    Nature Throid. I have taken 100mcg of levothyroxine for years. My TSH is .701 and my T3 Free is too low at 2.6. The PA said he would have my T3 higher. I actually don't feel bad, I have plenty of energy, I don't get the sweats that i used to when I exercised like I did when my TSH is normal. So the hope will be that My TSH will stay the same but my T3 will increase. He does not think I will notice much difference, told me to take 1 grain for about 2 weeks and then consider doing 1.5 and we will then test to see if that is working. I will probably just stick to 1 grain until my blood work and see if that increases it. Hoping that this will help with my metabolism. Unlike many people, I don't overeat, snack on crap etc. I just eat healthy and gain....

    Hey ladies. I've been off the thread for a week. WHY?!? Anywho, I'm down an average of .8/day here on day 12. I'm feeling great. Lowered my dose to 14 units (140) and don't have hunger or cravings. I have been drinking protein shakes in the am. 170 calories, 30 g. of protein and only 4 grams of carbs. I figure if I keep my carbs under 30 and protein over 80 I'm doing good. This round feels different. The weigh is coming off more consistently, instead of a big drop and long stalls. It also feels far more doable. I don't feel deprived, and that is a big darn deal. I'm love the 2.0 version. Last night was a filet, and grilled zucchini, squash and Brussels sprouts. YUMMY. 500 calories on the nose, but I did eat 8oz of filet. Lunch was a grilled chicken breast with 0 0 0 sauce 150 calories. No shake, no breakfast, no hunger. My 2.0 caloric goal is 637. I hit 670 but if I subtract out the calories of veggies like you're supposed to I only hit 599 calories.

    I'm counting down to the beach. 99 days to go. That means I want to lose 29.7lbs in 99 days. I have 18 days left this round and plan to lose another 10 or so. I'm doing another round a month later and plan to lose 15 from there. I figure I'll need to lose 5 more in between rounds simply by making smarter choices. Or lose more this round

    I'm also hitting my steps goal daily. I saw a link with women who posted before and after photos where they gained 1-5lbs, but toned their bodies by hitting the gym and weights. They look SOOO much better at the heavier weight than the lower weight when they toned. So guess who's hitting the gym this coming week?! This gal!

    Hope ya'll are doing great. I've been so busy with real estate I'm looking like a duck under water!
    Starting new in 2020-somewhere around 190lbs. We will see when I get the meds where I start.

    Kristy, great to have you back!sounds like you have a plan.

    P.S. Yeah on the workouts. Like... I know diet is 80% food, but in the unlikely case of ever getting to a not-overweight number, ever, maybe, I would like to start on not being flabby then...

    The Facebook group has the updated ďrulesĒ, while the book isnít being updated, and they do not dismiss veggies calories anymore. But really, I never care, because a) veggies (not that much if 30g of carbs limit is kept), and b) we are in such a severe deficit that no matter what, we are losing.

    I have a 950kcal limit, and make short of 700 now that I am upping my calories. Mostly a mix of more protein and healthy oils. And I am happy as a clam. Also wayyyyyy more comsistent losses than I ever did before. My one stall so far was sleep deprivation and my own fault.

    I think it helps to do OP at least once, and have a good idea about your mind and body. 2.0 does not make me look for ways to cheat, but really makes me appreciate cooking and real foods again... I am sure that will not work for everyone.

    If I empty my vial, I should have 35-40 injections, with skip days... another two plus weeks? If my losses ever slow down, I might throw in the towel in a week. But really, the consistency in losses is amaaaaaazing this time. Even after the crazy first week, I am losing close to 5-6 lbs a week. Be gone, unwanted fat stores!

    AFM - I'm a week into P3, no correction days yet, but sticking with my safe P3 foods (Lots of fatty meats, salads, broccoli, asparagus, green beans, no extra oils or fats).     My favorite dress from what I bought! It definitely shows off the legs so I gotta keep them tight!

    P3 day 18 155.6. I slipped back within two pound of liw without any particular effort over here. Enjoying my cheese life.

    I think Iím going to grow up and buy a coffee maker. Tell me fellow adults, do you buy a coffee grinder as well or do you get your beans ground somewhere?

