Thread: Lovely Losers 2019 - Sensational in September!!!

    VCLD8. That 1.4 lb gain is gone and I'm back where I was, which is fine. Looking at past rounds where I have lost a lot in week 1, losses were really slow in weeks 2 and 3. The totals for each round are usually around the same, so I just figure I will see solid losses in the next two weeks. I am (re-)getting down to my ideal weight so my losses are decent but never spectacular, usually 10-12 lbs. Of course, I would prefer the 12 lbs because then I have a real 10 lb loss after my weight bounces back up after entering P3 (which it always does).

    I'm now highly suspicious of cod, but I am also looking more closely at my salt intake. I know I need the sodium but I will just be a bit more careful. Pearly, I will have to experiment with cod again and just see what happens to see if it is a me-thing . Or, I just might stick with salmon.

    I only had one meal today and made it beef. I hardly ever eat it anymore, although I have always lost well with it on HCG. I hope it shakes things up a bit.

    Hello everyone! Been AWOL for a few days. I've been STARVING the last couple of days! Tomorrow is day 40 for me and I'm wondering if I should give my bod a rest after I'm done with my drops, as I wanted to get another good week in on P2. I've been stuck on the scale and that has brought me down as well. Ok, it didn't help that I had a minor cheat yesterday (I've been so good up til then) and went up a measly .6 but it discouraged me. I'm going to try and not weigh myself until Monday.
    Sounds like you are all doing so well. I'm so happy for you and your monumental losses!!

    Hey! I make sure to drink at least 3 liters of water a day or more and I work out for an hour day everyday! I have always worked out daily before it was two hours per day everyday but about 6 months or so ago life just got too busy so I had to drop it down to one hour. Other than that I just make sure to eat POP.

    I'm sorry you're dealing with that Pro; my BFF quit her job today but it's a celebration! I know your friend is lucky to have support.

    I was so sure I'd hit my goal this week but the scale is stuck at 148 🙄 I just left the office and it's 10pm! Ordered steamed chicken and broccoli with sauce on the side around 9pm but pretty sure there was something up with the chicken even plain and gray it tasted okay - a sure sign that I should have spit it out LOL. I dropped my dose to 125iu and the hunger didn't bother me at all today.

    Fingers crossed that TESS is kind tomorrow. It's my boyfriend's birthday but he's sacrificing a fancy dinner to support me. We'll celebrate in a couple weeks when I move into P3. I'll be so vexed if chicken and broccoli makes me gain when we could have had steak...

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168

    Gem: It may just be time for a break. Sometimes people get hungry in longer rounds because of the drops or because of their dose. That may need to be adjusted too.

    Mo: Glad you're back down!

    AFM: I'm down almost 2 lbs. from the other day. Under LDW now which is good. BF is having some work issues that I can help him with...but it's still frustrating. It's such a process dealing with different companies and having to explain everything to multiple people. I know what he needs to do but I did email a couple attorneys just in case we need some back up. My BFF seems to be doing ok. She said she wants to find an apartment soon but she definitely needs a job/car first. Hopefully she can find both soon. She has a young daughter so it's not just her she needs to feed.

    So, after the wonderful "whoosh" I'm down again. Imagine that! I'm going away this weekend and I hope I can keep my head in all of this until Monday! I'm thinking I am going to stop this round after I'm done with this bottle which should be in the next couple of days. We have plans to go on vacation in a couple of weeks (if the Outer Banks aren't to bad) and I want to get some sort of stabilization on P3 before that happens. If I could only stay away from the sweets! Oh, there is Cocoa Crack in P3!!! Oh, and a nice Muffin in a cup (forget what that's called) I can have occasionally!

    Thanks for the input, Pro. You kinda help me look at the bright side! There always is one!
    Welcome, Pretty! This seems to be the only way I can lose the weight as well although I don't seem to be able to be as strict as I was when I started a few years back. I seem to be ok with that but I don't lose as much weight as I did back then.
    Xexy- I wish I was stuck at 148- Ha! We all have our "stuck" moments, unfortunately.... This to shall pass....

