Congratulations on your loss GLC!

Salmon dinner served to bring me to 148.8 today. Don't like the idea of a weekly correction day but it is quite possible that I'm fixated on stabilizing below LIW. I was on that trip and couldn't actually weigh myself for a couple days... I continued to lose after injections stopped on previous rounds but I also kept those losses once stable. Either way I'm gonna make it work (I'm also going to breakfast on a date and baking brownies fit a friend later but...)

3/23 VLCD53166.8 (+.4)

Today is day 5 of seeing 166. Not surprised because I've been getting carried away with putting milk in my coffee throughout the day. Also yesterday I had a little midday snack (more chicken and cabbage). One injection left to wrap up this round which is planned for Monday (Sunday is skip day). I could make today LDW and start P3 Tuesday or take the last dose and P3 starts Thursday. TBD

Hi JessB, it is better not to do a skip day before your last injection because it changes the amount of HCG in your system during the 72 hour transition time. A better plan would be to end today as you mentioned, or take your last injection on Sunday, and then start your P3 on Wed morning. Congrats on finishing your round.

Hi all.............I think there are a few left that will remember me. I don't know where I"m at in the phases anymore. I'll figure that out when I re-join the dialogue next week. My son (severe OCD) goes into an inpatient treatment facility on Monday so I've been crazy busy dealing with that transitions.......as well as a daily craziness from my "crazy" parents (crazy with dementia)! I'm still below LIW!!!!!!! I'm being pretty dang good. All my cheats are planned and I'm really sticking to the protein and veggie scheme. I use olive oil, fat from meats, nuts and avocados for good fats. I will snack on an apple in the afternoon at times. I'm not eating any fast food. If I pick up for my hubby and son......i'll eat leftovers from home. I'm very happy with myself......especially since the stress I've been under continues and I'm not allowing for emotional eating. I'll look back and catch up soon. Just trying to do everything differently this round and stick with my plan.......and, staying in touch is on the list. Happy Weekend everyone. The weather is fabulous in Houston Texas. It will be hot and humid in a few weeks so I'm enjoying this window of greatness. Checking in P2 144.8 Vlcd13 Was going to wait till weigh but after skipping the scale a cpl days decided there is value in daily weighing, I always kept a journal in a tiny little notebook so see it is commin for me to stall for a few days and even go uo but it all eventually comes off. Seeing my past history is helpful to not get in my head, Hope u all are doing well Sunday is no workmand a day of spiritual emotional and physical restoration.

VLCD54 166.2 (-.4) (Yesterday LIW 166.8) No injection today as I transition into P3. Was tempted to take the last injection this morning just to see 165 on the scale. However, chasing that number after seeing it once is not ideal after being at 166 several straight days.

I've been creating a list along the way of new foods/recipes for P3 and P4 with the hopes of finding some new favorite go to's. First up is chicken thighs which I've never cooked before. Hard to believe I'd choose chicken after eating only chicken breast for 54 days in row.

It's a gorgeous sunny day here in Georgia. I'm looking forward to spending some time with my mother and twin brother this afternoon.

Just ordered LongHorn Steakhouse 6oz. Flo's filet with steam asparagus (no sauces oils etc..) Fingers crossed they keep it free of all the no no's I requested. Planning to half the steak for lunch and dinner. Trying to make it work !