    Lemon, depends how much you drink. I am one person, so to keep it fresh, I have a grinder. And I have a French Press, no real coffee maker, because I am a purist... and the French Press fits coffee up to three people when friends are over.

    Gawd, this sleep thing. Went out with a friend, so less than six hours - all good, but took a nap the next afternoon, so of COURSE I cannot fall asleep at night, awake till 2am... boom, I gain a pound.

    I mean, I know it is water retention, and I can still lose at the same time... but sleep is so freaking vital for me.

    There is no rain and even a sliver of sun today! 70 minutes early morning romp with the dogs and a friend, which was terrific... now beefsteak and asparagus, trying the steak in the airfryer. Wish me luck!

    Happy weekend Lovelies!

    It's been a rough few days but I'm hanging in there. I'm the primary caregiver for my father. He blacked out behind the wheel and crashed into the median; fortunately no one was hurt but his car is totaled and he's upset. I'm not going to replace it because he blacked out and the doctors don't know why. He tries to maintain some independence by driving with Uber so this is a difficult blow for him.

    Mr. Sexy has gone missing and I'm sad about that - which I'd never admit anywhere but here. I always have a lot going on but I'm really trying to make time for myself and I liked him.

    With everything going on I ate poorly on Friday (quesadillas, chicken fingers, cheese sticks) and shot up to 151.8 yesterday. I planned a steak day but time got away from me and I just wasn't hungry. I did have 7 oz of salmon cooked in my air fryer then drowned in lemon cream sauce (juice and zest of one lemon, tablespoon of butter, salt, pepper, 2 oz heavy cream) down to 149.2 this morning so better loss than I usually get on a traditional steak day...

    Cheers to everyone still losing on P2! Congratulations to everyone stabilizing on P3! Other than April who had other things going on it does seem like everyone is doing a great job stabilizing!

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: 155 stable

    Round 3, P2: 163 to 149

    X, that sounds stressful on so many levels.

    I am sorry dad is causing you worries - hope you find the cause of the blackout, and so glad nobody was hurt! My father had a huge problem with not driving anymore after his stroke... Germany is such a car country, too.

    Ugh on Mr Sexy. He just went quiet, or disappeared altogether? I usually watch some Matthew Hussey in those cases - but end of the day, so many guys are confusing the hell outta me.

    You did reallllllly well in those circumstances!

    Hi guys vlcd 4 here wanted to ask I know peas aren’t allowed but I have a protein shake that just says pea protein isolate protein 25g total fat 2g carbs 2g fiber 1g sugars 0.2g calories 156 I’m wondering if I can use it as a meal replacement with strawberries it looks kinda safe what do u guys think.... under ingredients it just says pea protein. It’s a huge bag from Protein World, I would love to use it if I can what do you guys think? Thanks so much!

    K guys so I’m trying it. I looked under NewImage Medical and they said it was ok if it’s a low carb low fat. I guess I’ll know tomorrow.... but it would help me allot because I’m actually a vegan and this chicken is so gross lol if I am able to pull off one replacement shake and one chicken meal I’ll be happy

    Do you think you scared him off by sending out the message that you might want to "get physical" quickly? Sometimes this will turn a good guy off. I learned this the hard wa, y so now I go by the 90-day rule no matter how hot he might be. Maybe you can reach out to him in a week to see how he's doing and see what kind of vibes you get from him at that time.

    My general rule of thumb - if a guy goes quiet and I mind, I usually wait 4-8 weeks. Then I send some picture of me doing something fun (last time - Israel vacay) with a light-hearted “Having so much fun, life has been so busy lately, funny you just popped into my mind - how are you doing?”

    Definitely needs to communicate “I have a great life on my own and do not need you to validate or entertain me.”

    Eight hours of sleep and I am dropping weight again. 27 lbs, VLCD24, I think. In theory, I only need another 2-3 lbs for my first mental goal. Still undecided what to do next weekend, if I transition to macros or stay a bit longer.

    Oh. My Fitbit just reminded me TOM is coming today. Maybe, I can be unreliable whil on hcg. I am sure my weight the next week will inform my decision on when to transition.
