Mo55- when I’m in P3 and do a steak day I usually eat a fatty 16-20 oz ribeye. For the P2 steak day I did on Thursday I ate a 10-11 oz filet cut that was fairly lean. I drank coffee/water all day then ate the steak for dinner followed by an apple. According to my fitness it was over 800 calories for the day. I had a .6 gain this morning (I was expecting some gain because of all the salt yesterday), but that still leaves 3.4 loss from steak day. I haven’t had a loss that good since day 2. If you read the thread, you’ll see that people have done it all different ways. Some with lean beef, eating P2 daily portion all at once, some dividing it out throughout the day, some eating a big fatty steak, like a P3 steak day. I’m going to try another steak day today with a strip steak that I had in my freezer and see what happens. It has more fat than the filet. I probably wouldn’t do another one so soon but I know I don’t have much hcg left so not sure how many more days I’m going to be able to get out of this round. I’ll let you know what happens.
