Thanks, Mo I traveled quite a bit in previous rounds and found P3 to be pretty easy. In the airports, they have the little bistro type stores where theres always fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, sandwiches, cheese sticks. I just removed the bread and had the lettuce, tomato, cheese and turkey. Or, in a real pinch, you could use protein powder and mix with a bottle of water to make sure you get adequate protein. The first day of P3 typically isn't a day I actually have a lot of hunger so it worked out fine. Just make sure to have plenty of water and expect a bump up in weight from the air travel.

AFM, I had basically zero sleep last night, couldn't fall asleep to save my soul. Today, up 1# back to 182.8, though I'm chalking that down to the horrible night and early morning. We went to the cafe, it was awesome, now I'm home and considering a lovely cup of coffee. No real plans today - love Sundays like that 😊 Keep up the good work everyone!

Happy Sunday ladies!! Today is day 26 for me and I am down a total of 22lbs I.l am at 142 today, i still have 8 day left and 11 days until P3. I am still holding out hope that I will get into the 130s and stabilize there for P3 🤞🏽. That way come P4 I can work on losing 10 to get into the 120s where I am most comfortable. My ultimate goal is 114 but by thanksgiving i would like to be in the 120s then slowly work my way down to my ultimate goal! So I have a non scale victory l. I woke up this morning a little discouraged cause I still have at least 20 more lbs to go until I am in the lower 120s where I love to be. Seems so close yet so far (although I know I have came such a long way in the past month!) I decided to try on some rompers that I have hanging in my closet that I miss wearing so much! They are sizes MEDIUMS and SMALLS in JUNIORS and they fit perfectly with no bulges ect!! I wear junior sizes still apparently I never grew up and am perfectly fine with that! Even junior size in jeans shirts everything lol. I hope it is ok if I still post with you guys come P3 and even P4!

Mo55- the beef might help shake things up a bit. I do well on beef. Fingers crossed you will too!

Blue- that’s exactly what I’m talking about regarding prescription meds. You get prescribed one thing, then they keep prescribing more for all the side effects. It is a trap! Have you ever listened to all the disclosures at the end of a medication commercial? It’s crazy scary. Hope you get some sleep tonight!

Pretty- I’m thinking you are going to make it to the 130’s this round! Congrats on your non scale victory. Fitting into old clothes we love is always great.

This morning I still had the .2 gain from yesterday so now I’m not sure if today will be my last day before transition or not. I’m just going to see how I feel for the rest of the day and see what my weight is tmw morning then decide whether to continue with drops for a couple more days or transition to P3.

Thanks! It helped me realize that although I still have about 20lbs to go I have come a very long way in a short amount of time and my body is changing! Iím a stay at home mom so really Iíve been living in my workout clothes so I tried some stuff on today and can tell a huge difference. I will get to my goal eventually! I canít wait for P3 to be honest though Iím sick of the P2 food but of course I know this is how it goes for now and o donít have that much longer!

    Hello all,
Back again after, well not sure how many rounds i've done. I've only gained about 2# since my last round but I can't seem to lose more than maybe 15# in a round. I know I could never lose that on any other diet in 3 weeks though so not complaining really. I wonder though even though i am always POP, I never get above that #. Anyway, I've used sublingual Ovidac in the past and my last round used Intermountain HHCG pellets which I'll use again this round. I can't afford $200-$300 for HCG so went with the pellets for less. So today is VLCD1 for me and only plan on a short round unless the weight loss is very slow.

    Starting weight 177.2
After 2 days of loading 178.6

PrettyGirl, isn't it AMAZING how many inches you lose during a round??? I had the same experience this round - started and looked literally six months pregnant and wearing tight stretch pants size large, ended wearing medium pants, some medium tops, and with almost a flat tummy and all back fat gone. HUGE transformation in such a short time, I love it!!

Hi, lizbo! Good luck in P2 I've used hhcg once, injections all other rounds. I've never tried the pellets, I'm very interested to see your progress.

So I was up another .6 this morning, however, a couple of hours later I had a bowel movement and weighed again and I was down the .6. Still up that .2 though. In looking back at my history, this is what happens to me...whenever I have a good loss the scale starts playing games with me and I stall again for several days. I’m think this is probably par for the course when you are near/at goal. So based on this, I’ve decided to continue my drops today and do another P2 steak day (non protocol). They seem to give me downward movement even though I know some of it is just water because I always gain some back the next day, but I also don’t seem to gain back all the loss from the steak day, so it’s worth a try. Just hoping for one more whoosh before I head into P3! Wish me luck!

Wow, cool! It's getting "crowded" in here! 😆 Love having all this support!
So this is weigh in day after one week of P3 & I have been stable so far w/ 1lb under my last p2 day. Down 14.8 lbs from R1. Leaving on vacation Thurs & I'm not even going to be afraid of what lies ahead. I added cheese & some oil, greek yogurt, a few nuts & different meats to my diet & am so happy w/CHEESE!

Liz- welcome! 15# is about what I seem to lose in a round but I'm down inches as well & feel the difference in my clothes! I do the hhcg drops & they work past for me & they are only about $40 a bottle & lasted me 40 days.

Just- good luck on your p2 steak day. I've done a few b4. Never really lost a whole lot but did maybe bring me down a lb or less. Not like a big loss when I'm in p3.

Mo- you've got this! I've found after my long p2 round, that my head is much more intuned to what I'm eating & I've been in some challenging situations this past week in p3 & have persevered!

Blue- p3 is in sight! You've had a great p2 round!

    Have a great day everyone!

VCLD19. I had salmon for lunch (6oz) and Top Sirloin (5oz) for dinner.....and I was down 1.5 lbs this morning! Wow. I hope it stays off. Most likely I will bounce around a bit before dropping again in small increments. But I feel like I can use the lean steak when I feel things aren't moving and they should be.

I've decided to stop this round at 27 days so I will have three days of transition and be in P3 before my trip to Seattle. I'm more or less 3 lbs from my goal weight and have 8 more days of injections so it's possible I will get close.

Just: your crossed fingers did the trick! Good luck on your P2 steak day.

Gem: I know I can manage P3, as you say. I've done it before. I think its a byproduct of this diet to worry about controlling food in P3 after being so successful in P2. >Sigh<

Pretty, Blue: Well done both of you! Elizabeth Taylor once said that her weight downfall came with the invention of elastic-waisted pants. Exercise clothes are that on steroids!
