VLCD10. Held on to the whoosh, plus a 0.1 loss. That'll do.

Just: did you do a real steak day, as in consuming an enormous amount of meat? How much do you think you had? I hope your 4 lb loss sticks!

Mo55- when I’m in P3 and do a steak day I usually eat a fatty 16-20 oz ribeye. For the P2 steak day I did on Thursday I ate a 10-11 oz filet cut that was fairly lean. I drank coffee/water all day then ate the steak for dinner followed by an apple. According to my fitness it was over 800 calories for the day. I had a .6 gain this morning (I was expecting some gain because of all the salt yesterday), but that still leaves 3.4 loss from steak day. I haven’t had a loss that good since day 2. If you read the thread, you’ll see that people have done it all different ways. Some with lean beef, eating P2 daily portion all at once, some dividing it out throughout the day, some eating a big fatty steak, like a P3 steak day. I’m going to try another steak day today with a strip steak that I had in my freezer and see what happens. It has more fat than the filet. I probably wouldn’t do another one so soon but I know I don’t have much hcg left so not sure how many more days I’m going to be able to get out of this round. I’ll let you know what happens.

Lovely Losers 2019 - Sensational in September!!!

Well [email protected]! I totally spaced the part about transitioning before a PI. That means todayís my last dose for now, and no I didnít get to where I wanted to.

So maybe it will work better to have this break and come back again FRESH. I know my hCG is fresh, I know I have been extremely POP, but I think that little change in my T3 routine messed me up. Iíve only been back on Full dose one day. And even though I donít think Iíve ever had a better day yesterday, Iím back up .6. Yeah. Frustrating.

Maybe Iíll get a woosh in the next couple days and get a little closer. And honestly things are fitting. Everything Iíve tried on that I wanted to wear to the convention seems OK. So I canít complain. I probably still will but I donít deserve to!

So everyone keep on keeping on, and Iíll probably check in here and there, but I will be back full force on Tuesday the 17th. I am determined to get back under 130 where everything fits!

Love the idea of a steak day. Maybe Iíll do one while transitioning. Lol.

    Good vibes today Lovelies,

STILL at 148 today so I'm going to try the steak day. I've just spent time reading the entire rogue thread and I figure it can't hurt. I bought a sirloin and will cut off the leanest piece for my dinner and the rest will be for my BF. I never have fruit during rounds but I'm going to try an apple for the heck of it. Injected 110iu today and feel much better. I still hope to get to 145 and feel good about getting off the sugar/carb wheel but it's a challenge to stick to P2 when nothing is happening on the scale...

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149
    Round 3, P3: 149 and hopeful...

    Round 4, P2: 151 (not counting 7lb loading gain)

We have plans to go on vacation in a couple of weeks (if the Outer Banks aren't to bad) and I want to get some sort of stabilization on P3 before that happens. If I could only stay away from the sweets! Oh, there is Cocoa Crack in P3!!! Oh, and a nice Muffin in a cup (forget what that's called) I can have occasionally!

Thanks for the input, Pro. You kinda help me look at the bright side! There always is one!
Welcome, Pretty! This seems to be the only way I can lose the weight as well although I don't seem to be able to be as strict as I was when I started a few years back. I seem to be ok with that but I don't lose as much weight as I did back then.
Xexy- I wish I was stuck at 148- Ha! We all have our "stuck" moments, unfortunately.... This to shall pass....

Even though I won't be around for a couple days, I will still be thinking about all of you and that keeps me inspired!! Thx!!

Happy Saturday everyone! I am down 18lbs as of this morning! Started at 164 and am now at 146! I have 16 more days to go. I am getting pretty bored with the food but ah well two weeks is really not that much time left! I did decline an offer to go to a brunch tomorrow but will
Be meeting my sister and nephew with my two boys at a pizza place. Itíll
Only be for about two hours and I donít feel any urge to cheat. Just sick of the P2 foods and cannot wait for P3! Soon enough!

At just thanks! It is sometimes my only motivation cause P2 really is hard mentally and the food can get so blah!

VCLD11 and down 0.2 lb. I'm not surprised after such a big whoosh (1.4 lbs), and it is way better than a bounce up which sometimes happens after a big loss.

