Lex- you’ve had great losses this round so your body is probably just playing catch up. I bet you’ll have a drop soon. Sometimes stalls last a few days though.

Xexy- Yay for your drop finally! I hate it when the scale plays those evil mind games and when you’re close to goal it likes to play them A LOT! This round has been driving me crazy!

Gem- congrats on losing the extra lb! Always nice to have some extra buffer going into P3!

Hey Blue- good to see you here again! Sounds like you’ve had a great round! I’m thinking of ending my round on Sunday as well. I’ve been on for about 33 days so far. I had originally planned for this to be a short round. Lol! The scale had other plans for me. I’ve been really tired this round as well. Just curious, how long have your shots been frozen? It sounds like you haven’t had any potency issues, which is awesome!

I weighed in at 133.8 this morning. I would really love to be a 132 to allow a 3 lb buffer since I bounce up some in P3 always but I’m ready to start transitioning to P3 in a couple of days. Maybe the scale will be kind to me and drop some more before then (fingers crossed).

Mo55- I’m with Kar, sounds like your dose is off. A skip day should help you determine which way to adjust. I had a terrible time with my dose earlier in my round. It sucks to be hungry!

I managed to get another full injection out of my bottle this morning and still have a tad left. I’ll know how much tmw morning then I’ll need to supplement with hhcg until P3. Right now I’m thinking last day for drops, Sunday, then transition Monday/Tuesday, so Wednesday would be first day of P3. Or I might skip my pm drops on Sunday so first P3 meal would be dinner Tuesday night. Hopefully I have that right. For hhcg, it’s P3 48 hours after last drops, correct? It’s been a while since I’ve done hhcg so I want to make sure I have that part right.

    TGIF to all you Lovelies!

Hey ladies happy Fri-Yay! Iím still chugging along! I just filled my last 10 syringes today! I am down 21lb to 143 as of this morning. Hoping to get into the 130s I have 10 days of injections left and 13 until P3 so 🤞🏽.

Well, I am stuck... I only had a 1.3 loss last week and I have till the 21st to end phase 2. That puts me at a 22.2 lbs loss so far. I am going to do a mini steak day to see if that gives my body a little push..... However, even though I have not lost much the past week, I swear I lost an entire size! Even my smallest pants are falling off! I don't measure inch loss but I wish I would have now.... I guess I will have to see where the last week takes me!

Hi, justgitterdone! Yes, hhcg is 48 hours after last drops I actually attempted to start a round last November using 2.0. It became obvious extremely quickly 2.0 for ME provided too many choices and too much "freedom" (is there such a thing on hcg? hee, hee). I ended up gaining a couple pounds after a couple of weeks, so stopped and froze my batch until I had the right mindset for a long POP round. We bought a home in January, worked our fannies off redoing the interior, and had a lot of fast food during that whole process. Certainly, I could've made better choices, but dieting was the last thing on my mind. So, last August I finished my round at 172#, and this August I started this round at 214.4#!!!! That is the heaviest I've ever, ever weighed. Part of the large increase was starting Humira for my RA (20# immediately), but, yeah, the rest was all me <sigh>. So I'm back in the saddle, full of conviction and determination, charging full steam ahead. I have two more rounds planned over the next year or so. My ultimate goal is to stabilize around 135#, but that's subjective to how I feel - I'm finding my meds play a huge role in everything. I did change RA meds to Orencia and am doing far better on it than Humira, so I'm feeling very positive about the whole thing. I've been successful this year reducing my meds from a total of thirteen to six, and five of those are for my RA, the other one is Levothyroxin. I spend from about three o'clock until about eleven thirty pm yawning and yawning, sooooooo tired then BAM! Like, wide awake when I actually try laying down. The insomnia has been the worst for me this round! Zero bm issues, thank goodness, and no food aversions, which is a first. I really hope that holds true on my next round, fingers crossed. Hubby bought me FitBit Alta HR for my birthday which I've been wearing and entering my foods and water into religiously. Boy, does THAT help track my day!

Hang in there, everyone! I'm in CT, its gorgeous, a little breezy, and about 70 degrees, thoroughly enjoying it, too!

    VLCD16 and FML Lovelies!

Up to 146.2 this morning and not sure why. I had chicken, romaine, 6 raspberries and half an apple all day. I wasn't hungry, I drank my water and even got enough sleep plus I was in a good mood after the drop. I wanted to throw TESS right out the window.

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149
    Round 3, P3: 149 and hopeful...

    Round 4, P2: 151 (not counting 7lb loading gain)

Wow, I love the way everyone is cruisin' along & doing so well! After I lost that extra lb the 1st day of p3, I've been the same weight for the last 3 days. I've very slowly added a couple different foods like eggs & a couple pieces of bacon today, but unfortunately I don't have a scale for a couple of days.

Blue- I felt the same way about 2.0. Not restricted enough for me & I never did "get it." Great round you are having as well as Lexy & Pretty! Anything over 20 lbs is phenomenal to me!
    Xexy- Not enough calories maybe?

Have a great weekend everyone! Going to my 1st festival (Paw Paw) on P3. Still focused & determined!

