    Hello, Lovelies!
I have been keeping up, but not posting much. Work has been insanely busy and sleep a luxury.
Roni, good luck with your planned interruption! I'm interested to see how it goes. I did a PI once (not this past round; my prior one) and it didn't jump-start my losses when I restarted, as I had hoped. It was good to have some P3 foods for a few days, though.
    Gem, glad you're staying focused!
I've got 2 more days left of this P3. I'm not gonna jinx myself by commenting further.
Hope everyone is having a great day!

    Good Morning Lovelies,

I am also doing a Planned Interruption. I started Thursday as we had a big family wedding with many events. I also am the only one making Thanksgiving with perhaps little to no help (elderly relatives, college kids coming home with my kids, I plan on putting everyone to work ha ha I will report in how that goes), so I needed to have my stamina back. Also my extreme self control to make sure things go smoothly!

Good news, I have not gained an ounce here on Day 5 of my PI. I have also found that i get a big drop the first week after my planned Interruption...But I need to really focus myself the first 2 days back on!

Running around like a nut today, but thinking of my lovelies here and sending the best wishes to of all of you and hope everyone is doing well!

Karr- glad you are still lurking in our midst! So, are you going to start p2 soon? I did an interruption once upon a time & I'm not remembering the outcome!

Rk- good luck to you on your break. The holidays are a great time to do one! Also congrats on staying the same weight for 5 days!

I'm trying to decide if I should continue or just take a break. I'm on D36 h only down 10. I haven't been real strict like I should be, but I'm happy w/the 10 lb loss.

    Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! 🦃

    Happy Thanksgiving, US Lovelies! 🦃
I am ending P3 today and since now itís too late to jinx it... I will announce I made it through without having to do a steak day! Iím shocked, but obviously happy.
Goal is still about 8 pounds away. I may do another round in a few months, but Iíd prefer to work this off without a round of hcg, even if itís slowly. Fingers crossed.
Hope everyone is having a great week!

I must say I was wonderfully surprised by a drop of 1.4 lbs this morning. Inspiring me to really watch what I eat today as I have 2 dinners to go to! Ugh! 🤦*♀️
I will need to "zip" my mouth at times! 🙊

Yeah, Karr! I also made it thru p3 last round w/o a steak day! Let us know how you do dropping that extra 8.

Well, I'm really going to have to Stay Focused 😳 today!

    Hello Everyone,

Things sure have been slow around here over the past few months. I just returned from a week of Thanksgiving travel, where I maintained just fine. I was determined not to eat to excess, but just enjoy some of my favorite foods in moderation without stressing about it either,

Hopefully everyone hasn't given up and thrown in the towel on their weight as most of society appears to have done these days. Everywhere I go, it seems like everyone is overweight (even the younger crowd in their 20s & 30s).

Let's see if more HCG Journeys pick back up in January. Meanwhile, the December thread has been started here: Lovely Losers 2019 - DETERMINED in DECEMBER!!!
