    Finished first week of vlcd. Weight 146.8. Down 5.4 lbs from load weight of 152.6. That is about average for me. I dont gain much from load so prob only 4.5 from weight prior to loading. I am staying pop. Not too hungry except closer to meals. Feel like i could use a little more protein but not doing it and seems ok Inj probably ending april 1 So 3 days out of system starting Apr 4 on p3. I will be in san antonio then so that is helpful

    Day 19 P3 and Iíve shot up to 159 pounds!

    But donít worry. I ran a lot yesterday (more than I have in over a year plus) and water weight is a pretty standard response for me.

    Any newbies reading this donít assume thatís the case for you.... I have a long history with running and understanding whatís happening.

    Also I have a bit of a sunburn again. What can I say it was a good day.



    I used to be a very heavy internet dater before husband. I was the perpetually single friend at all the weddings and baby showers. The ghosting thing was nerve wracking and really bothered me... ESPECIALLY if they came on so hot.

    I also recommend having your own life/schedule. I honestly also recommend opening accepting new dates until one tries to get you to themselves (ask to go steady). I have a lot of Relator in me so this was hard for me, but it was very helpful when guys inevitably poofed away somewhere.

    It sucks. Take it out on your workout if you can.

    Lemon: That sunburn could be part of your gain too

    X: I wouldn't worry too much about Mr. Sexy. He'll come back around if he's worth it. He may just be confused about how to make a move while being respectful. It's a fine line men walk these days lol

    AFM: I didn't weigh today and probably won't for a couple days. I'm in P4 now. Friday I had 2 pieces of pizza for lunch and no dinner. Saturday I had 2 tiny pieces of ice cream cake and ate P3 the rest of the day. Yesterday I had 2 pieces of sausage and chicken with cauliflower mashed potatoes and corn then no dinner. I've been trying to balance when I eat something bad so it doesn't hurt as much. None of that upset my stomach really and I feel the same weight. I usually judge by how easily my ring slips off lol

    Had a scare with my step dad on Saturday after his bday party. My mom and I got back from the grocery store and he was slumped over the kitchen table. He looked pale and wasn't moving. Sometimes he falls asleep there but never like that. I had to yell his name a few times and when he finally sat up he said he was just really tired. He has Diabetes and doesn't really take care of it and he probably ate stuff he shouldn't have. Scared the daylights out of me because he was so pale looking and wouldn't respond. I told my mom because I want her to watch him.

    I haven't made it on much so I had to read back a couple pages.

    X - So sorry to hear about your dad and if Mr. Sexy did ghost you then he sux. There is a 90 day rule? Being single is so weird as an adult! I understood the rules so much more in my 20's.

    Pro - how scary for you and your mom. Diabetes is such a dangerous disease if you don't pay attention.

    Lemon - yep I gain too with a nice workout. You're doing great!

    Rose - hi to you! I didn't see you start back into the P2 world.

    AFM - I got to battle a stomach bug all weekend. I'm NOT a puker and I'm pretty sure I threw up more on Saturday then I did my whole life! I had a couple beers on Friday night for the first time - and what will now be the last time - bleh! Now I feel like I'm having my own apple day because truly apples have been the only thing I've been able to eat. I'll keep up better this week once I'm back to work.

    X - So sorry to hear about your dad.

    Pro - That sounds scary. Glad you found him when you did.

    I get to join the P-3's today!!!
    I wanted to encourage those in P-2.
    I did an extended round to maximize losses.
    Stats - 57 day round, Injections, skipping 1 per week.
    Net loss 27.9 on LID
    Avg. loss 0.49 per day, I had a 3 day stall and a 7 day this round.
    I am happily prepping yummy P-3 meals.
    My intention is to take P-3 slow and pray for stabilization. I plan to do another round as soon as my P-4 time is complete.

    What are you finding your average losses to be?

    I did 56 days and my losses were 27-28 pounds total. So .48 or .5 pounds a day.

    Iím kind of willy-nilly considering a 21 days round in May, but Iím trying to watch the stabilization of the short round people.

    I think I will be with you at the end of May. We could always go into it as a short round and then lengthen it if we are feeling good.