VCLD17. I finally had a drop of 1 lb yesterday and 0.2 lb today. Finally! That makes a whole 1.8 lb loss for week 2, and a total of 9.1 lbs in 17 days. In my ideal world I would like to lose another 5 lbs but I'm not sure if I will be doing a 21 day or 28 day round. Well, putting it like that I can see how I get what I want. Do a 28 day round and I might get close!

I also reduced my dose to a previous lower dose I have used in the past (110 down to 100) and it was enough to help with the hunger. But, if I notice any more issues I will do a skip day.

Just, Kar, Xexy, thanks for your input on salmon. I know its a fattier fish and I really should be more careful. Looking back at my previous rounds, I have lost well on it if I keep the portions small (6oz or less). I don't eat much beef anymore although I do lose well on it. I tend to eat chicken for lunch and salmon, mahi mahi, tuna or shrimp for dinner.

Xexy, I have my fingers crossed that you will get back to 145 and stay there.

Blue, you have had amazing losses. What's more amazing is that you did it while on all those medications, which is an additional hurdle even on HCG. Well done!

Hope everyone has a great weekend...

Blue- I remember when we bought our house many years ago, same thing, I gained a ton of weight because all I focused on was getting all the stuff done for the house, never planned meals, so most days was starving and ended up eating tons of pizza and fast food. So glad you’ve been able to reduce your meds. Sometimes I think those do more harm than good but sometimes you need them to get you through things. I always have insomnia in P2. I take half a tab of regular Unisom (I buy the generic) and it puts me to sleep.

Lex- you’ve had such great losses that I think you were due for a stall. It pretty much happens to us all. Ive has several this round. You are doing great!

Gem- awesome you have kept all your losses so far. You are off to a great P3 start!

Mo55- yay for your drop finally!

Xexy- you may not be getting enough protein. When I’m close to goal extra protein seems to help me.

Pretty- hoping you get into the 130’s too!

I had a .2 gain this morning for no reason at all. I know, no big deal, but when you’re trying to end your round you don’t want any upward fluctuations on that dang scale. I need it to go down more. I need P3 buffer! Waah! Ok, that’s all the crying for today! Lol!

Gem, thanks! I've done enough rounds that I go into them with an open mind. Just keep my mind focused and whatever happens, happens. Sure takes a lot of stress out of the whole thing.

Thanks, Mo I don't know which I'm more thrilled with right now, reducing the meds significantly, or the weight loss!! Ok, I choose the weight loss, hee hee. Congrats on your loss! It can be very frustrating at times, but hang in there.

Justgitterdone, yup, exactly! From the home we were renting to the home we bought, Duncan Donuts was very conveniently on the last corner before the new house AND on the right side of the road. Bacon, egg, & cheese preakfast bagel on a sesame seed bagel was my personal favorite, like, sometimes TWICE a day (eesh). So yummy, but yeah, it alllllll adds up. And of course, our fair share of pizzas and Chinese delivered, too. The "trap" I was in with all of the medicines was the doctors were prescribing additional to help relieve the side effects of the original meds. And it just seemed like every darned thing they added one of the main side effects was weight gain or insomnia. So, I added an over the counter sleep aid as well. Too much, just too much. I figure, basically no harm, no foul. I'll get regular bloodwork done around mid-late October, and see what's what then.

AFM - down .8# this morning, and I'll definitely take it!! Total cushion heading into P3 right now is 2.6#, plus whatever happens tomorrow morning. Have zero actual hunger, just brain hunger - thinking about it, you know? Supper today will be a lovely grilled chicken and fresh tomato soup (my all time favorite), with lots of water during the day, maybe an orange for an evening snack if I want a little something. Also have grilled sirloin so if I do feel extremely hungry I can take a little piece of that. Tomorrow morning, hubby is taking me for breakfast to a lovely little cafe we like. They make everything fresh, so I can specify exactly how I want something with no fear of added no-no's.

VCLD18. Another 0.2 lb loss this morning for a total of 9.3 lbs. I'm happy that I'm experiencing a downward trend again after a looong week of bouncing up and down 0.2 lbs.

I'm planning on beef for dinner tonight, which is unusual for me. I feel like I get much more food for the calories with fish/seafood/chicken so I don't have beef very often. I know its good to shake things up and have variety so I'm going to do it, reluctantly.

It's a beautiful crisp day here in the midwest. Hubby and I are planning on a nice long walk in a metro-park with our faithful hound. Can hardly wait!

Happy Sunday and hope the scale is good to everyone!

Blue, great work, awesome way to go into P3. I'm still 10 days away from P3 so I can only just dream! I will be flying to Seattle on my first P3 day and I'm a little concerned about getting the right food. I'm on the east coast so its a long day of travel. We will be going out for dinner once we get there, but I will need some clean food throughout the day, which will be hard to find. I can pack food, but all the easiest things to carry like nuts, cheese, eggs, etc are things I try to introduce slowly, not all at once on P3 day 1!
That leaves me with baggies of cold cut-up chicken or steak. Blech.
