I have been really sick with back to back head colds. One from a friend and then caught the one the toddler I watch had. Follow it up with tummy trouble, and all I have wanted to do when not working was SLEEP! Last weekend I slept 18 hours Saturday and 16 on Sunday, and I am finally feeling a lot better. Yesterday I tried to catch up on laundry and dishes, but I have not cooked any protein for me. It is almost thawed, but I had appointments today, so I will cook it tomorrow. I was off plan today, but stuck to 500 calories.
After being stuck at the same weight for almost a week, I finally lost .8 two days in a row. Now I am at 238.2, down from 248.6. I am pretty sure I am on VLCD 23, so 10.4 pounds in 23 days (including the loading weight). I usually lose faster, since I am so heavy, but I will take it. This has been a challenging round so far, and I still have plenty of hhcg drops left. I am planning to continue for at least another 2 weeks.
