Thread: Lovely Losers 2019 - Sensational in September!!!

    So after my 1.3 lbs loss after my apple day, this morning I am at the same weight as yesterday... Very frustrating! I was up really late needle felting till 4 am and didn't get much sleep, and my water consumption could have been better... I have 7.6 lbs to lose to hopefully get down to my goal weight for my first round and only two weeks more to go.... Praying I get back on track. I can't think of anything I have been doing wrong. 😞

    How very frustrating! It's amazing that sleep and water can have a big impact. Hope TESS (The Evil Stupid/S* Scale) shows you some love tomorrow.

    VLCD14 Lovelies!

    Back at 148 today so it's whatever... I'm still going in hopes of getting to goal in the final week. I had half an apple yesterday and the rest today; I never had the fruit on previous rounds and don't typically eat apples but I gotta say it was nice! I hope this might be my last round but if there's another I may try the Original Protocol.

    Hope everyone is staying focused!

    Hello! Somehow on my 1st P3 day, I lost a lb! I love that! I'm still eating P2 until tomorrow. Drops should be thru my system by then.

    Lexy I've done a nice drop like that in a day then stayed the same for several days afterwards. Guess your bod doesn't want to go into starvation mode. You may not have gotten enough sleep too.

    Hello Lovelies!

    147lbs today but starving after injecting 110iu. Been reading older threads and freaking myself out LOL. If I have a loss tomorrow I'll take the shot, if still at 147/148 I'm going to stop the round and see what I get out of P3 or Keto. I wanted to detox off sugar and I do feel like I accomplished that so it hasn't been a total fail...

    ONWARD

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149

    VCLD15 and still the same weight (=/- 0.1-0.3 lb) for the last week. I know better than to freak out about it. History tells me that the better my losses in week 1, the lower they are in week 2. Still, its time for a whoosh.

    I feel like I have been hungrier the last couple of days, so that makes me wonder about my dose. Also, I am doing 2.0 and I have been staying within the calorie/carb parameters, but the last two nights I have had quite large pieces of salmon (8 oz). I have noticed in previous rounds that when I go over about 6 oz I don't lose the next day (I eat a lot of salmon). I wasn't sure if that was just coincidence, but now I think I better pull back on that, no matter that I am allowed the calories. Actually, I thought about it after the first night, but I was so hungry I couldn't bear to remove the two ounces from my plate!

    Xexy. I feel for you. Its a lot of effort to put into the discipline of this diet and not see results. I hope you are able to hang on to your few lbs lost if you stop your round now.

    Gem, nice to have that 1 lb drop as a cushion. Way to end the round!

    It does sound like your dose is off. Have you tried a skip day?
    Also, that salmon may be impacting your losses. It tends to be more fatty than white fish.

    Hi, everyone. I'm basically doing my bazillionth round, currently P2D43. I've lost thirty pounds, I'm thrilled with that!! My question is, the injections I'm using were frozen, so I made up my mind to finish them this round. I still have almost fifty pounds to lose, so have plotted out two more future rounds. Anyway, using all injections on hand, my last would be next Tuesday for a total of forty eight VLCD (I've religiously skipped a day weekly). Last week I bumped up and down the same pound, lost that yesterday morning, now exact same weight as yesterday (like, starting the same thing again). Sitting here, I'm really struggling with the thought of FIVE more days until transition but, like I said, I made up my mind to use all injections. I've been feeling some weakness, have awful insomnia, not really any hunger issues, and surprisingly no food aversions this round. Now that my weight is pinging back and forth (yes, I know that's normal), combined with the weakness and insomnia, would you agree it's better to end P2 now and transition or grit it through until Tuesday? Obviously, I've totally met the number of days on VLCD for a long round.

    Hey Blue...Good to see you here again. The weakness and insomnia your having is concerning. From personal experience (as well as seeing others) not feeling solid can goof up stabilizing. I went 53 days last round and stabilized well. Lack of sleep and weakness might be your body's way of saying I've had enough for now. Your loses are fantastic and you've completed the long round...that's a WIN WIN !! Happy for you

    Hi, Jessie! Yeah, I agree with you. I've been having between 76 - 96 oz of water daily, taking potassium, using ample salt on my foods, lots of variety, so it's just time. Plus the fact these are thawed frozen injections, giving up the last five really isn't a big deal. I have my "master plan" plotted on my calendar, so have updated to show today as my last injection.

    Finally some movement Lovelies!

    145.2 this morning and I'm still on the wagon at 110iu. Mo it is a special hell to just go up and down the same few ounces but I tend to agree with Kar that salmon is a high fat (utterly delicious) choice. I use it for steak day substitution in P3 and always have solid results.
    I'm using frozen shots stored from a previous round too Blue but I'm less certain of the their potency. My emotional state hinges on TESS but hou have had excellent results CONGRATULATIONS on finishing a long round at last!
