    Talking Lovely Losers 2020 - OBTAINING in October!!

    Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco. This is your thread for October 2020!

    This joyful and jubilant group of HCGíers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.


    Please note as you read through the posts:

    We are all in different phases of HCG.

    Hi, everyone. I'm an HCG first timer on day 11 of 25 P2. My weight has stalled at 163.2, up one pound from Tuesday's low of 162.2. Post-loading start weight was 170.4.

    Anyway, this is all new to me, although dieting certainly is not. The program was recommended and is being administered through my holistic medicine doc, and based on my research it's pretty close to the original Simeon protocol, though no melba/breadstick, and I'm only using apples and strawberries as fruit.

    I haven't had any issues being POP so far, and my goal is to get to 155 or lower.

    I struggle with hypothyroidism caused by head and neck radiation for cancer 25 years ago, and I'm continuing to take my meds, per doctor's order. I'm also sticking with gentle exercise including walking, yoga, and pilates.

    Sitting in the airport waiting for my flight. I was up 2 lbs today still below ldw but think maybe the baked chicken had sugar in it (from safeway). I didnít do anything else that was weird. So I was 153.2 which is still okay. Gonna be careful on the trip and I do have enough for a short round if need be.

    I would go up 2 lbs. when I ate baked chicken from my own carefully crafter kitchen (salt and pepper only). But chicken from the store I'd lose.

    Welcome.... you have come to the right place!
    I would like to get down to 150 ideally, but I will not do it in this round.... I would like to aim for 167 ish this round and then do P3 and P4.... I am not going to make past mistakes by losing the plot in p3 and P4..... and from no on no more slacking after HCG.... Daily weigh ins from here on forward!

    I find Grapefruit is kind to me.... and i happen to love it

    I too had Cancer in 2004 and 2005, Chemo and Radiation cause awful subsequent weight gains.... so much so that at one point I weighed in at 240lbs..... so yes, there is life after cancer!

    Yesterday all my supplies arrived so I started LD 1 today. Starting over after many years so calling this R1.2

    Iím using some ovidac that I froze as it expired in 2018. Tested it last night and it gave a positive pregnancy test so Iím hoping itís all good. I have new hcg as back up. I currently have 4 2000iu bottles. Injected 150iu this morning.

    Have a nasty headache today. I think my body is preparing to detox.

    The past two weeks I knew Iíd be starting hcg so havenít been careful with my eating. Weighed myself this morning and Iím up 4 pounds. Since itís all new weight Iím hoping itíll go away right away.

    My load days are usually pretty clean eating. But have sugar. My Greek yogurt had sugar, flavoured coffee creamer had sugar. Making some bread this morning and Iíll have some avacado toast for a late afternoon snack.

    For my load day I have nuts, avacado, mct oil. Need to go shopping as the fridge is almost empty. What is everyone favourite thing to load up on?

    I donít have a scale. We are in Dallas so I went to my favorite bakery, la Madeline, and got a cup of their tomato basil soup and a chicken Caesar salad. I worry about the soup and the sugar bit think there is none added. Just going to be careful. Feeling good and happy Lovely Losers 2020 - OBTAINING in October!!