    Even though I won't be around for a couple days, I will still be thinking about all of you and that keeps me inspired!! Thx!!

    Every day coming here encourages me. Which is good, cuz about this time of day, I want SOMETHING off protocol. Don't really care what. Too late for breakfast, too early for lunch. Just ... want sumpin.

    Boy, am I fighting hard. Third day of POP on 2.0. I am USUALLY pretty close, but I admit I got a little lazy last week. So, this has been slow going. I was up point four yesterday, down point two today. Whew. At this rate, I'll make my goal around 2021.

    I am thinking that I reduced my Thyroid T3 med last week, as I have noticed my heart rate was up. But I changed my schedule to take small doses three times a day instead of larger doses twice a day. Not easy, because I have to set multiple reminders for that mid-day one, let alone cut a teeny tiny pill into two itsy bitsy pcs. Yesterday, even tho I saw the reminder, I said okay, just a second and remembered again five hour later...! Today, I am trying to get my regular dose in with 4 small doses, instead of cutting back. My heart rate has been super of late, 75-80 most of the time, resting in the low 70's to high 60's. It was going above 100 which scared me a bit. One morning I was rushing around and trying to get house work done, and I was SO HOT, I kept turning down the air conditioner further and wondering if it was working. Then my new apple watch said my heart rate 156. Yikes. I have always known it is better to take T3 in small doses about 6 hours apart throughout the day, but I was just too lazy, so just split it into last thing at night and first thing in the morning. But THAT got my attention. Still, I have been super clean at eating P2, and am not losing anything, which is unusual for me. So, I am not gonna second guess the dose which took YEARS to figure out with my physician, but just take it in smaller increments throughout the day. Then we will see how it goes.

    Man, the body is so darned COMPLEX. Change one thing a teeny bit and it throws off something else!

    FIVE DAYS until I travel. Ugh.

    VCLD9. I had a most awesome whoosh and was down 1.4 lb this morning! I don't know if it was the only one meal (and so only about 2/3 of my calorie allotment) or if it was the beef, but I was happy. Of course, I'm now in week 2 so I anticipate a slow down or even a bounce around. Just trying to mentally prepare myself.

    Gem: Good luck this weekend. That is a very long round you are on. I look forward to hearing all about your entry into P3 next week!

    Pearly: Fingers crossed that you accomplish what you want in the next 5 days. Will you have transitioned into P3 before you go or will you still have to eat low calorie while you are at your conference?

    Happy Friday Lovelies!

    I injected 125iu again today but feel hungry and nauseous. Period is choosing to linger so the boyfriend will spend his birthday eating lettuce and playing cards... I am still at 148 today so nothing really lost this week, not sure if I need an apple day or a cheeseburger but I know what I'd choose *sigh*... I can't even remember if this is a set point for me but I'm healthy and dry so I'll keep going and see what the next 11 days bring.

    Prettygirl- your losses are fantastic! Congrats!

    Gem- so sorry to hear you are starving. Have you done a skip day? May be time to adjust your dose?

    Pearly- I agree, the body IS so darn complex! Wish I could figure mine out or find a good naturopathic doctor who could!


    I’ve been in a really bad mood this whole round. I’ve had major overdosing issues and at least 2 big cheats, which I’ve never done on previous rounds! 2 big stalls but I had a 4 lb drop this morning!!! I tried something different yesterday. Ive been having such poor losses that I did a P2 steak day (totally non protocol). There’s a long thread on this under the Rogue topic thread. I’m anxious to see if the loss sticks tmw, a little concerned I may go up some because I’ve had a lot of salt today. I always eat a lot of salt but today even more than usual. Anywho, it was quite magical to see that 4 lb loss since it’s been such a crappy round. I’m really hoping to get about 3 more lbs off which will put me under goal. I really need some cushion because I always seem to bounce up a few lbs in P3. I don’t think I have many doses left though and I’ve decided I don’t want to mix the new vial I have since I would likely only use maybe 1 weeks worth. I’m just going to see how many more days I can get and possibly supplement with some homeopathic hcg I have if I really want to squeeze in a few extra days.
