go up even further tomorrow. My plan is to eat clean and make sure I get proteins, veggies and good fats like avocados and olive oil. Fingers crossed.