Going with my oldest son to meet my youngest son at the finish line of a half-Iron Man event. He's been training hard and is verging on burnout, so I'm glad the event is here and he can get back to a more moderate exercise schedule. I am worried about him at the moment because he has been having a pretty-much non-stop headache for the last several months (started previous to the event training). I urged him to check his blood pressure which was surprisingly high (151/117) and we thought maybe that was due to the electrolytes he as taking for training (excess sodium can raise BP). Nothing else seemed to make sense: no family history, he is not overweight, he is fit, he eats well. Then a doctor friend of mine said that pain can elevate your BP and his headaches are really sapping him so that could be it. She also wondered if there was something he is doing in training that is causing muscle strain/fatigue which would cause the shoulder, neck and scalp muscles to be contracting and causing the pain. But the headache preceded the training so IDK. He doesn't have insurance as he is self-employed so that makes it hard to go have tests done. He went to the doctor last year with the same complaint and they did not find anything. In fact, in the doctor's report, he seemed to think it was hangover related. My son is in his late twenties, and he did say he had had a slight hangover one day, but not for the several weeks he had been suffering. I wasn't impressed.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend wherever you are!

Another success to report with my second P2 steak day. I lost the .6 fluid gain from all the salt on Friday plus another 1.6 lbs! For my steak day yesterday I drank water/coffee all day then at dinner ate a 10oz strip steak followed by an apple. I am now officially .8 under my “goal” weight. I am at 134.2. I would love to be at 132 end of round because I always jump up a few lbs in P3. I just don’t know if I have enough hcg left to do enough days to get there. I’m thinking I probably only have 2 doses left. I may see if I can bum a couple of doses off my cousin who is doing P2 right now if she’s not planning to do a long round. In addition to the other couple of lbs I’d like to get off I’d like to have a few days to “lock in” these recent losses.

I really don't know what I would do without this sight to help me stay motivated! Reading everyone's posts (if I reply or not) is such a blessing helping me stay on track! Good to see everyone is scooting along....

I am on day 32 but on my 28th injection. I remixed a new batch because I have now ran into a stall for the past 3 days with a little more hunger and I also decided to do an apple day as well. I could have just tried upping the dose of my original batch and try that for a few more days, but I would have to eventually remix the end of my round anyway by doing this and I would hate to wast even more of my new mixture. Hoping a combination of these things helps me to start losing again!

I remixed in a higher dilution and I used the rest of my bacteriostatic water that I had left. I sterilized the top and the cap and taped down the cap and wrapped it up tightly my last mixture so I have less of a chance of it being a risk using the rest of it for this mix. I know that a lot of people say to always use a fresh bacteriostatic water when mixing a new batch, but I also have read a lot that people have used their's for months afterwards and have never had a problem. I just can't afford to keep buying it. I have never ever heard of anyone on the planet that have ever had a problem, so I decided to do my best to lower the risk in my own way and keep my fingers crossed.

I am starting my new batch at at 125 iu (250 diluted) which is the same dose I have always done. (Unless I should start a little higher for my new mix--(If so, someone please enlighten me)

In the last 28-32 days I am at a 20.2 lb loss. That's not too bad but being almost the same weight for 3 days is frustrating! I had a feeling that I would have a stall at being just under 160 lbs (starting at 178.8 lbs). My body always usually likes to hang around that weight when I lose weight and stay there. I was really hoping to reach 150 or less for my first round! I hadn't had any melba toast the first half of my round, but started eating a piece a day for the last couple of days and wondering if this might be contributing to my stall.

I am so determined to get over this stall and finish off this round with flying colors! My ideal weight is 110 to 140 for my height and eventually I would like to be at the lower end of the spectrum to give me room for stable weight fluctuation when all my rounds are said and done! I am hoping to find stories of others that have reached a similar goals starting out at close to the same beginning weight to keep my motivation high. So glad I am determined to lose this weight for life and change my lifestyle instead of not having some kind of life plan like I failed to do in the past...

Good progress report, Lexius. You're doing great! It is very common to have a bit of a stall when you reach an old established set point. You just have to wait it out.

About the bacteriostatic water, It can be used to mix another batch as long as it is used within 30 days of opening the bottle. (The remainder should be stored in the refrigerator in the meantime.)
